Angel in curbside at walmart location in copperas cove texas on 9/21/22
Hi my name is Sandra and my first time using walmart curbside service, i had an issue at this loaction earlier that morning and i spoke with Ben and he handled my situation real fast and quick. Anyway i pullup to get my grociers at 5:14 and i get Angel on the phone and i gave her my stall number. And then there was Sydney at my door asking what is the problem. i said there wasnt a problem before i called Angel and got the nastiest response from her when i ask for Ben.. it was as if she thought i showed up for him for him..i will keep using my abcs in the correct way in this complaint..but it was not that way at 5:38 when i asked Sydney where are my grociers? She calls Angel back and she tells Sydney she didnt understand me. Now with that being said that was the first thing she asked me i told her and if she did not understand me how come she understood me well enough to give me that nasty(he not here) when he was at lunch. The only thing good that came out of that forever wait was i did get the meet the Ben and thank him for his great customer service earlier that.. i would love to talk to someone about this or even get some type of response on it..[protected] email [protected]@gmail/ i thank you in advance and well as im looking forward to hearing from you.
delivery from store
I placed an online order yesterday afternoon to be delivered. I chose the delivery time which they changed. During the delivery time I received an email saying my order was delayed and I would receive an email asap when it was on it's way. I still have not gotten an email about my order whether it is on it's way or that the order has been cancelled. I called and the 2 people I talked to had attitudes and said that everything was out of stock. I went online and checked everything that was in my order and it was in stock. They are not trying to work on my order at all. This is not right to me to not have my order worked on to be delivered today. I had a procedure done on my back yesterday and I can't ride the bus to the store to pick this stuff up. I really need what was in my order today by 2 p.m. I can't sit around all day waiting for someone to call me back just to tell me that my order can't be filled. My order should be filled before any orders from today because mine was placed yesterday. I had an order delivered that was taken to the wrong house and my neighbor had to help me carry it to my house. This new company being used for deliveries don't know what they are doing. If I was able to get a bus right now I could go into the store and get everything on my list with no problems so why can't they fill my order and have it delivered.
Desired outcome: I want my order filled and delivered by 2p.m. today. If not then I want a full refund and I will try to ride the bus tomorrow and get what I need because I know that it will be in stock in the store.
Electronics department/ Straight Talk mobile
This is one of multiple times I've had a negative shopping experience at Walmart. Each time has been at the Rohnert Park, CA location. The first time my girlfriend and I went in the store to see if a product was available. It so happened that it was locked behind glass anti-theft casing. We tried to get ahold of 2 different employees to help us, and no one seemed to care or want to assist us in buying something from your store. I can't believe how unprofessional and how much disregard that some of the employees at this location and others (Windsor) have towards customers. We were told someone would come assist us, and we waited for over 15 minutes and no one showed up, so we left and took our business elsewhere. This was a year ago. I had intended to file a complaint then I was so angry, but I decided to just let it go then and move on. That was one of the many negative experiences that stood out the most.
The most recent is when I tried calling the Electronics department at both the Rohnert Park, CA location at approximately 5pm on this day 09/21/2022 - each call lasting anywhere from 1 minute, up to 6 minutes long. I called 5 different times, at 5:11pm, 5:12pm, 5:16pm, 5:22pm, 5:25pm. Each time no one answered the phone and your employees let it ring until either the system automatically terminated the call, or they picked it up or disconnected it themselves. I do not know HOW the calls were disconnected, but I do know that when I went into the store to the Electronics department, I saw 3 employees. One was behind the counter helping another person, 1 was in one of the electronics isles helping another customer, and another was female, short, maybe 20's, long brown hair in a ponytail that wasn't doing anything but watching the other employee help the other customer. 3 employees in the Electronics department that didn't bother to answer the phone. While I was waiting at the counter patiently, I heard the phone ring, then stop. I then knew that they could hear the phone calls, but just like the one that happened while I was there watching them, they ignored it. All it could take for the young woman who wasn't doing anything, was to walk about 10 paces and answer the phone. I'm confident she might have been there while I was calling and she ignored it along with the taller male employee with dark hair and a mustache. The other employee, once he was done helping the other gentlemen buy a product, was at the counter/register and finally he helped answer some of my questions. To my disappointment, Walmart did not have an Bring Your Own Phone Sim Cards (the Sim card only) available for STraightTalk customers. So, I left and went to Target to see if they had what I needed.
