Walmart unhelpful useless employee

There is this dumb cashier working for you by the name of Mandy. She really has horrible customer service skills. I had two bad experiences with her and both times the manager took her side.

First I was trying to price match broccoli with my wife. She asked me to show her the ad and I told her that she has no right to see the ad and she should price match it because I don't require and AD. My wife showed her the ad despite me telling her not to or else. After my wife showed her the AD this dummy still refused to price match. She said that the cut of broccoli was wrong. Broccoli is broccoli so I told her either she prices matches or I walk off it it and the store loses money. She still refused to price match. Not wanting to get in to trouble I asked her to cancel all my order($160) and walked out of the store with my wife without getting anything.

The second time I went to her register again. I bought three small chocolate bars. I told her I wanted a large bag for it. She put it in the small bag. I said I bought three items so she should put the item in a large bag. She refused and I had to take the bag myself and dumped out the chocolate bars from the smaller bag. This other lady told her she should call security and I as I was telling her to mind her own business I accidentally bumped into her son about 9 years old. The manager came. I told him in front of everyone that she should be fired because she does not know how to bag, and she took his side. I wanted to embarrass her in front of people because she does a terrible job.

Today this same employee was shopping in her store and I asked her if they had an item in stock. She said she did not know. I told her that she works here and she should know if they have the item in stock or not. She said she is a cashier and she does not know. I continued to tell her that she should know where things in her store is and she probably only got the job because she was having sexual relationships with the manager. She told me to leave her alone because this was her day off and she was shopping. I told her that does not matter, that she works here and whether she is working or if it is her day off she should be helping the customer. Then the manager came up to me and asked me to leave the store. I told him that I would not leave. I as just asking for help from an incompetient employee and maybe he should be telling her to do her job better. He then threatened to call the police on me because I was harassing his employees. I told him to learn some grammar because I was only harassing one employee and employees is plural form. He then called his plain clothes goons and told me that I was banned from the store and that if I stepped foot in his store he would have me charged with trespassing. I wanted to stay in the parking lot because I was not finished this discussion with the cashier and the plain clothes goons told me to leave the parking lot. I told them that the parking lot was not part of the store. They then told me that if I did not leave they would call the police.

This cashier should be fired and this is not over. I will make sure that that cashier loses her job.

You are a pathetic waste of space. You should be charged with harassment and stalking an innocent girl. There was no reason for you to go out of your way to accuse the poor girl of sleeping with the manager. Where do you get off being a complete *ss*ole? I would have done the same thing the manager did. In fact, if I was that little girl I would have slapped you across the face if you talked to me that way and I was on my day off. Im suprised you even have a wife... Did you pay for her? cuz I sure as hell don't believe any woman would willingly marry your sorry ### unless you had loads of money. Maybe you should familiarize yourself on the "Proper" way to treat a woman!

What a rude pathetic jerk YOU are, not the cashier. Customers have no right to treat employees with open disrespect. Oh, and you are also wrong that this cashier should have helped you ON HER DAY OFF. Her time is her time. If I managed the store you would be banned from shopping there. Abusive customers are not wanted.

Walmart not enough staff help

This morning, I had to pickup some pictures at the Wal-Mart photo department. I went to the photo center... I was standing at the counter waiting. I noticed that there were two ladies working behind the counter. They saw me standing there for a minute. I was thinking to myself...”How come they haven’t said anything to me like...”someone will help you or someone will be there with you in a minute.” I continued waiting and no one said anything. Then I said to one of the employees, “Can someone help me?” and she didn't answer me and then I asked again and then an employee snapped at me and said “She will help you!” and pointed out where there were three photo Kodak machines. I realized the one person working with other customers was helping them make their Christmas Cards and all I wanted for her to do was to help me with my pictures and I could finally leave. There were two other ladies working behind the counter that didn’t want to help me and you got this other lady that’s giving a lesson with three other customers on how to make cards. When I do ask for help and explaining to her that all I needed to do is to pick up the pictures and that I will be on my way, one of the customers butted in and told me that I have to wait...I had to wait until one of the staff were done with all the other customers and that I have to wait in line. Then I tell her ... “I am not talking to you, mine your own business!” Then, she calls me a ###. The Wal-Mart employees had to call security because the situation needed to be taken care of. Then when security came, one of the employees finally helped me. Do you think that Wal-Mart could have handled the situation better? There were three employees there and not one of them wanted to help me. As a customer should I have left and came back when there are no customers there?

