Walmart Tires

I ordered 4 tiger paw tires for my van over three weeks ago. It said it would be at the Roanoke Walmart that Wednesday. They immediately took out over 428,00 for the tires from my checking. For two weeks it kept saying delayed. Saturday I called and cancelled the order and asked for a refund. They said it was done. Got the email and they only refunded my money on one tire at 107 dollars. Called back and asked about the other three tires and why they were not refunded. Could hardly understand the foreign woman. Was told it would take 48 hours. Three days later nothing so I called back. Still no help. Said they would email me with a confirmation. Nothing! He said it would be 7 to 10 days after the email. I need tires now and need my money back for them. This is bullcrap. Customer service sucks! I need a refund for the tires that never showed up. I still do not understand why the hold up. I will never order online from them again.

Desired outcome: I want my refund for the tires that never showed up. All three of them that weren't refunded.

Walmart extended warranty on television

I paid $60.00 for an extended warranty on my tv. The television was accidentally knocked over and damaged to the point where it would not work anymore. I called the people in charge of the extended warranty. I was told that they did not cover repairs to the tv. They would not tell what they did cover. It is my opinion that this is nothing but a scam to get people's money. I intend to go as far as I have to to get this resolved. Do you or do you not stand behind your customers?

Desired outcome: I want my televsion fixed or replaced.

Walmart rude employee - Deborah - cashier/checker - Cabot AR supercenter

There is an older lady (maybe 60ish) that's a checker @ the Cabot Walmart - she is always rude! Everytime I go to Walmart in Cabot AR @ the SuperCenter - she has checked me out on numerous occasions - she is very unpleasant & acts like she hates her job! I had 4 plants in my cart that were on clearance - she rang them up, they were marked $3 - but the register rang them up for the full price of $7.42. I made the comment to her that they were $3 on clearance - she very rudely told me "that's why I asked you to check the register to make sure they rang up as $3" - i didn't know I was supposed to check every single thing I purchased through the register~! I hope I'm not the only one that has complained about her. She doesn't sound like she is from the South - so maybe that is the problem because when you're in the South (such as Arkansas) - you expect employees to have some sort of Southern Hospitality attitude. But she has NONE! Thank you!

Walmart Handling police incident. Treating it as a joke. Not taking it seriously.

Walmart store 1192 at 610 Sixth Street, New Westminster BC

Walmart has no customer service. The entire organization from the store level to its head office in Mississuaga, Ontario are all incompetent, don’t care and rotten to the core. This was my Walmart experience.

1. They care more about their merchandise than their customers. While lined up at the check out, I was assaulted (punched in the face) by a customer who obvious had issues and the staff were more concerned if the assailant paid for her merchandise than if I was okay.

2. Since the staff did not do anything. They just stood and chatted. I called the police (file #22-7910) and asked for the store manager. The store manager arrived, stood there with a dead pan look in his face and did absolutely nothing except stare into space.

3. Store manager was incompetent. When the police officer requested the video footage of the incident, Cowan (spelling) the store manager failed to provide the full footage as indicated by the police officer. The police officer contacted me later to inform me that the footage did not capture the incident. I later contacted Cowan who informed me there was complete footage however he neglected to provide it to the police.

4. Walmart did not take the incident seriously. In fact, my impression was they took it as a joke. I escalated my complaint to their head office. I contacted them several times to speak to a head office manager and only got lip service of a promise of a call back. The incident occurred on May 30, 2022 and I am still waiting for that call (August 1, 2022).

I have never experienced such incompetence and not even a apology from Walmart. Their way of handling issues is to ignore, ignore and ignore and the issues will go away. Or they just don’t care. In all the years I’ve shopped at various places, I’ve NEVER experienced such incompetence and “don’t give a SH-T attitude”. Unbelievable.

Desired outcome: An apology as a minimum. Acknowledge of at least caring a little.