I purchased a Straight Talk trac phone Android from Walmart in Windsor about 2 years ago and signed up for Straight Talk. I was under the impression that I would be able to buy Straight Talk products from Walmart if I needed to. I now want to switch over to an iPhone 8 that I own, and one of the StraightTalk customer service representatives told me in an online chat that I needed to buy a new SIM card. Okay, easy enough, except I can't find anywhere that has them available. If your store is going to carry straight talk products, then you should carry their SIM cards for customers who want to switch phones... That is my other complaint.
I then left the Rohnert Park location that has failed me many times, and called the Windsor location and also patched myself through to the Electronics department on your companies' automated system. The call/ringing duration lasted 2-3 minutes until I was again, hung up on, call disconnected. No one bothered to answer the phone... I also called the Rohnert Park customer service line hoping to get a person to help me, but no answer there as well. I don't know what it is about Walmart employees, but they must not like to do their job and answer the phone. I understand that it can be busy and must get 100s of calls a day, but I wasted MY gas, my time, looking for a product that your company did not have, a product that you SHOULD carry, and was forced to drive to the location when I could've avoided it altogether if someone would've just answered the phone...
I have attached a screenshot of my phone's call log to the phone number for Walmart in Rohnert Park, CA. It adds up to nearly 25 minutes of wasted time trying to get someone to answer my questions and another 3 minutes from the Windsor call line which I didn't bother to screenshot. This is also not the first time I've had trouble calling, and had my calls ignored and not answered.
I understand that dealing with customers can be difficult. I was in customer service myself, in grocery, and I know how customers can be sometimes. I know what it's like to be an employee and grow a resentment towards people who seem to be pushy, have an attitude, and seem to be difficult. I was not this way with your employees. I just simply told them that I tried to call, and no one answered. There was no response and they changed the subject.
If I can avoid it, I will probably never shop at Walmart again. I will also likely share this story on social media so that none of my friends or family have to deal with this kind of thing like I have.
Walmart employees should be wanting to help the customers find what they need and answer their questions, whether in person or on the phone. Simply ignoring calls seems to be a common practice at that location, and I wouldn't doubt it's a common practice nationwide. If you want to repair the reputation of your company, you should care enough about your customers to properly train your employees and hold them accountable to do their job, which is answer the phone when customers are calling, and if staffing is an issue, then your company needs to properly staff to meet the demands. I'm a Supervisor/manager at my job, and I know what it takes to train employees how to do their job and hold them accountable. It's not that easy, but it can be done if you hire the right people.
Desired outcome: I would suggest that someone contact the Rohnert Park Walmart and also the Windsor location, and see if the managers are properly training their employees on customer service skills and dealing with customers.
customer service
Double check your sales receipt
On September 18, 2022, at approximately 12:15 PM, I entered Walmart # 01148 on Lawrence Road in Wichita Falls, Texas. There were two clothing racks inside the front door on the north side of the building. The rack on the west side had a sign, "Everything $1 Over ride at register."
A customer was asking a Walmart associate a question concerning the prices. After she finished, I asked, and the Walmart associate confirmed that everything on the west rack was $1.
I took three items marked $1 to the self-checkout counter. The first one rang up at $5. The shirt had two marked tags—one for $3 and a clearance tag for $1. I got the attention of an associate. He told me it was going to cost me $5.
After, I asked for a manager. The manager said the price was $3. I showed her the $1 tag. She answered that she did not care. I went to the rack, removed the sign, and showed it to the same manager. She repeated she did not care. I explained that to her I had bought two almost identical shirts Thursday for $1 each. She said that was Thursday, this is today.