What an idiot. This "Matthew" guy should probably be locked up. In addition to his harassment and abuse of the employee, I suspect he abuses his wife. Notice how he told her not to show the ad in the first scenario, "or else..." . I wonder what "or else" meant?

I would love to see someone kick this guy's as and teach him a lesson in respect. By the way, since you mocked that manager's grammar, maybe you need to work on your own. Your complaint is full of dumb errors.

Walmart refused refund

I bought my daughter a cell phone at walmart. It was a blackberry curve (Virgin Mobile). I had troubles finding the serial number and therefore had to call Virgin Mobile for help. While trying to get my daughter's phone activated I found out the phone had been activated before. The live advisor at Virgin Mobile told me it could be overrode but it would take up to 3 days to do so. So I had decided to take the phone back to walmart.

When I had purchased the phone she told me they had a 15 day return policy and with my receipt it could be returned.

Anyhow I get to walmart and the woman could not even read the number and she even said so. She goes over to another area of the store by herself and about a minute later she comes back and tells me my receipt and phone doesn't match. It took me longer to read the small print and numbers than it took her to decide the numbers did not match.

On top of this they sold me a used phone as new. It was in a sealed package and eveything.

Walmart theft by employee

I need to know how to contact someone of importance that can help me solve a problem I recently experienced at the WalMart in Irving Texas. I left the store after making a purchase and realized that I had dropped my wallet at the counter. I ran to Customer Service where I was cheerfully handed my wallet back, less $600.00 cash. I met with the store manager, Kevin Vilcoff and his assistant Charmaine and they said they would review the security tapes and call me within an hour and should be able to figure out what happened. He never called and when I went back he said that I left the checkout with my wallet so I must still have it. I asked how it got back to customer service within 45 seconds of my leaving the store and they said the would look at the tapes some more. About an hour later they emerged and stated that I dropped my wallet while walking toward the exit door and one of his employees picked up my wallet and gave it to another employee and that I would need to file a police report, which I did. Several weeks later the detective told me the person confessed and was arrested and terminated from WalMart. I call Kevin and he basically said too bad for me. I WAS ROBBED IN A WALMART BY A WALMART EMPLOYEE AND I AM SIMPLY TOLD TO GET LOST. THIS MAN WILL NOT RETURN MY CALLS AND I NEED SOMEONE HIGHER IN THE COMPANY TO TALK TO. At this point I am simply trying to recover my $600 but frankly this is causing me enormous amounts of stress and anxiety and I am fearful of shopping in a WalMart again.
Is there anyone in this company that gives a ###?

Walmart sudden change of service due to new fed. govt regs

I have had the Wal-mart money card for several years. Used it to receive govt unemployment and disability benefits over the years, and before that, paychecks as I was moving... a lot, and it was much more convenient than always changing banks, as a way to avoid bank fees. I rarely ever had to pay any fees, only the rare case I received a paper-check and loaded it to the card, when there was no local bank to cash it at directly, though 99.9% of the funds received would go onto the card via direct deposit. I have a checking account at a bank as well, and used to transfer money from the walmart card to the bank, for budgeting reasons, and to pay my credit card, and other bills. This system worked perfectly fine for me, and I had everything, my spending and all, in perfect harmony. However, they have recently changed their billpay options, due to 'federal regulations' (too many regulations hurt the people most of all) and now their 'billpay' refers you to the Visa (or MasterCard depending on card branding) where it then directs you to the very limited selection of billers website to enter your card info. It takes away the ability to transfer directly to my bank account, and now I have to pay more money in order to pay some of my bills which cannot be paid by debit card.

While the change is due to some federal regulations, I can't directly blame walmart for the changes, however, they could be helpful and refer people and offer some sort of other option. Now I have to scramble whenever my deposits come in, to xfer the money out so my automatic bill payments can be completed. I have since switched my deposits to my bank, though now this card is completely useless to me for the most part. I don't and won't pay $3 a month for the rare paper check I may receive, I will just cash it out.

I blame the govt and over-regulation for this problem, as this only makes banks and other financial institutions more money, which is just asking for more trouble. It does not help any people, except those who own, run and have invested in the banks, as they are upset and wanted to cripple the providers like the walmart moneycard, as they were 'hurting their profit lines'. These regulations only hurt the competition, and restrict the choices of consumers. It is just more govt corruption in which the big banks and banking organizations have their hands in.