Walmart grocery-curbside pickup

On July 11 I added an order to my existing order. (The add on was coffee and candy for $20.10.) I received the existing order, totaling $47.23. I did not receive my add on. This week on July 27th I placed an order and was charged an extra fee of $25.00 because my $20.10 order from two weeks ago because it did not reach the minimum of $35.00. Since I didn't receive the add on merchandise I jut added this order onto the $20.10 because it was still on my computer. However, I paid $98.00 for the year to you for a premium rate, I did not know I had to pay extra for adding onto my order. As a matter of fact I added on to the July 11th order with time still on my clock (for adding) and I do not understand why it did not go through. I cannot afford extra charges, I will have to cancel my membership or whatever it is called. My husband and I are on social security and cannot afford more charges. This last order totaled $167.00, thank you.

Walmart online orders, office

they really need to double check their orders before sending them out and quit giving me anything when they don't have what I order just deduct it from the bill I order certain things for a reason, and the office needs to check their system I keep getting old emails from June 3, and 7 as if they are new, this is getting old this too but my biggest thing is wrong items, and not adjusting the prices

Walmart No motorized carts, no overseeing shoplifting

I no longer shop at Wal Mart. I used to be a regular customer. But since my husband had a stroke and I recently hurt my leg and have to be on crutches temporarily, I have found it impossible to shop there . They have a total of 2 electric shopping carts for the entire store and usually at least one needs to be charged.

They claim it's because people steal them. Well why are they letting people steal them? At other stores they have a guy go out with the motorized cart so he can bring it back. Not at Wal Mart. They don't even stop shoplifters. Their self checkout is a joke. The clerks there are only concerned with how many bags you want to buy. They don't pay attention to all the stuff in and under the carts that the shoplifters don't scan. As long as they pay for something, they are good to go. And the greetor at the door doesn't do anything.

They have so many Ukrainians working there that don't speak a word of English it's ridiculous. They use a translation in their phone to try to communicate with you which is not effective at all.

Some departments you have to help yourself such as the sewing/material section. There's never anyone there. When I was cutting my own material and making up my own slip I had to help two other customers find things they were looking for in that section then about 20 min later the Ukrainian came by who was totally unhelpful since she spoke no English at all. All she did after about 15 min of her going up to the front to find out what to do she motioned for me to follow her up to the checkout. Now I wasn't through with my shopping but I was then. I had to wait in a particular line with her for almost 30 min. To checkout. And wait for her to try to communicate to the clerk I had 1 yd of material and hand them my slip I made up with the code on it and price. Very ineffective.

Desired outcome: Get some carts and don't let people steal them. Limit then to people who have handicap placques or who are obviously in need of them not just because they are overweight.

Walmart tires

we purchased 4 tires from walmart online on Jan 2021. The tread on one of the tires is peeling off. We purchased road hazard coverage on these tires. But walmart no longer sells this brand of tires they say there is nothing they can do for us that we will have to purchase a new tire. I believe there should be some way that they could replace our tire with another brand since we paid extra for the coverage.

Walmart truck driver running a stop sign

on July 23rd, 2022, at 6:55 p.m. a Walmart truck driver (truck #163921) Indiana license plate #P955154 ran a stop sign on airport center rd. in Allentown pa almost smashing into my car as I was turning. when I honked my horn, he hung out the window screaming about his load on the truck. he was a white male full of tattoos. he would have seriously injured us. it's only a matter of time until he hurts someone or even worse.

Desired outcome: reprimand and to know people will not just avoid reporting drivers like him.

Walmart Card is blocked and can't activate replacement cards. Want to close my account and get my money back.

Our cards have been unusable for over 2 weeks. We received our replacement cards and have been unable to activate. We have followed all instructions numerous times to no avail. We've called, chatted and tried the website. None of them work and we are frequently cut off. We now want to close this account and get our money but can't find out how to do that either. We are just about out of patience. Please advise. Thankyou

Desired outcome: We want access to our money or our account closed and our money returned to us.