I asked for another manager who rubber-stamped what the first manager said. Somewhere in the exchange, it was implied I had added the $1 tag. I had two shirts with the same logo. The second one did not have a $3 tag. It only had the $1 tag. I was told someone from apparel would have to approve the override. They were not going to call anyone from clothing for me. I taped the sign to some water bottles by the register and took a photo.
I went in search of someone who worked in the apparel department. After a few minutes of searching, I found an apparel associate. She told me she had been told earlier to reduce everything on that rack to $1. There appeared to be some tension concerning that rack before I arrived. She went with me to the register and told the checkout associate the three items I had were $1 each. (I was not the only person having problems with prices.) The associate who checked me out said he had overheard my conversation with the managers.
Attached is a photo of the sign, the shirt, the sales receipt, and a photo of the first manager.
All this should be a moot point because the shirt was clearly and professionally tagged for $1.
I believe this situation is covered in the Texas Penal Code, Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Consumer Protection Act (DTPA)
Walmart used to have a "Price Match Policy." Recently I found two identical items with different prices on them at Walmart. I was going to be charged different prices for the same item. I left the higher-priced item at check out.
The computers in Walmart have been raising prices before the old prices were raised on the shelves. Walmart now ignores the prices on the shelves.
Walmart truck driver on highway 395
This truck driver, back license plate# Oklahoma 882412S and the trailer number was 135429 literally would not let me pass and tried to purposely run me into the retaining wall. My husband was in the passenger seat. This happened around 2pm on 09/18/2022 on highway 395 coming down into Kennewick, WA near Hildebrand Blvd. The mail driver was not paying attention and he was in the left lane and I was in the right. The lane was going to turn into one lane and he saw I was trying to pass him but kept speeding up so then we were both in the same lane. I came inches from hitting the retaining wall and I honked and he honked. He was being a bully with his big truck I drive a Nissan Rogue. When we were able to pass he flipped us off and cussed at us so we flipped him off back. This is not good representation of Wal-Mart that's for sure. And to flip me off, seriously, he was a total dick.
Desired outcome: He needs to be written up for this and reprimanded because he was not only totally unprofessional, but he was acting like a bully.
Never refunded for proper return.
I went in to our local Walmart's Vision Center in Feb / March 2022 to get a new pair of glasses. The Optometrist there took it upon himself to change the results of my eye exam. As a result the glasses did not work for my eyesight.
I returned a week later with both sets and had a technician scan my original pair that I wanted replaced and the set that the Optometrist messed up.
The numbers (Sphere, Cylinder, & Axis) were so messed up that I would have never been able to wear them. So I initiated a refund right there and gave the glasses back as I was instructed. I was NEVER refunded any of the $415.47 I am owed.
Desired outcome: I just want my refund. I tried to be patient but this was months ago and they want to keep my money?
Romeoville IL. store and the incompetent management
On more than one occasion all the carts are in the parking lot and the people that should be bring carts to the building are either f___ing around together outside or just on their phones. More often than not one checkout open with more than 10 people in line and I have counted more than 15 people waiting in the self checkout at the same time. this store need new management because the current management don't seem to care about their customers. instead of renovating this store you should be closing this store. more than once i put everything back and went down the road to the jewel store
Desired outcome: at the very least new managers or close this store down
Glasses
I just bought a second pair of glasses from Walmart. The doctor was great. The employees were very nice. The glasses are crap. I have been back twice. The 1st time the arm came off. The 2nd time my left lense fell out and luckily we found it. Today, my right lens fell out and we cannot find it. I have only had them since June. My understanding is that the warranty doesn't cover lenses, but there is no way all that should have happened in 3 1/2 months and I drive an hour to work and back. I have a backup pair, but not the same prescription. I just lost my husband and I can't afford another pair without charging them and I shouldn't have to. Please help!
Desired outcome: A pair of glasses that don't fall apart
Policies?
In April of this year, I received notification from Walmart thanking me for my recent purchase... I immediately notified Walmart I made no such purchase and would they please cancel that order. They assured me it would be cancelled.