I am not a liberal, and am against big govt. I am very capitalistic, and libertarian, so don't comment about how I sound like a liberal commie hippie, because I am the furthest thing from such. Govt regulations hurt us more than they help, and this is just another instance. Most of all, it hurts the lower income class, and many on public assistance, or living paycheck to paycheck who may have not so great credit, or who shopped around for a way to keep costs and spending down and keeping a budget plan going to live within their means, something our govt needs to learn how to do. Regulations like forcing lenders to provide so many loans to the subprime market, and the like is what helped create the big financial crisis. The banks resisted at first till they found a way to make money, then funded all the politicians who supported it, and got it passed. They made tons when their numbers started to look great on paper, but the theory of it all was bad, as we have all seen. Now if the govt would let the free market actually be free, and not stifle the competition, it may just force banks to learn how to operate more efficiently, and keep costs down and not charge so many fees. Competition is good because it works for the consumer, but here we have competition being eliminated by govt decree, thus forcing me to have to give more money, unwillingly, to banks. This change in regulations is going to cost me about $100 more a year, once I institute the new financial management plan. I used to pay a total of $20 of fees a year, now i will have to pay $5/month for bill pay (have to pay more billers than my account allows for free) plus the cost of travelling to the nearest branch 4 times a year, and the additional fees for ATM use. Now that $100 more is going to banks, straight to them, and is $100 less a year that I have. Not to mention the prevention of overdrafts, and other such 'fees' that could occur in that time, and the way banks may do some shady transactions (I have had one bank charge me 2 overdraft fees for a single debit card transaction, which I had enough to cover in my account, because the merchant's processor charged it through without removing the 'hold' and yeah...) thus it could cost much more. This is going to only make the banks MILLIONS more each year, and take money away from the people, which means they have less money to save and/or spend, which also means that businesses will also have a slight loss as a result.

Regulations like this also hurt the economy, as I have pointed out above, because it takes money that would have been spent on other items and such, and hands it to the banks. If private businesses did something like this, there would be federal indictments and RICO charges, because the govt hates competition...

I agree for the most part, banks are complete bull ###, with nothing mutual in mind 100% greedy and lopsided working with them. They must be avoided at all cost by way of fact they are built and voted into existence illegally, the Federal Reserve is actually a privately owned organization, who prints, distributes, and regulates it's actions. They should by no way be doing everything like that it's obviously grounds for corruption, in fact for the Federal Reserve to print, and circulate notes it cost a total of no more than 3cents per denomination ranging from $1 dollar to a $100 dollar bill, 3 cents each to run the printer, pay for the ink, buy the material to print on, and distribute it which they do through FDIC insured by the federal government, that means we pay the insurance on there privately printed money. Now the worst part is what happens after they print it for 3 cents per bill, they lend it to us the working class of all walks of like for face value plus interest, so for each $100 dollar bill they charge us that amount with interest on top, there 3 cents is such a petty investment on their part it is hardly even worth mention, they just profit well over the 100% guaranteed down to every dollar they print, if we as Americans could get 100% return on our money plus interest just for 5 or 10 years of our 50 year enslavement period we would be able to retire like kings in comparison to what little the actual return is on our saved money over our working history!
They are clearly crooks and I say screw them and the IRS, let them pay taxes every American who labors for their income should be exempt and it under the banking situation we live with should fall back on the Federal Reserve 100% and it still wouldn't make a dent in there profits by any comparable means!
The Government is run by the Federal Reserve everything they do and enforce is a direct request or order that is in some round about way been put into motion for the banking industry and cares less about the working class citizen, if they had it as they wish and eventually will they will enforce child labor, and kids will show up in the work force much like in China, and will have to just to survive what the future holds in store by there terms currently in place and worse ones coming!

The people must wake from the coma they live in of ignorance and stand up for what is not right and begin to enforce what is correct, the bankers need to be hung old fashion western style and exterminated from existence, as they are only a cancer of the very worst kind!
Believe if you need it, Or leave it if you dare! It's your ### and any future offspring you may bring into this world who will be in slaved like dogs by there ways!

Walmart bad haircut

Worst mistake I ever made getting my hair cut at smart style in Wal Mart. I was the very first customer of the day, and I even had a picture of the haircut I wanted and even ASKED her if she could cut my hair like that. She said she could, obviously she was mistaken. I was left with a choppy, uneven mullet. I'm thinking maybe if she would have shut her mouth for 5 minutes and concentrated on cutting my hair instead of boring me with the details of her less than interesting life, she may have done a half decent job, then again, I highly doubt it.
It's been a long time since I have been so disappointed in a hair cut. I could have closed my eyes and cut my hair and done a better job. I definitely over paid about 21.00, the best tip I can give Dinah from SmartStyle in Marion, Ohio is please...quit your day job.

