Walmart In store Injury.

Dear Walmart Representative,

I fell in the Ada, OKlahoma Walmart in June 19,2022 at approximately 145 PM. I REPORTED the accident with injury to Coach/Manager Houcene.

After filling out the accident/incident he advised me to go to ER At the local hospital. He said they (Walmart) would take care of the costs. I asked twice and he said to tell the ER personnel the same. Knee injury per fall in produce. Tripped over a broken pallet, splinters caught my shoe snagging my foot, I fell forward, hitting the floor.

The bills arrived here at home and I forwarded them to claims as advised.

I sent them to a Candice London in Lexington, KY. SHE HAD MAILED me a letter after the accident advising me of the steps to take. I did so. After the MRI, test showed a tearing meniscus muscle I called Candice London advising her accordingly. She advised me that Walmart wouldn't pay the bills, turn them over to my Insurance. She said she viewed the photos and she didn't think Walmart caused the accident.

This reflects non communication within Walmart management. In her initial later she advised me not to get a lawyer because they would consume any monetary issuance towards my case. Now that she has substantiated a lie, I only have recourse to follow up with this notice to your office and or meet with my attorney in regards to my accident, injury and medical bills.

Account is at Mercy Hospital number #[protected].

She has not paid anything on my behalf as her letter suggests.

Desired outcome: My ER bills to be paid and any other bills that may arise from this injury, including surgery. I send Candice London each if the bills, but no action has been taken. I hold in my hand the compiled bill of $1018.47.

Walmart Damage to my vehicle from employee.

My vehicle was damaged by a employee in the parking lot using a shopping cart machine one night last week. He rammed my front of my truck, he didnt even apologize for it. I have it recorded because luckily I was using my phone when it happened. I tried contacting the employee and his managers but he refuses that he did anything. It messed my bumper up bad and I didnt report it to my insurance because I didnt want to get the employee too bad in trouble because im a decent person even though the worker didn't even acknowledge it or apologize. If he apologized I wouldnt even go this far in complaining about it. It was in Hot Springs Arkansas on Albert Pike road Walmart Supercenter. Im very unhappy with the service and damage to my vehicle. Thank you for taking the time to hear my complaint. I wont report it to my insurance if walmart could please reimburse me a little to help fix my damages. I didnt want to put a bad review on Walmarts name and reputation because I am a frequent customer and supporter for Walmart.

Desired outcome: Please help reimburse me for damages to my vehicle. My front bumper to my 2006 Chevrolet Silverado.

Walmart Flowers

I purchase “fresh” flowers every Sunday before I go visit my Mother who is in a assistance living center. I try to get something that will last at least a couple days. The past three purchases of flowers that I made from the Neighborhood Market in Russellville has been unacceptable. They were wilted, moldy and smell bad when preparing to display in a vase. I haven’t took pictures in the past but yesterday I’ve tried the 5$ and the 20$ arrangements and it’s a gamble what you get unless you unwrap and closely inspect. I don’t need the “Operation Manager of the store and give me the corporate replay he has in the past about personally correcting the issue himself.

I was in customer service for over 40 years and dealt with Wal-Mart even back when Sam would make the store visits. It seems the pride of quality products offered has all but ended.

Desired outcome: Get this issue off my chest. I hate to complain but good grief, this is unacceptable.

Walmart Thawing frozen food

I was at store number 02834 today. I found a lot of frozen food sitting out thawing. This is not the first time I have come across this issue with Walmart. This would explain why most of your frozen products look to be refrozen. I have pictures that I will add to this report.

Second: I have to use an electric cart because I am on O2. I find it asinine that you have only one lane open with a cashier. I will be filing the with the ADA because your self check lanes are not handicap friendly as is the coolers for eggs, cheese lunchmeat and so on.

Claude Smith

Desired outcome: I want frozen food to be worked in before it thaws. Need to have lanes open for handicap individuals.

Walmart WalMart Membership

I placed an order online for a garden hose and I accidently checked the box for a membership unaware there was an annual fee. Within five minutes I contacted support, I was transferred to membership support. I tried to cancel the membership and order and was told I would be charged $98.00 and it would be refunded in 5-7 business days.

Why couldn't the membership be canceled right away since I just put it in?

Order number Order# 2000101-[protected]

Desired outcome: Cancel membership where I am not charged $98.00 and have to wait 5-7 days to get my money back.

Walmart Straight talk

We have a huge huge problem. 1st let me say I am so mad wright now I could go to jail. I can hardly think. I bought my first cell phone from radio shack in 1987. I know what I am talking about.

1. I bought a card for 130 for 3 months. I was going to put it on my phone because I have been away from straight talk for a few years and want to get back to them I did love them ago. I tried and it is only for straight talk phones. So, I had to take it back but you can’t take it back.