One of their outside contractors they deal with was associated with this purchase, the next day I received notification from the contractor saying the item was shipped (talk about fast service) and immediately my account was stripped of $388.10 dollars on 4/15/22. I again notified Walmart and they said it would be taken care of and they immediately had my account credited for that amount.
Meanwhile I was to wait for the delivery of this item (whatever it was) but nothing arrived. I was told by the contractor it "did" arrive and that if I wanted to keep this item (this mysterious item) I had to pay for it. Therefore, the Contractor took the money from my account once again and I notified Walmart once again of my problem.
Since this incident the contractor is no longer associated with Walmart but as far as my money, Walmart will not reimburse me.. they do not pay out for fraudulent orders and another excuse... they don't reimburse for people without a Walmart account (which I canceled after this happened). Did not like the idea of someone able to take money out of my account any time they wish.
I am retired and on a set income when the contractor took the money from my account it overdrew the account and I have been trying to recover ever since.
Walmart fired the contractor, but they will not cover the $388.10 the contractor took from me while they were still working for them.
Desired outcome: Walmart proved something was wrong by firing the contractor, so I feel they should also be responsible for getting my money returned to my account.
home delivery
This is one of many incidents in using Walmart home delivery that I am ready to give up on walmart and start using instacart. First of all I am partially dis-abled and rely on the internet to order food and essential items that I need, but in the past three or four orders I have been very disappointed at the delivery.
1) one order never received, delivered to wrong address.
2) two order's purchased white peaches because of low acid content as I have a bed stomach. Received yellow nectarines instead which had to be thrown away. very next order chose white peaches again and received yellow nectarines which could not be eaten due to stomach problems.
3) The next and latest order (todays) was delivered and it was entirely the wrong order and luckily I was able to get to the driver as he was leaving order on porch because it was entirely wrong, I ordered none of it, so I had him take the order back.
I immediately called walmart customer service and explained to the agent what had happened so he took a report and called the store the order was sent from. When the agent came back on the line he said he was told the store would put another order together and deliver it which was alright but when I asked the agent when that would be they didn't know. It could be today, tomorrow they didn't know, so I told him to cancel the order, which he did. Now i don't get my items I was hoping for and I'm without some items I order because of some apparent incompetent employees of walmart. By the way the person in charge of the delivery called after I had left negative feed back and he asked me to call a certain number he gave me each and every order I place and they would check it out before it is delivered.. If I have to do this with every order, forget it, I'll go elsewhere. The person in charge was Onyx who called me. It's obvious there is a problem in that department and the shoppers at that store who don't take the customers item request seriously. I am single and live by myself and have no living relatives and am a dis-abled veteran. I am on the verge of contacting AARP, V.A. Now publication and various other service orginizations and relaying this story to them as it appears this is how Walmart treats the dis-abled community. Every time I call the customer service number and speak with an agent they ALL say this should not be happening as frequent as it has been to me and the problem would be addressed and corrected so as not to happen again, but guess what. I had been in management position's for thirty seven years and I know what the problem is here, if walmart can't see it then that is pretty sad. Thank You
Desired outcome: walmart to correct the problems as mentioned above. I would to get what I order, is that asking too much?