Yes I've just I think had a bad haircut. I've been told by three different people that I should never go back to Wal-Mart for a haircut. I can't tell because my eyes are not the best. I paid 23.00 dollars with tip. Is that about the going rate in Cedar city Utah. I don't know. But if it was a bad haircut then maybe I have been robbed. I would post a picture but that is a little hard for me. Thank you for listening.

I don't know what smart styles that guy went to but the one I went to in Marion Ohio was great. The stylist I got was named Brandace mooney. I got to say the service was great she was very nice and professional. She gave me the hair cut exactly like I asked an wasn't too ruff like some barbers. She was even fun to talk to. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a good cut. Don't let that last review detour you from this place because I thought it was quite pleasant. Side note... She spoke English just fine. I can't comment on the other stylists but Brandace or Brandy (I guess it's for short) was great!

Walmart would not price match

I have been price matching for years at Walmart. When my wife and I were ready to check out, 99% of our order was price matches". We

decided to go through one of the expresses due to it being faster'. The cashier didn't seem to have that much trouble with the price

matches until we came to the broccholi|. The ad stated something along the lines of 3lbs/. of broccholi for a certain price:. The cashier

had a hard time understanding what we were saying, so she asked to see the ad|. My wife said that she wasn't suppost to ask for the ad".

She said she only wanted to see it so she can understand the ad better;. I reluctantly gave her the ad. After about a minute the

cashier tells us we can not use the ad. I (at this point very upset) demanded to know why. She claims that we didn't have the right

kind of broccholi. We had heads of broccholi, not the broccholi bunches that the ad wanted. I told her that it didn't matter since she

wasn't suppost to see the ad anyways. Therefore her finding was not valid. The cashier still wouldn't budge on her decision. I then

told the cashier that I was going to report her to management. She still wouldn't budge. I told her I didn't want any of the items and

to void the whole transaction. I wasn't going to spend any of my hard earned money at a place that doesn't follow their own policies

Don't you know how to read detwa1. I said I will stop going there, and I have forbidden my wife from shopping at walmart and Zachary before you go jumping to conclusions NO i won't slap her if she shops there. The first time she disobeys me I will give her the silent treatement. The second time I will divorce her and take my ten year old son with me and she won't get to see him ever again.

Also detwa1 it does not matter if it was the same damn kind or not, we did not have to show her the ad. I admit it was I not my wife that made this statement. I also admit I threatened to slap her, but I did not touch her. I later apologized for threatening her and I would not because as soon as I made that threat she told me that she would call the police if I laid a hand on her or my ten year old son.

So what if I was trying to cheat, she has no right to look at the ad in the first place. I will not spend my hard earned money at a place like this and I will not let my wife have her hard money if she shops at these place. I will change the security word on her account so she can't get to her money.

Yeah, kicking an eighth grader's butt is really something to brag about." Why not try picking a fight with someone older than 13. Take a challenge pick a fight with a man your size or bigger. The fact you can brag about controlling your wife with your fist and also bragging about being able to beat up a 13 year old is pathetic and does not make you a man.

Walmart I am boycotting walmart after a horrible experience

I am boycotting Walmart after a horrible experience. We go through coupons, ads and make a list of what we want. Get to checkout, tell cashier “We have coupons and are matching” Shes like “well i need to see the ads” A customer from the next checkout was like “Oh I do couponing also, your store policy says you don’t need to show the ad” My cashier rolls her eyes. I figure shes a older lady, and I’d be nice and show her the ads, which on everything we got I had to go through Albertsons AND Kroger ad to find what she needed. Get to coupons, and mom, who wasn’t feeling well handed her the envelope, which ended up being the wrong one. Our bad. But she starts scanning them and had a attitude the whole time. She was mad cause she was suppose to leave, but had a line (People kept coming even after she turned her light off.) She came to the V8fusion coupons, which is when we figured out we gave her the wrong envelope. We had 2-1.5 off one V8fusion and 1 coupon for buy 2 v8 fusions and get a tea for free. The register didn’t want to accept the 1.5 off coupons, I tried explaining how it went but shes like “well the registers not accepting them and theres nothing I can do. She refused the gum coupons and argued about what it said. I finally said screw it, finished with her and went to customer service. Told her what was going on, and she had a blank look on her face. She DID say we were right about the V8 though. She tried to tell us the registers only allow up to a certain amount of coupons. I asked “how many” she was like “I don’t know” so I said I only used 20 coupons, most places its up to 100 coupons or like 500$ and I only spent 150$. She had no idea what she was talking about. She also didn’t call over a manager. So I told her I wanted a refund on the juice and gum. It was almost 20$. I was so mad. Spent a hr in line and had to put up with rude people. NOT going back there. Match prices my A**. Worse experience in a long time!