2. So the sales man there said just buy a straight talk phone and I will be set. I said ok cool I am ready for an iPhone. So, I bought an iPhone and then he said I need a different plug-in charger, so I bought that. Then he said I need a protective cover so I won’t break my screen. That was done a couple of months ago. He said I would have to get it activated some other time. I spent all that money and he didn’t activate it.

3. That was Springfield Walmart store. So, each place spent about 1.5 hours with me. Then I went to Dumfries store 1.5 didn’t work. Then Woodbridge store 1.5, Back to Springfield's store 1.5 Then back to Dumfries store with a different person 1.5 Each time I have to explain everything from the start. Then to my carrier of my number and they were nice and tried to help but said I need to see iPhone straight talk and tell them to unlock it so they could port my # to the new phone 1 hour. Went to Manassas store and no one was there they called in sick. Back to Dumfries different man said he can’t unlock it. Back to Springfield and they said he couldn’t un lock it.

4. I then got on the phone with straight talk customer service. You know that was a mistake because you set it up so people can’t talk to anyone but a beginner. Trust me I know how it works now. I know every step and soon the world will know. I called and waited at the very least 6 times to talk to you. Put on wait for maybe an average of 15 minutes each time. I had to explain every word of this letter to them along with my phone’s information and each one of those people wanted to try their hand at it. I told them to move me up to someone higher because I know they couldn’t do it.

5. That brings us to porting department. You can stop laughing. You know what I am about to say. After going through all of that they would tell me the porting department would have to port my #. Only 3 of those times they tried to port me but after I stayed on the line and they said it would be 12 minutes more wait every time it would drop the call. Yes, Porting department is a myth. There is no porting department. It was made to get people off the line because each time you call back you got a different tech and they wouldn’t send me to the porting department until we go through all the stuff they wanted to try and then back on hold to the porting and then dropped call.

6. Now that brings me to Walmart. I took it in with my receipt and everything I bought. I said I need my money back. I went through it all again telling them why I was there. They said they feel really bad for me. They told me sorry but it’s been more that 14 days and I said yes because I wanted the phone and tried everything. Then said sorry they can’t do anything. I was so so so mad I started to cry right there. I was being robed in the day time and there is nothing I can do. No one can help me.

7. OK that brings me to you. The real robber. The one that set this all up. You know I can’t buy all this and port my # I have had for over 30 years. Do you know how many friends’ relatives’ doctors and jobs have my #? Hell, I have had more people die since I had their # then you have contacts. I get 14 miles to the gallon and I am not traveling another mile for this problem. You know and you fixed it so no one can talk to you other than the people I already talked to on the phone. Also, you know you can’t email you, or text you, or call you. I can’t do that to anyone at all. Boy you have a racket going here. I know damn well the Waltons wouldn’t stand for this. Do you think T-Mobile would like to set up shop in their store instead of straight talk? You know people can’t talk to anyone except the techs that know nothing except what you tell them. There is no where else for me to turn to except write this letter the old fashion way and mail it. Bad feeling to not have anyone to turn to for help. I thought about Chat rooms, tic Toc, Facebook, twitter, better business, maybe FCC but I would have to tell everyone else about this. I am worn out. Plus, that is not me, I do everything the right way. I sleep well. I will never get my way by hurting others. I had a good Mother.

8. A big truck slammed into me the other day and everyone including their insurance company and wife told me to go to the doctors and get checked out I am not hurt what would I say to the doctor? I didn’t go. They told me to get a rental it’s been 2 months and still my truck is in the shop. I told them I have another car I can drive I don’t need it. The company wanted me to take 500 from them for all that I was put out. I said why they don’t owe me anything. I didn’t take it. Now if my truck doesn’t get a flawless job, I will never ever take it back. If I am owed something I want it and nothing more. Is it my duty to tell the world what I have been through? Will God hate me if I don’t warn them? Should I try and go to Walmart and give the phone back to the case the phones are kept and see if I can put it in the glass case without the key? Again, I have nowhere to turn. I can see why people go to jail; they aren’t as clam as I am.

but don’t call its hard for me to answer the phone. I was in the market for a phone before all this.

I really want you to have a great day and tell the world how you got over on another person.

PS send me a something to fill out and tell them how good it was to talk with Straight talk.

Desired outcome: No one can make me feel safe now. This is a racket you have by getting money then blocking me from talking to anyone that can do something for me. It is my duty to warn the world. I'm no better than them if I don't try.