I was employed by you on the refrigeration/HVAC technician
Yes my name is Joseph Armstrong and I have a very strange case that when I had work for Walmart refrigeration and HVAC service department they had given me a service man the service van was in my possession for just about a year until I got sick of the job I quit put the keys in the van told him where it was put the phone all their equipment back in the van they got the van they came picked it up and then two weeks later I got arrested for their stolen van they changed the accusation from a stolen vehicle to $30,000 theft charge because they're trying to charge me for the whole vehicle that I didn't steal in the first place I didn't get caught with a vehicle I didn't get caught with it in my possession I didn't drive it after I quit nothing absolutely nothing they have no evidence whatsoever that I stole their truck or kept it away from him with criminal intent whatsoever they have a piece of paper I signed with Walmart saying that I've returned their van and the way I return Vans is I put all their equipment in it and put the keys in it and you know they can come and pick it up because I'm not going to get caught driving around again if they call it in stolen that doesn't make any sense so for me getting charged with $30,000 of criminal theft for a van that was never in my possession that I never had and that they had back at my time of arrest I feel like I have been violated I sat 3 months in jail because of this already I went back to court they told me I had to plead guilty I said no I'm not pleading guilty and I wouldn't sign that I was guilty so now I have another warrant out for my arrest because I don't know I I honestly I don't know what to do I don't know who to talk to I don't know what I'm supposed to do in this position I didn't steal their van or I didn't steal anything from Walmart they they even have a documented that I gave all their equipment back I don't know I just I really need somebody to help me because this is just not right I've already been in jail 3 months for something I didn't do I mean I didn't steal the van they gave it to me for service and I returned it I feel like I'm stuck and there's nothing else I can do. Walmart shouldn't be allowed to charge me for a van I never stole I never kept it away from him they I don't see how they can do that I don't see how it Denton county can do that legally I don't think they can and I've already sat in jail 3 months because of this 3 months like I'm a refrigeration and HVAC service technician 3 months last year in the middle of summer is when I got arrested in these charges got placed on me I don't and now I just feel so stuck thank you for your time I hope you get back to me soon. now I've lost my children and now on the run because of your company, I have nothing else on my record, y'all had the address where the van was or why wasn't there a GPS tracker like every other company Ive ever worked for had GPS and always picked up their truck, did you do this on purpose? Just to ruin someone's life with ABSOLUTELY NO EVIDENCE. When they come to get me for this warrent, I will not give up my freedom from a crime I did not commit, so I will use force if necessary, to defend my rights and freedoms. This will be made public and posted on every major news network along with FB Twitter and Google. I need help please I want my kids back..
Desired outcome: Drop these ridiculous charged I've already spent 3 months in jail over this, losty children and my wife plus my job and my reputation is shattered because I wanted to help y'all out.....
Refusal to cash money order purchased at local store
On January 11, 2022, I purchased two money orders from the Walmart store #01098, in Port Lavaca, TX. At the time of purchase, I was assured there would be no problem cashing them within one year. On September 9, 2022, I brought them to the store, where they were declined. I asked to speak to the manager, and was told two conflicting things: he was on...

September 10, 2022 My timesheet was altered without me knowing about. I work at store 0458 in Aransas Pass, TX. This morning I checked to see how much my paycheck would be. Then, a few hours, later I double checked and it was significantly less. There was a note saying my time had been adjusted at 8:31 am. I had overtime. What can I do about it?

Here is a picture of where brian left my order he told me to come get it. I told him i had to get a step stool to retrieve my bags. I was reporting him. I am infuriated. I am a member of your spark team. This brian has no business being part of the walmart staff a phone call was placed to customer service also to file a complaint. A email was sent to addy i got from them. That mailbox is full so wasn't delivered. .I look forward to hearing from you.

In store Injury.
Dear Walmart Representative,
I fell in the Ada, OKlahoma Walmart in June 19,2022 at approximately 145 PM. I REPORTED the accident with injury to Coach/Manager Houcene.
After filling out the accident/incident he advised me to go to ER At the local hospital. He said they (Walmart) would take care of the costs. I asked twice and he said to tell the ER personnel the same. Knee injury per fall in produce. Tripped over a broken pallet, splinters caught my shoe snagging my foot, I fell forward, hitting the floor.
The bills arrived here at home and I forwarded them to claims as advised.
I sent them to a Candice London in Lexington, KY. SHE HAD MAILED me a letter after the accident advising me of the steps to take. I did so. After the MRI, test showed a tearing meniscus muscle I called Candice London advising her accordingly. She advised me that Walmart wouldn't pay the bills, turn them over to my Insurance. She said she viewed the photos and she didn't think Walmart caused the accident.
This reflects non communication within Walmart management. In her initial later she advised me not to get a lawyer because they would consume any monetary issuance towards my case. Now that she has substantiated a lie, I only have recourse to follow up with this notice to your office and or meet with my attorney in regards to my accident, injury and medical bills.
