Walmart Lack of motorized shopping carts for disabled

This past week I went 3 times to the Walmart nearest me and there were no motorized shopping carts available. July 15,13 and 11 are when I went to the Walmart at 8800 Kingsridge Dr., Dayton, Ohio 45458. Some people such as me can't walk over 100 feet or so.

Desired outcome: Make motorized shopping carts available again.

Walmart Customer service

Purchased a few extra items I didn’t need on 07/15/22 at Walmart on Gosford in Bakersfield Ca. Cashier in customer service department named Preet female was rude. Said I couldn’t receive my funds I used with my Bank of America DEBIT card not even 24hrs ago. My total was only $21.07 & in a rude unprofessional tone said I can not get my cash back. However, it can only go back onto my debit card that I no longer have on me or a store credit gift card. These employees really need to take a training course in communication skills, customer service skills, professional skills, and be reprimanded from their higher ups such as supervisors, managers, management department. I will be following up with my experience on 7/16/22 at the WALMART SHPER ENTER ON 5134

Desired outcome: Disgusted, unsatisfied & very unpleasant with this outcome on my debit purchased that has already been debited out of my bank.

Walmart Grocery pick up terrible experience.

I made 2 online orders for Walmart grocery. Went to pick them both up July 8th at about 5:30 pm (1733 2nd St, Meridian, Ms) Pulled up to spot 12 and an associate brought out part of order. I told her I had another order and had checked in to pick it up as well. Associate told me someone would bring it out in a few minutes. About 10 minutes later I called back to see when I would get my pick up order. Lady on the phone said she didn't see it. Said give her a minute. Finally an associate came out with my bags. She stood at my driver window telling me it was not for pick up today. Told her I ordered 2 days ago and I have 4 days to pick up. Tried to show her on my phone where I had checked in to pick up both my orders. She proceeded to inform me I had not done it right. At that point she aggressively poked my Walmart bags thru my car window and in doing so she scratched my hand. Now had she not been so aggressive I might have thought it was an honest accident but with the attitude she delivered my purchase with and the way she gave me my stuff... yeah I took the scratch a little personal. I asked for her name but she rushed off and ignored my request. I did call the store to complain. The manager (Monica) took my info said she filed a report but I never heard from anyone about it. Said she talked to the associate. I am still mad and disappointed. I'm sending you pic from July 8th - 10th of scratch from.

Desired outcome: Just like to know it matters that I was treated poorly and injured by associate with aggressive mannerisms. I could not even get associates name if i had wanted to file a report of my own.

Walmart return policy

this morning i tried to return a package of 6 mens briefs to walmart on steeles ave in scarborough -- i was told all sales were final -- i don't think that was correct or honest -- i have returned goods before - it was an arbtrary response to get rid of me -- the package had been opened to look inside - as the design of the package was confusing and complicated -- the top had been torn to look inside -- a packaging problem or packaging stategy to reduce returns?-- ie encourage damaging the package -- slick marketing -- before you know you'll return it-- also , the packaging had a clean , one colour sillhhouette of a male figure with a proper fit -- when opened, the briefs were not as advertised --they were various colours and each brief was more than one colour -- and , as my son , for they were bought for his birthday said --they're ugly -- also, it was clear the fit would be poor -- the briefs were made too wide & large in the crotch area so the genitals would not fit in , but rather spill out -- it was obvious just from looking at them , not trying them on -- i offered to try an exchange rather than money-back and the clerk dissmissed me and said all sales final --

Walmart Distilled water

Among so many things like determining their canned soda does not qualify for ebt while alkl others do in their online store. They have the audacity to show out of stock 1 gallon distilled water at 1.08 and same brand distilled water for 12.95 from pro seller on their website right next to it. Whether they are selling direct or not they are supplying and advertising this price gouging as Great Price. Distilled water is used for 2 things primarily Baby care and medical equipment and is criminally price gouging baby care and medical necessities under the guise of covid. Why is nothing being done by these obvious criminal price gouging cases. These cases that only affect the poor and chronically ill in the case of distilled water I am for example home bound due to my medical conditions so I only have a few options. They exploit that.

Desired outcome: Criminal actions taken or severe lawsuits that go to the affected or even to the programs that help people like the affected.

Walmart Great value 100% arabica blonde roast ground coffee cups

Some of the coffee cups are not completely sealed, which you can't see until you use them. They make a huge mess in my coffee maker and lots of coffee ground in my mug. I have never had this problem in the past several years of buying this coffee. If it was a one time event, I wouldn't bother emailing a complaint but it has happened 3 times with the current box that I have bought and the box is still over half full. It's very frustrating to be cleaning my coffee pot of all the grounds 1st thing in the morning. I don't want to switch brands because honestly, this coffee tastes is better than any of name brands that I have tried but I don't like drinking coffee grounds...yuck!