Walmart False Shoplifting At Self Checkout

6/10/22

I dont usually shop at Walmart and now I will NEVER shop there again. I was shopping to go to our cabin for a few weeks. i purchased a plastic tote with lid to take my cabin supplies in. I was more focesed on putting my groceries in the bin than I was looking at the screen. After paying my total amount (over $200) I was stopped by the manager and told not all my items scanned. I went with the manager and let him know it was not intentional on my part. After going through my receipt I had somehow missed 5 items, I offered an apolgy, explained i had no intention of stealng anything and gave the manager my card to complete the purchase. Instead he "refunded" my entire receipt and then had me arrested.

I am going to court tomorrow and I will not only fight these bogus charges but once my legal case is resolved I am going to look into a class action lawsuit against Walmart. Spend 1 minute on the internet and you will find hundreds of stories just like mine. Its wrong to have the consumer do your job for you and then trap people into situations they are not intentionally doing.

Desired outcome: That no person has to suffer this kind of humiliation and degradation because they need groceries. A complete reverse on my supposed crime and a formal apology from Walmart.

Walmart Soresto Flea collar for small dogs

August 27 2022 about 3pm CST I purchased a Soresto Flea collar for small dogs from Walmart, the same brand flea collar for large dogs was the same price ($63) except the small dog collars were locked while the large dog collars were not,, so I asked for assistance. I was treated like a criminal for wanting to buy the small dog Soresto collar, if I had a large dog I would have been treated like a customer. it was quite humiliating. After I got home I decided to see if the product was $63 every where else, came to find out that Soresto sells the small dog collars for $23 and the large collars for $33, so basically Walmart charged over a 200% mark up on the collars and because more people buy the small dog collars they charged the same price as the large collars eventhough it cost Walmart less and to add insult to injury they discriminate against the majority of customers who buy the small dog collars and treat them like criminals while in truth Walmart is the criminal in this scenario, price gouging and discriminating against customers both of which are criminal acts and illegal.

Desired outcome: I want to be charged a fair price (not 200% more) and I want a formal apology for the blatant discrimination inflicted on me.

Walmart Return of Sunnydaze Outdoor Aluminum Umbrella - Order Number 2000100-[protected]

Cheryl Smith

[protected]@gmail.com

On August 17, 2022, I sought to return the above referenced on-line purchase to the Walmart SuperCenter located on 6420 Petrie Way Road, Baltimore, Maryland 21237. A day earlier I completed an online Return Request and received a subsequent email acknowledgement from Walmart.com that included step by step instructions about the steps to be followed for an in-store return. With the due date stated for the return, the email continued in pertinent part: "Just follow these steps, and you'll be good to go. To return to store:

1. Gather your items. No box? We'll pack for you in-store.

2. Bring items to the Customer Service Desk.

3. Show return barcode

4. Complete return - you're all set!

Pursuant to the aforementioned instructions, I presented myself at the Customer Service Desk at the Walmart SuperCenter in Baltimore, 21237 with the item to be returned without a box-- it was discarded. But, no matter, as the email acknowledgement of return stated that if one had no box ("we'll") Walmart would pack the returned merchandise. Nevertheless, as I will detail, the Customer Service employees rejected the item, repeating again and again that the store does not accept returned items without a box. When I replied that this "policy" was contrary to the instructions given to me from Walmart, my assertions were summarily dismissed. Determining that I would or could not be listened to, I had no choice but to return to my vehicle with the item.

When I returned home, I contacted Walmart.com via the Chat and after a protracted time period, by telephone. The Customer Service representative who responded apologized for the treatment I received, inquired whether I spoke to a Manager to get resolution. I explained that I had not asked for a Manger as the manner in which my questions were answered caused personal embarrassment, so rather than to make a "scene" I retreated from the Customer Service Desk contemplating next steps, which led to my effort to get answers. Ultimately, the Customer Service Representative affirmed that the Walmart store should have accepted the item for return and advised that I go to another Walmart store to effectuate the return. She added that I should request to speak to a Manager (who generally wears a yellow vest) should the return be questioned or rejected by Customer Service Personnel.

This afternoon, I once again attempted to return the purchased item and initiate the refund process; this time I went to the Walmart at 1238 Putty Hill Avenue, Suite 5, Towson, Maryland 21286. When my turn came at the Customer Service desk and I presented the item for return. After scanning the barcode displayed on the screen of my mobile device, the young male employee told me that without a box he would not accept the item for return without a box. I replied that the instructions from Walmart stated otherwise and that his statement ran counter to the information I had received directly from corporate Walmart Customer Service. The employee rudely responded that he did not need to read the email and that despite his scan of the barcode to initiate the transaction, it was of no effect absent a box for the returned purchase. A nearby co-worker reiterated the store would not accept the return sans a box. I asked for the Store Manager, a request that was met with laughter and derision by the two young employees. Moments later, an individual came to the Customer Service Desk identifying herself as the Store Manager. She too stated that the store would not accept any item without a box and added that it did not matter what I had been told by corporate Walmart Customer Service, the store would not accept the item for return. I countered that I would call corporate Customer Service, to which she replied "go ahead and let me know what they say,"and walked away. She never returned. Shortly thereafter the male and female store employees with whom I had my initial interactions directed me to leave the Customer Service counter and then threatened to call the police.