Account is at Mercy Hospital number #[protected].
She has not paid anything on my behalf as her letter suggests.
Desired outcome: My ER bills to be paid and any other bills that may arise from this injury, including surgery. I send Candice London each if the bills, but no action has been taken. I hold in my hand the compiled bill of $1018.47.
Damage to my vehicle from employee.
My vehicle was damaged by a employee in the parking lot using a shopping cart machine one night last week. He rammed my front of my truck, he didnt even apologize for it. I have it recorded because luckily I was using my phone when it happened. I tried contacting the employee and his managers but he refuses that he did anything. It messed my bumper up bad and I didnt report it to my insurance because I didnt want to get the employee too bad in trouble because im a decent person even though the worker didn't even acknowledge it or apologize. If he apologized I wouldnt even go this far in complaining about it. It was in Hot Springs Arkansas on Albert Pike road Walmart Supercenter. Im very unhappy with the service and damage to my vehicle. Thank you for taking the time to hear my complaint. I wont report it to my insurance if walmart could please reimburse me a little to help fix my damages. I didnt want to put a bad review on Walmarts name and reputation because I am a frequent customer and supporter for Walmart.
Desired outcome: Please help reimburse me for damages to my vehicle. My front bumper to my 2006 Chevrolet Silverado.
Flowers
I purchase “fresh” flowers every Sunday before I go visit my Mother who is in a assistance living center. I try to get something that will last at least a couple days. The past three purchases of flowers that I made from the Neighborhood Market in Russellville has been unacceptable. They were wilted, moldy and smell bad when preparing to display in a vase. I haven’t took pictures in the past but yesterday I’ve tried the 5$ and the 20$ arrangements and it’s a gamble what you get unless you unwrap and closely inspect. I don’t need the “Operation Manager of the store and give me the corporate replay he has in the past about personally correcting the issue himself.
I was in customer service for over 40 years and dealt with Wal-Mart even back when Sam would make the store visits. It seems the pride of quality products offered has all but ended.
Desired outcome: Get this issue off my chest. I hate to complain but good grief, this is unacceptable.
Thawing frozen food
I was at store number 02834 today. I found a lot of frozen food sitting out thawing. This is not the first time I have come across this issue with Walmart. This would explain why most of your frozen products look to be refrozen. I have pictures that I will add to this report.
Second: I have to use an electric cart because I am on O2. I find it asinine that you have only one lane open with a cashier. I will be filing the with the ADA because your self check lanes are not handicap friendly as is the coolers for eggs, cheese lunchmeat and so on.

Desired outcome: I want frozen food to be worked in before it thaws. Need to have lanes open for handicap individuals.
WalMart Membership
I placed an order online for a garden hose and I accidently checked the box for a membership unaware there was an annual fee. Within five minutes I contacted support, I was transferred to membership support. I tried to cancel the membership and order and was told I would be charged $98.00 and it would be refunded in 5-7 business days.
Why couldn't the membership be canceled right away since I just put it in?
Order number Order# 2000101-[protected]
Desired outcome: Cancel membership where I am not charged $98.00 and have to wait 5-7 days to get my money back.
Straight talk
We have a huge huge problem. 1st let me say I am so mad wright now I could go to jail. I can hardly think. I bought my first cell phone from radio shack in 1987. I know what I am talking about.
1. I bought a card for 130 for 3 months. I was going to put it on my phone because I have been away from straight talk for a few years and want to get back to them I did love them ago. I tried and it is only for straight talk phones. So, I had to take it back but you can’t take it back.
2. So the sales man there said just buy a straight talk phone and I will be set. I said ok cool I am ready for an iPhone. So, I bought an iPhone and then he said I need a different plug-in charger, so I bought that. Then he said I need a protective cover so I won’t break my screen. That was done a couple of months ago. He said I would have to get it activated some other time. I spent all that money and he didn’t activate it.