Walmart Self checkout

The self checkout lady was rude in the way she spoke to me. I brought alcohol into the self checkout and I forgot I had it. Workers in the past, have just rung it up separately for me. This lady refused to help and told me to go wait in the really long line after I was done ringing up my half a cart of groceries.

Walmart Item#ep22783 goplus10000btu portable air condition-dehumid

I purchased a portable air condition with walmart.com 02-06-2021. I purchased a 3 yr. extended warranty thur walmart. the air condition was used the first time 2 wks. ago it run 2 wks. and then it quit. walmart deleted my account on line because i hadnt ordered anything in a year. they can bring up the item but i cant i requested them to email me a copy of the purchase receipt but they refused. i contacted Go plus because they filled the order.they emailed me a copy of the invoice,but squaretrade.com allstate refused to accept their invoice. Since Walmart sold me the extended plan why cant they simply email them a copy. Please help. thank you.

Walmart Walmart plus subscription

Every single order I've put in since I became a member of Walmart Plus has either been incorrect, delayed, left in the wrong place, incomplete, or most recently delayed day after day then canceled. And yet my bank shows 'payment pending' for this order. I want my yearly subscription fee refunded and obviously my most recent order, which was canceled after days of waiting for it (orginally supposed to have arrived the day after I ordered) refunded. The order number is 2000100-[protected]. I've canceled my subscription but feel I should be refunded as the Plus service has been absolutely terrible. I literally live just over a mile from Walmart so have no idea why it's so difficult to get my orders to me. I have to immuno-compromised children so I thought deliver via Walmart Plus would be such a fabulous service. I am beyond disappointed. It actually seems illegal that I have not received my order yet your company is holding the amount as 'payment pending' in my bank account.

Desired outcome: Subscription of Walmart Plus refunded and most recent order refunded immediately.

Walmart Gift card

6/14 make a purchase for a gift card using a one time prepaid CC.

Realized once I purchased the card it wasn't an Egift card. Called to cancel, they cancelled it on or around the 16th. Tracking see the card as no longer in Fedex system (a poor excuse for cust rep) told me they can intercept those cards.

They state refund will be coming (I have the email). Then nothing, no money, I call and call and everyone tries to "understand what im going through" but does ABSOLUTELY nothing. I find out they didn't even start my refund until about the 6th time I called them back (on the 24th). Im now at a loss, $114 is missing and NOT ONE OF THE piss poor examples of customer support they have, will help. Its to the point where I spoke to a manager and he informed me he couldnt even look into my account to see the gift card purchase. What good is a rep if they cant even look into my account to see my purchase history. I need help, they stole $114. When calling the police to report a theft, they literally told me they wouldnt even know how to report that because they wouldnt know who to contact at walmart. This is the sate of our corporations. Cops will arrest me for retail theft, but DO NOTHING when walmart steals. HELP!

Desired outcome: I want my money back and want to charge them with theft.

Walmart Great value sweet italian creamer

I went to buy Sweet Italian Cream Creamer and had to buy your store brand Great Value, because the name brand was out of stock.

Your creamer is SSSSOOOOOOOOOOOO Sweet that I have to add milk to make it less sweet.

It is really not acceptable. I would like to return this or throw it out. What is your recommendation?

Walmart Was treated horrible on light duty from walmart and kept getting more injured and nobody cared

Was injured and was on light duty and they didn’t care about my injury! They made it so much worse and the store manager could care less! They are a giant and they are unethical and they should be ashamed! I called ethics for weeks about my treatment because Store Manager is not a good person. They documented everything, but their investigation is still going on, but I have a feeling they just blown me off and don’t care either.

Desired outcome: I would like all my pay when I was terminated and be able to go to rehab and see a doctor, then be able to go to another store.

Walmart White meat chicken salad with cranberries celery and pecans

Hello i have a complaint about the cost of the chicken salad that came in a 2 pound tub it was 12 dollars why so high ? i would like to buy more but its too expensive can walmart lower it to 6 dollars please ? i hate to buy anywhere else ive been shopping at walmart for over thirty years please continue your low prices on all of your products i prefer to be a walmart customer . thank you for your wonderful service .

Walmart Rude Customer Service

This was June 30th about 10:00pm at the Collins Hill Store in Lawrenceville, Ga.I had received coupons from P & G for free items on Pantene, Herbal Essense and Aussie because of a recall they had. So I selected my items and went to purchase these and what do you know- they wouldn't scan, so I had to get an associate over. First there was a guy which didn't even speak just looked at my coupon turned around and walked off to another associate. She came over and looked at the coupons and said she needed to talk to her manager. After about 5 mins she came back and entered her info in for one item and walked away. I told her I had several of these coupons and that she may need to help me again - she completely walked off and went to the ladies section wandering around. and of course the next one didn't scan so I had to wait on someone else to come over. She was very rude stating she isn't suppose to enter any info in that if they don't scan then oh well. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager up front. I asked if there was a store manager available she said no and was just rude. If she was a manager she needed to be trained on customer service and the employees need to know how to communicate with customers. I can not help that the coupons don't scan however there should be a way that they can be entered in especially by a manager. The second associate that had come by before wandering off entered it with no problem. I think they just don't want to do anything at all and by having to stand there for a few mins to enter info is was a bother to her and that isn't right. She needs to retrain and learn better customer service etiquette. This store was unbelievable and rude. I won't be coming back to it. I feel my time is just as important as hers. That was the last day I would be able to use those coupons too. I ended up being at that register for 30 mins waiting on them to come and do nothing.