I am outraged at my treatment by the employees of both Walmart centers. To date, my most recent merchandise purchases total over $1,400. The time that I have devoted to returning one purchase is absolutely ridiculous and totally unacceptable. Walmart''s in-store customer service is abysmal. Employees demonstrate a complete lack of professionalism or even common courtesy and deportment. Rest assured that I will never spend another dollar in your establishments and will advise others to strongly reconsider giving Walmart their business.

Desired outcome: I would like an apology for the way I was treated by customer service employees and the management at both stores mentioned above who treated me like trash.

Walmart Overcharged and missing product

I went to walmart in Quincy (301 Falls Blvd, Quincy MA [protected]/06/2022. I purchased many items, some of the items were 2 t-shirts, was charged for three, I purchased 3 pounds of cheese, it was not put with my bags. I called immediately from home when I saw that the cheese was missing and that I had been over charged. The girl who finally answered said she couldnt help me and hung up on me. I went to the store the following day and was told that security would review because too many people claim to not have their items. So I was made to feel like a liar and thief.

Today they finally called me back. They claim that the cheese was put in my cart and even though they see on tape that I only had two t-shirts they are refusing to do anything about it. Basically too bad for me, its my problem. The man in security was rude and when I was trying to explain, hung up on me and now wont answer. Its 12.98 for the cheese and 9.98 for the t-shirt. No, its not a lot of money. But the sheer rudeness and refusal to refund the over charged t-shirt and to either replace or refund the cheese? Unacceptable. The lack of professionalism and the sheer rudeness of these people? I cant fathom how they get away with the way they treat people. I know its not a lot of money, but, its money I dont have to spare. I cant believe their attitude.

Desired outcome: Refund of the overcharged t-shirt ($9.98) and a refund of the cheese ($12.98)

Walmart Harassment

I have recently been served a notice issuance order by Walmart in my locality that makes absolutely no sense. It contains false information about my character and untrue statements that would need supporting evidence to prove without question. This notice came out of the blue and unexpected. Fearful and anxious has been my emotional rollercoaster since. I have since disputed these false allegations with law enforcement. A personal and written statement on 8/11/2022 at the justice center in Ashtabula County Ohio was issued Pro Se. Walmart employees do not have the right to make up events and behavioral issues inside their stores without records, statements, certifiable dates and the requirements thereof. The right to refuse service does protect this company. But that rule can only apply with evidence they can present when it involves civil actions and the basic welfare of a human being. A person faces criminal charges if on their properties for doing what? Does this mean Walmarts worldwide can pick and choose who shops inside their stores at the discretion of employees who issue law enforcement statements without reasonable cause or support of their reasoning? Wow.

Desired outcome: Civil

Walmart Great Value Extra Raisin Raisin Bran

When pouring a bowl of bran that was properly sealed and never opened. I was enjoying my cereal . I tend to be able to pick out things that are not right or the same texture of my food from time to time. As I’m stirring around I notice a longer piece of something that kind of looked like a broken twig. I didn’t find it to peculiar based off the type of cereal sometimes I’ve found shredded straw or pieces to hard to consume but it was a bright brown color then I flipped it over with my spoon and it had feet. I’m not sure what type of bug but it was dead and hard you can clearly tell it had been packaged in there it was old.

Walmart Automotive dept: battery under warranty and not replaced.

returned battery still under warranty. Would not continue to hold a charge. Was told we had to wait an hr and a half or longer for them to test the battery. Never have we had to do this. It is under warranty so they have always replaced the battery. we ask to speak to a manager. We waited and waited and then was told they sent for the asst. manger in automotive. The person we were having the issue with. His name was Matthew. We ask again for a higher up manager and was told none was available. Nothing was resolved. He gave us our battery back and said it was charged? We were there close to two hrs. This happened on August 12, 2022. The hrs were around 4:30 to 6:30. We are elderly and felt no one really cared about our warranty or the time we spent waiting . We have been doing business with this Walmart for many years and never have we been treated this way over a battery under warranty. Thank you for your concern in this matter. Mr and Mrs Fred Lacefield Guston, Ky. 40142

Desired outcome: We believe we were in our right to receive another battery for the one that would not continue to hold a charge. And the right to be treated with concern and given a manager to discuss the issue.