Walmart Great Value Brand Almond Milk 64. oz carton

I purchased a carton of Great Value Brand Almond Milk on May 23, 2022. The expiration date of the milk is July 31, 2022. July 19, 2022, as I was pouring milk into a measuring cup two red disc-like objects poured out of the carton. I called the [protected]# which is displayed on the carton. The representative I spoke with advised me he made the report to quality and advised me to keep the carton and the two disc like objects that poured out of the carton for 7 days. He explained a representative from Great Value may contact me about the objects that poured out of the carton and want to obtain them for testing. I was also advised, if no one contacts me within the 7 days to discard the carton and the objects. He stated that if no one contacts me within 7 it may be due to Great Value may already know what the objects are. I advised him I would like to know what the objects are. I also advised him that I do have photos of the carton and objects. I cannot help but to wonder what the objects are, how they got into the milk and if Great Value is aware of the existence of the objects why were consumers not made aware. I was offered a gift card for my troubles. Needless to say, I will never purchase Great Value brand Almond milk. I will also make advisement of others not to purchase the brand as well. Scary to think I consumed milk from the same carton on a previous occasion. I contacted the [protected]# located on the carton. I am not discarding the carton or foreign objects until I find answers to my questions.

Desired outcome: I would like to know what these objects are and how they got into the milk. I am willing to take them to a lab for testing. I am beyond a complaint. I would like answers

Walmart Eyeglasses

In October 2021, I had my eyes examined by the optometrist who rents space at the Walmart Vision Center in Brockton, Massachusetts. Afterwards, I ordered glasses from the Walmart optical technician who said I'd be getting Zeiss lenses.

It took one month for my new glasses to arrive and they were unusable. Returned them next day and spoke with a different technician who explained that Walmart doesn't carry Zeiss lenses anymore. Moreover, the post was so narrow that I couldn't read more than the width of one newspaper column without turning my head from side to side. And the prescription was ground so low on the lenses that to see through the top, the long-distance part, while driving, I had to tip my head backwards.

The technician measured the position of the script in the new lenses comparing them to my old glasses. She agreed that the lab must have made a mistake and ordered the lenses remade. For $90 more, she ordered Nikon lenses. My new frames were the same make and model as my old ones.

As soon as I put on the new glasses, I felt that something was still wrong, but since my prescription had been changed, I thought I just had to adjust to them. Unfortunately, I would return to the Vision Center three more times asking the technicians for help. With the new glasses, I could not focus both eyes at the same time on any image, sign or word. If an image was in focus for one eye, I had to slightly turn and tilt my head to bring it into focus for the other eye. The technicians tried bending the frame and adjusting the earpieces, but only provided the slightest improvement. I could not read a book for more than a few minutes without feeling strained.

Finally, I asked to speak with the optometrist who had given me the prescription. Her greeting was a curt, "Why are you here?" She took my glasses away for a few minutes, returned and gave the glasses to a technician who could only apologize that since more than 60 days had passed, she could not refund my money.

Including the cost of the eye exam, $442. down the toilet. I have since learned that the optometrist did not correctly compensate for my astigmatism and it never occurred to the technicians to have my script double checked.

Desired outcome: A refund would be the ethical thing for Walmart to do.

Walmart Lack of motorized shopping carts for disabled

This past week I went 3 times to the Walmart nearest me and there were no motorized shopping carts available. July 15,13 and 11 are when I went to the Walmart at 8800 Kingsridge Dr., Dayton, Ohio 45458. Some people such as me can't walk over 100 feet or so.

Desired outcome: Make motorized shopping carts available again.

Walmart Customer service

Purchased a few extra items I didn’t need on 07/15/22 at Walmart on Gosford in Bakersfield Ca. Cashier in customer service department named Preet female was rude. Said I couldn’t receive my funds I used with my Bank of America DEBIT card not even 24hrs ago. My total was only $21.07 & in a rude unprofessional tone said I can not get my cash back. However, it can only go back onto my debit card that I no longer have on me or a store credit gift card. These employees really need to take a training course in communication skills, customer service skills, professional skills, and be reprimanded from their higher ups such as supervisors, managers, management department. I will be following up with my experience on 7/16/22 at the WALMART SHPER ENTER ON 5134

Desired outcome: Disgusted, unsatisfied & very unpleasant with this outcome on my debit purchased that has already been debited out of my bank.