Coupons are all on you. All she can do is scan them. And ad matches aren't just given away, you have to prove it. They do carry the ads on hand, she just didn't have it on her. She could have called over a supervisor with an ad. The place would go bankrupt if they didn't check things. And they don't pay much, if you want perfect service... Go grow your own crap, don't buy it off of minimum wage retailers.

could someone please help me on a problem I had at Walmart tonight? I went to Walmart in my hometown and tried to use a competitor coupon, this particular store tells me they do not accept competitors coupons. The manager tells me its a corporate policy not to accept them. I tell him that corporate policy says that you do take competitor coupons, even called corporate standing in front of him, anyway after several hours corporate called manager and the manager looked at me after the phone call and said sorry its my discrection but we don't take competitors coupons! Could someone please explain to me just how the competitors coupons work at Walmart! I have to travel out of my hometown to a different Walmart that I have never had a problem with before.. I am not out to cheat Walmart out of any money, but if you don't take competitors coupons take the sign down that say's plainly you do!

Walmart tire blowout in 12 hours

My son bought 4 tires for his car. He never purchased tires before. Took car there about 12:00 didn't get it back until about 5:30. not counting hour he waited to be waited on. Next day he went to work on way home the tire blew out. thank God for state troop he stopped and helped my son and told him that tire was defected. we returned the tire next day to walmart shop manager said he must have hit something we not replacing that tire. the hole is in the side wall no hole but in side wall. My son and I assured him he didn't hit anything. Store asst. mgr Ken comes out he said did you buy road hazard warranty? My son ask what that was and the Ken said that they always ask if you want this. well that day it was busy and the lady didn't ask my son. Ken basically called my son and me a lier and then told use that it didn't matter they don't have to sell you Road Hazard or tell u about. Also I put remarks on thier facebook and they delete any negetive remarks you make on there.I told ken I would be back he said so what. Walmart don't care but about $$$$$$$ and how much they can get from people.

Same thing happened with my vehicle! The tire blew less than 24 hours later. They tried to say my vehicle must have problems. Then said the burden of proof is on me and even if I did get a bad tire, it is not their fault! If they are trained mechanics, they should be able to spot a bad tire!

Walmart activation and fees

I purchased a Walmart Money Card for my niece (whom does not live by me, so it was easy to ship) for Christmas. She is under 18 and could not activate it even with the code from the receipt, When I took it back and gave her the cash I tried to activate. After numerous attempts and problems I put it aside to deal with later. When I got back to dealing with it there had been so many fees taken out that the value was almost totally gone. The same situation happened after my daughter got a Walmart Money card.

Lesson learned DON'T BUY A WALMART MONEY CARD! This is just one more way of Walmart making money off of un-suspecting consumers.

Walmart card suspension without any notification

I have had my walmart cash card for a couple of years. I recently started advertising my quilts for sale on backpage.com. I posted several ads in a couple of different states on backpage and debited the card a total of $78 for advertising. I used 3 moneypaks to add cash to my card totalling 120 bucks, nothing outrageous. I went to walmart today to use my card to buy a dvd knowing that I still had $45 dollars of my own cash on the card, it was declined. I request the cashier to hold my buy while I go call customer service. My call is routed to "loss prevention"? Seriously? In speaking with the non-english speaking person, she advises me that I have done "several transaction with a merchant that they do not deal with." each transaction was only $4.50. Advertising on backpage is cheap. I questioned her what she means by "a merchant they do not deal with" she avoided the question and questioned me why am I advertising with that company? And that she would assume that I read the terms and conditions before I used the card. Really? I questioned her what it said. She claimed that it states their card is not to be used for business purposes. What? I have used my card many times for business purposed for much more than this amount. I have used my card for google adwords accounts, to set up a website, etc. Many times. And these cost me way more than $78! More like 300-500 bucks a pop. This is crazy. So the executive goes on to tell me that they are closing my card officially on aug 8th and that she doubts I will ever be capable to get another card through them. Haha like I would want one. I want to make it clear to anyone reading this that my address is up to date on my account, my email address is up to date, my phone number is up to date on my account. At no point did anyone ever attempt to contact me from walmart cash card to inquire about my transactions. I would additionally like to point out they did not block my account because of several transactions, they blocked my account due to my dealing with backpage.com. Thats crazy. I would additionally like to point out that when I got home I reviewed the term and conditions of using the card. It says nothing about using it with backpage.com, it says nothing about not using your card for "business purposes" nothing. I am so livid. If anyone out there wants to get together and file a complaint opposed to these idiots please email me. I will gladly join in!