3. That was Springfield Walmart store. So, each place spent about 1.5 hours with me. Then I went to Dumfries store 1.5 didn’t work. Then Woodbridge store 1.5, Back to Springfield's store 1.5 Then back to Dumfries store with a different person 1.5 Each time I have to explain everything from the start. Then to my carrier of my number and they were nice and tried to help but said I need to see iPhone straight talk and tell them to unlock it so they could port my # to the new phone 1 hour. Went to Manassas store and no one was there they called in sick. Back to Dumfries different man said he can’t unlock it. Back to Springfield and they said he couldn’t un lock it.
4. I then got on the phone with straight talk customer service. You know that was a mistake because you set it up so people can’t talk to anyone but a beginner. Trust me I know how it works now. I know every step and soon the world will know. I called and waited at the very least 6 times to talk to you. Put on wait for maybe an average of 15 minutes each time. I had to explain every word of this letter to them along with my phone’s information and each one of those people wanted to try their hand at it. I told them to move me up to someone higher because I know they couldn’t do it.
5. That brings us to porting department. You can stop laughing. You know what I am about to say. After going through all of that they would tell me the porting department would have to port my #. Only 3 of those times they tried to port me but after I stayed on the line and they said it would be 12 minutes more wait every time it would drop the call. Yes, Porting department is a myth. There is no porting department. It was made to get people off the line because each time you call back you got a different tech and they wouldn’t send me to the porting department until we go through all the stuff they wanted to try and then back on hold to the porting and then dropped call.
6. Now that brings me to Walmart. I took it in with my receipt and everything I bought. I said I need my money back. I went through it all again telling them why I was there. They said they feel really bad for me. They told me sorry but it’s been more that 14 days and I said yes because I wanted the phone and tried everything. Then said sorry they can’t do anything. I was so so so mad I started to cry right there. I was being robed in the day time and there is nothing I can do. No one can help me.
7. OK that brings me to you. The real robber. The one that set this all up. You know I can’t buy all this and port my # I have had for over 30 years. Do you know how many friends’ relatives’ doctors and jobs have my #? Hell, I have had more people die since I had their # then you have contacts. I get 14 miles to the gallon and I am not traveling another mile for this problem. You know and you fixed it so no one can talk to you other than the people I already talked to on the phone. Also, you know you can’t email you, or text you, or call you. I can’t do that to anyone at all. Boy you have a racket going here. I know damn well the Waltons wouldn’t stand for this. Do you think T-Mobile would like to set up shop in their store instead of straight talk? You know people can’t talk to anyone except the techs that know nothing except what you tell them. There is no where else for me to turn to except write this letter the old fashion way and mail it. Bad feeling to not have anyone to turn to for help. I thought about Chat rooms, tic Toc, Facebook, twitter, better business, maybe FCC but I would have to tell everyone else about this. I am worn out. Plus, that is not me, I do everything the right way. I sleep well. I will never get my way by hurting others. I had a good Mother.
8. A big truck slammed into me the other day and everyone including their insurance company and wife told me to go to the doctors and get checked out I am not hurt what would I say to the doctor? I didn’t go. They told me to get a rental it’s been 2 months and still my truck is in the shop. I told them I have another car I can drive I don’t need it. The company wanted me to take 500 from them for all that I was put out. I said why they don’t owe me anything. I didn’t take it. Now if my truck doesn’t get a flawless job, I will never ever take it back. If I am owed something I want it and nothing more. Is it my duty to tell the world what I have been through? Will God hate me if I don’t warn them? Should I try and go to Walmart and give the phone back to the case the phones are kept and see if I can put it in the glass case without the key? Again, I have nowhere to turn. I can see why people go to jail; they aren’t as clam as I am.
but don’t call its hard for me to answer the phone. I was in the market for a phone before all this.
I really want you to have a great day and tell the world how you got over on another person.
PS send me a something to fill out and tell them how good it was to talk with Straight talk.
Desired outcome: No one can make me feel safe now. This is a racket you have by getting money then blocking me from talking to anyone that can do something for me. It is my duty to warn the world. I'm no better than them if I don't try.