Walmart Air mattress/return

7/4/22 about 7:15 a. m I went to EXCHANGE an air mattress couldn't find my receipt at the time. I was told I couldn't EXCHANGE it. Why? I never got the right understanding. At least 3 workers including the manager, with an attitude, come out to to tell me I couldn't EXCHANGE. Gave me some lame excuse about the manufactory or some crap. Then I was questioned about when and how did I purchased it. Which was odd because all I wanted was an EXCHANGE and it says clearly on the box "Must be returned sealed and unopened within 90 days for refund. OPENED AIRBEDS AVAILABLE FOR EXCHANGE ONLY." So why was I humiliated and embarrassed and treated like a criminal just to get an EXCHANGE for a dang air mattress? Does walmart policy apply to everyone? Or certain people? Finally, I found my receipt. I guess the manager didn't like that, so the she issued a final sale on my receipt. Why? So I guess if something happens to this mattress I'm just out of luck. Right? Never had a problem with walmart before. I'm very upset about this situation!

Desired outcome: I want an apology and a legit receipt for my purchase. And I would like a response please.

Walmart poor customer interaction/ bad language

I go in Walmart almost daily i am a day-to-day grocery buyer. i have noticed the same female numerous times she doesn't were a name tag Walmart vest or shirt but I'm sure she works in the deli of Walmart #2489, anyway her language needs to be addressed the wall of cheese and pizzas isn't soundproof and S--- and F--- are not appropriate words for the workplace. I only say anything this time because the mornings of the 28th and 29th of June I had my granddaughter with me and that's not acceptable in my opinion on the 28th I mentioned the language to a older gentleman decorating cakes and with his apology for her left the issue but again the next day he apparently did nothing about the problem which has led me to you.

Walmart Dual multimedia receiver with/ bluetooth

On 6/29/22, I visited the Harrisburg Walmart (Grayson Rd.) to return a DVD player I bought for my vehicle. I have receipt and original packaging. I purchased the additional warranty in case there were any problems at a later time.

DVD does not play movie, will give you sound, but no picture. When I return the item, I'm told that the Serial. No. does not match the box. The serial number was never checked when I purchased the DVD player. Now Walmart wants to take no responsibility for ensuring that I am returned my $147+ I simply wanted to exchange the model for another one, and even with the added protection I bought, I'm still left with a DVD player that does not work.

The manager Skye was very rude when she came to assist the customer service associate I was already dealing with. She told me she could call someone else to give me the same response that she gave me that my money would not be returned. This was very unprofessional of her and in the moment when I expected service, I got anything but... Walmart never checked the product before the sale, and now wants to make me the blame for their failure to ensure the quality of the product they sold me. WILL BE MY LAST TRIP TO HARRISBURG WALMART!

Desired outcome: I would like my $147.00 returned with the protection fees included as well. In the future I hope that Walmart will be as vigilant about checking what you sell as much as you check what is returned.

counted only 9 fillets and not 10 fillets as stated on the box.

Walmart Employee Issue

I made a purchase at 1549 Rte 9, Clifton Park, NY, Store #2844, on 22 June 2022. I utilized self-checkout. On my way out I did not show the receipt checker my receipt. I did this because I do not believe that she does her job correctly or efficiently. She takes the receipt and marks it with a highlighter without verifying any of the purchases. The lady who checked out next to me only rang out two of the items from her cart and did not pay for the rest. The receipt checker again placed the mark on her receipt without verifying any purchases. As I was walking out, she yelled out "you no pay", at which point I absolutely turned around and confronted her about what she said. I told her do not accuse me of stealing. She would not repeat it what she had said. Then I went to leave for the second time, which she then proceeded to yell out again "you no pay." I understand that the whole thing could of been avoided if I had just shown her my receipt in the first place, but why should i waste my time and patience when she does not verify any of the purchases? That does not excuse her accusing me of stealing and yelling out in front of other customers that I did not pay for my items. That does not excuse her of boldly disrespecting customers. I have attached a photo of my receipt for your use.

Desired outcome: The desired outcome would be for retraining of this employee. Retraining of both customer service as well as explaining to her duties and responsibilities. I would like to hear back from the company.

Walmart My Pillow MADE in America

Go Woke, Go Broke! If you are trying to run off customers, this is a good start! I bought two My Pillows from Wal-Mart. I love them. You ARE alienating your customers! I stopped shopping at Target years ago! Keep it up, I'll stop shopping at Wal-Mart too!