Walmart screaming at me at the entry

On saturday, july 24th, I had place my small puppy in a dog sling with nothing but his head hanging out (Like a baby carry sling) which has a strap that goes around your neck. As I was entering the doorway in the shrub dept a female started screaming at me that I could not enter the store with that dog. I was not even in the doorway yet and she was pretty far back so when she screamed at me everyone turned and looked at me. If I would have tried to come in with him loose or even on a leash she could have approached me in a polite way. Which I would never try to enter a st0re with a dog on a leash even. I had hurt my hip and was feeling very terrible or I would have requested to see management instead I turned and walked away in embarrassment. There was another employee beside her that looked at her in disbelief of what had just happened.

She was just trying to tell you before you got in with the dog. They are generally not allowed in stores. I don't agree with this as I myself have a Chihuahua who I would like to bring in with me everywhere but store policy is store policy.
Just write to corprate saying you won't be shopping there until policy is changed. If the dog is confined it shouldn't be a problem but, like I said, them's the rules of that establishment.

Walmart comp ads

I went to Wal-Mart this morning before work...I spent a great deal of time comparing my Kroger weekly ad shopping list to the products I wanted to buy at Wal-Mart. I was in line checking out for 40 minutes (late to work:) because 4 customer service reps were disputing my ad...the varieties...everything. Seems to me like I just saw a commercial on the TV this week that said you don't even have to have an ad when you want to comp a competitors prices...CRAZY. They told me they were cracking down on extreme couponers...I only had a hand full of coups...Definatly not an extreme couponer ! I understand some people try to work the system but this is rediculous. Everytime I go, there is a new policy...seems like the Benton KY store are comp ad, coupon Natzis? Please stop doing comp ads or just make it easy on the few cents we moms would like to save!

Howarts, I'm talking about the actual complaint not the comments. the complaintant, unless I have missed it doesn't mention sitting on the behind, racial items, kids, being late, ect ect. The commentor however, start right off with W.M is racist, and all that dribble.

I believe the one commenting made a new account with a very similar name as the original complaint poster to try to get a rise out of people. I am lead to believe the original complaint poster is not the same person as the commenter on this post. But, the commenter on this post.. yes you're right. Its Nonnie or Dollar General ( maybe same person there as well)

I know that sounds a bit confusing sorry!

The OP and the commenter are not the same people. ... I think. Check the profiles, The OP one has only one complaint posted (this one), The original posters complaint doesn't mention race, being late, ect ect. The other has one (for target) and three comments.

The commenter SA Mom is overtly racist, I'm guessing a white guy at home in his mommy's basement trying to create an uproar using stereotypes. Plus I think the commenting SA is also Dollar General and Nanny just for the sole fact they both complain about people writing on their "letter"

I can see it now what retort I'm going to get for feeding the troll. I beat my kids ( don't have any) I am a racist, I work for Walmart..I do drugs ect ect... get a life

Wow, what a rude response. I thought this site was for customers to voice their complaints, not for employees or losers to defend companies. So what if I was mistaken about the AD. The point is the customer is always right. The sad thing is that because I am black I have to bring an AD in. If I were white I could claim the 3ds was $1 and they would take my word for it. But as a black person if I were go even claim the 3Ds was even a penny less than their advertized price they would think I am lying. Also in front of black customers they pretend not to be racist by asking white customers for a flyer. I bet if there were no black customers in the store they would not ask those cracker and honkies for ads. This is the fourth time I was late to work and I could lose my job. I was late previously because some pig pulled me over for speeding. I was only going 7 mile faster than the speed limit. Than I had an argument with my ex husband. I would not leave for work until he admitted he was wrong. He did so just to shut me up. Yes I choose to be late for work because I refuse to budge until I got my way. I had the same problem at Target with coupons. Like the idiot who replied they said the product had to match. I wanted a better quality brand name and the idiot (like the idiot who replied to my letter) said brand name must match with brand name, and the size conditions must match. You Hogwarts Student are an idiot. When my three year old son acts like an idiot I tell him he is an idiot and that I wish he were never born and send him to live with daddy till he can act smarter. Hogwarts Student Zachary you sir are an idiot. Even if I was mistaken the Customer is always Right.