Walmart Grocery pick up terrible experience.

I made 2 online orders for Walmart grocery. Went to pick them both up July 8th at about 5:30 pm (1733 2nd St, Meridian, Ms) Pulled up to spot 12 and an associate brought out part of order. I told her I had another order and had checked in to pick it up as well. Associate told me someone would bring it out in a few minutes. About 10 minutes later I called back to see when I would get my pick up order. Lady on the phone said she didn't see it. Said give her a minute. Finally an associate came out with my bags. She stood at my driver window telling me it was not for pick up today. Told her I ordered 2 days ago and I have 4 days to pick up. Tried to show her on my phone where I had checked in to pick up both my orders. She proceeded to inform me I had not done it right. At that point she aggressively poked my Walmart bags thru my car window and in doing so she scratched my hand. Now had she not been so aggressive I might have thought it was an honest accident but with the attitude she delivered my purchase with and the way she gave me my stuff... yeah I took the scratch a little personal. I asked for her name but she rushed off and ignored my request. I did call the store to complain. The manager (Monica) took my info said she filed a report but I never heard from anyone about it. Said she talked to the associate. I am still mad and disappointed. I'm sending you pic from July 8th - 10th of scratch from.

Desired outcome: Just like to know it matters that I was treated poorly and injured by associate with aggressive mannerisms. I could not even get associates name if i had wanted to file a report of my own.

Walmart return policy

this morning i tried to return a package of 6 mens briefs to walmart on steeles ave in scarborough -- i was told all sales were final -- i don't think that was correct or honest -- i have returned goods before - it was an arbtrary response to get rid of me -- the package had been opened to look inside - as the design of the package was confusing and complicated -- the top had been torn to look inside -- a packaging problem or packaging stategy to reduce returns?-- ie encourage damaging the package -- slick marketing -- before you know you'll return it-- also , the packaging had a clean , one colour sillhhouette of a male figure with a proper fit -- when opened, the briefs were not as advertised --they were various colours and each brief was more than one colour -- and , as my son , for they were bought for his birthday said --they're ugly -- also, it was clear the fit would be poor -- the briefs were made too wide & large in the crotch area so the genitals would not fit in , but rather spill out -- it was obvious just from looking at them , not trying them on -- i offered to try an exchange rather than money-back and the clerk dissmissed me and said all sales final --

Walmart Distilled water

Among so many things like determining their canned soda does not qualify for ebt while alkl others do in their online store. They have the audacity to show out of stock 1 gallon distilled water at 1.08 and same brand distilled water for 12.95 from pro seller on their website right next to it. Whether they are selling direct or not they are supplying and advertising this price gouging as Great Price. Distilled water is used for 2 things primarily Baby care and medical equipment and is criminally price gouging baby care and medical necessities under the guise of covid. Why is nothing being done by these obvious criminal price gouging cases. These cases that only affect the poor and chronically ill in the case of distilled water I am for example home bound due to my medical conditions so I only have a few options. They exploit that.

Desired outcome: Criminal actions taken or severe lawsuits that go to the affected or even to the programs that help people like the affected.

Walmart Great value 100% arabica blonde roast ground coffee cups

Some of the coffee cups are not completely sealed, which you can't see until you use them. They make a huge mess in my coffee maker and lots of coffee ground in my mug. I have never had this problem in the past several years of buying this coffee. If it was a one time event, I wouldn't bother emailing a complaint but it has happened 3 times with the current box that I have bought and the box is still over half full. It's very frustrating to be cleaning my coffee pot of all the grounds 1st thing in the morning. I don't want to switch brands because honestly, this coffee tastes is better than any of name brands that I have tried but I don't like drinking coffee grounds...yuck!

Walmart Self checkout

The self checkout lady was rude in the way she spoke to me. I brought alcohol into the self checkout and I forgot I had it. Workers in the past, have just rung it up separately for me. This lady refused to help and told me to go wait in the really long line after I was done ringing up my half a cart of groceries.

Desired outcome: Self checkout lady could have rung up my 1 item of alcohol