Walmart sales assocaiate almost kidnapped my child.

My husband and I were shopping our three children. Two sons four and five. One daughter nine. My four year old son got lost and my husband went to notify the people at customer service. They made an announcement that described the four year old who was lost. You know one of those code adams. I was closer to the returns desk and went to get my child when they asked for the parent to return that the child has been found. They refused to give my son to me. They told me that only the person who reported the child missing could claim the child. To make matters worse they treated me like it was I who was the kidnapper. My son wanted some action figures which I refused to buy him. In turn when the associate asked if I was his mother no, I don't know this person. They asked if he knew who I was and he said no. Either he did not know how to answer the question or he lied to say that I was not his parent because I refused to make the purchase. This was embarrassing as I looked like a kidnapper. They wanted proof that this was my child.(a birth certificate, ect.) Who carries a birth certificate. My husband who made reported the child missing came to the desk later, and confirmed I was the mother. They apologized and said that they had to keep the child until the person making the report of a child came to retrieve the child. Who is the kidnapper here I ask, you who refused to return my son to me, or me who was just trying to get my son back.

So, the way I see it is that your kid was being a little snotnose brat. Lots of liability if Wal-Mart had given him to just anyone. This is theee reason that Wal-Mart has that lost child policy in place and they stick to it like glue. They needed to find WHO was the owner of said kid, and I do agree with them on their kid return policy. You shoulda said to the kid that you were leaving the store and that he could just stay there, and then you coulda and shoulda walked off...Then, you shoulda just left the kid there and let him "stew" and think about lying, and the what happened as a result of the poor choice he made by lying. Leave him at home next time! You need to whip his ### with the belt, and take ALL his toys away for a while. Thats probably what started this mess...You cower and cater to this kid, and parents are too afraid to discipline their kids anymore out of fear that they will be reported to CPS. "Well, kid, you know what? LIFE isnt fair, and that is just the way it is, so deal with it!"

Maybe they really wanted to be sure that THEEE child was returned to the right owners? Lots of liability on Wal-Mart IF they had given the child to anyone. Sounds like the kid needs to have his ### whipped for being such a little snot just cause you wouldnt buy him a new toy! I woulda let him stay there and learn his lesson! As far as Wal-Mart making the call on turning him over to just anyone, in this day and age, ANYONE could have tried to take him, then Wal-Mart would never hear the end of it.

To BESC, there are federal laws about mail order concerning prompt shipment and notification and refunds if there is a problem. I dont know if that company is in the US though. The customer service is less than helpful. They refused to give out any information about Eurobolic.com "company". They did not even want to provide the address of the "company". Last two months couldn't contact them through email. Utter ignorance and 4 months without merchandise.

There has to be a legal way to take action and/or stop this "company" from "doing business. I really wish I had read these reviews before I foolishly ordered from Eurobolic.com.

I have no sympathy for you. You transformed an inconvenient experience into an embarrassment and you interpret your subsequent illegitimate anger as cause for complaint.
Your grasp of common sense and reasonable behaviour have been inherited by your child.
Is this a four year old that takes advantage of their parents artificial restraint when defied in public? The next time your child gets lost-- please--do nothing to correct the situation; it will enhance the probability your genetic impression on humanity will be obliterated within the confines of this generation.
Everyone hates 4 year old's that demand something they see in a retail store and go on to complain about a refusal loudly and without regard for the peace of others---a mirror re-enactment of your behaviour at Customer Service.

Walmart code adam

First of all I will be honest with you straight forward. I admit I asked my two children 2 female and 9 female to hide in the washroom. Then I went up and told the customer service desk person my children were lost while my older mother stole items in the store. However this is not the issue. The issue is that they had two security guards and one of them was too busy watching my mother than looking for the child when a code Adam was paged. When a code Adam is paged the first priority is to look for the lost child. They said I have done this at least five times(asked my children to hide and have a code Adam paged) lie, I only did it three times. A child's safety should come before arresting a shoplifter. Now I can possibly lose both my children and my husband may get custody of them and not allow me near them because I am a bad influence.

Anyways what I am trying to say is Zachary, the fact that she is committing a crime in front of her kids and teaching them how to steal is enough to have her children taken away. She is leading her child to become bad citizens instead of law abiding citizens and those children need a good role model if this story is true. It could be true because there have been cases where parents do this kind of thing. In some cases they don't even have a child. They then claim they forgot they left the child with the spouse.

Actually even if the kids were with another adult and kept safe she still would lose her kids. Parents who commit crimes in front of their kids teach them it is acceptable. Same thing with parents who make their kids steal. At the wal-mart i work at a mother was switching prices, to get an item cheaper and use the scanning code of practice law. The child was just seven. She not knowing the mother was doing something illegal told the cashier that her mother switched the prices and should get the item cheaper. The mother immediately turned and said the child switched the tags. Then she tried to get it cheaper at another register telling the child to shut up or she would slap her in the face, and told her if she had to pay full price for the item she would beat her with a belt when she got home. The mother did not get it for the reduced price and someone reported that they saw the same mother pulling the child's hair and punching her several times in the head. Than the child was left in the parking lot and the person who brought her in(luckily someone good saw her alone) asked for the police to be called because when she left the child in the parking lot she told her that she hopes someone rapes her and kills her. She threatened to have a man pay to do sexual things to her. That child was removed from her home, and one of the biggest concerns was not about the beating but the fact the mother was teaching this child to steal, cheat and commit fraud.

I also think this is a troll post, but the sad thing is there are parents who actually "lose" their kids. While everyone is busy searching for the "lost" child they are stealing. We had a mother or someone claim her eight year old son was lost. They paged a code Adam, and in turn the child was never in the store. Don't know if she was stealing, but on at times parents or people do report a fake lost child, and in some cases "lose" their kids on purpose.

Walmart checkout

I get off work late some nights but somehow always when I go to Walmart its maybe 8pm at the latest when there is only 2-3 lines for checkout open and there are 50+ customers with pull carts waiting. And it takes me 10 min at most to get what I need and it takes like an hour to get checked out. I have to always complain to management about the problem and they just blow it off and say its being taken care of. Which it never does. It's not a once in a while thing its every night. I now avoid spending money there unless I absolutely have to. I would like to get in and get out not waste my time when I've been at work all day.

Walmart very poor customer service

I ordered a mattress online from walmart.com on august 18, 2011. Received an email that my order had been processed and shipped on august 19, 2011 with an expected delivery of august 23-29, 2011. Was given the fed ex tracking number and on august 25th noticed that fedex tracking status was still reading "initiated", just as it was on the 19th. Contacted fedex and they emphatically stated that "while the shipper has generated a label for this package, it has not been tendered to fedex for delivery" this is an exact quote. Contacted walmart three times to let them know there has been a mistake made at walmart and it needed correcting. The reply - wait until the 29th and if it does not come then contact us again. So this is the 26th of august, a friday, and they could not see that it was no way it could be delivered, if it has not been picked up, but they want me to wait on hold for an hour (Again) to speak to a representative in three days to say I have not received my delivery. And this was said by a supervisor. I will tell you that for a company of this stature to hire people who cannot process their own ignorance and sloppy service any better than this, is there no wonder why jobs are continuing to go overseas? This is a sad state when customer service benefits the employees and not the ones who are the customers! 1

You have just recently took out the McDonald's out of the Ormond Store and the greeters Why. You do not have people in the stores in their respective departments to help you. But you took out the one thing that families and kids like when they come to Walmart and that is McDonalds. The greeters were a help because they helped you when you entered the store to be able to find things.
What were you thinking? Are you trying to discourage the public to not shop there and go other places? If you would like to respond to my questions please send to my email cdooley6544@gmail.com

Walmart beware medication shoppers

Walmart pharmacies are the worst in the world from their techs to their pharmacists. They could care less about you the customer and don't much care if you get the right meds or any meds at all. They loose refills orders, tell the customer lies about this and are in general useless. Very frequently the computer is down at their store so I used a check to pay for order. The pharmacy computer would not finish the order and I was asked to use the regulat register in front. I was told that the transaction started was voided. I checked out at the front and didn't notice that there was .97 cents difference but didn't care. I was thankful to get my meds.(How pathetic) Walmart sent both transactions through my financial institution who cleared the same number check twice. After a couple back and forth check transfers, I talked with the bank who said they would place a stop paymant on the check and this should stop the insanity. Today I eas awakened at 8:00 A.M. by a collection agency demanding payment. I give up and will let my attorney handle this. Don't think you are saving any money with this place !

The WalMart Pharmacy in Pueblo West Colorado has gone from acceptable to horrible. Techs are rude and they couldn't care less about you or your perscriptions. They tell you your perscription will be ready in 45 minutes but 24 hours later they tell you it will be another 45 minutes. Too bad no one is held accountable for such horrible service. They constantly make mistakes but never offer any explanation or even an appology.
WalMart should be ashamed of this level of service.
