A few years ago I started receiving unsolicited emails from Walgreens and I tried to unsubscribe, but I couldn’t because I never did subscribe to their emails. After communicating back and forth with them for a few months, they finally got it stopped.
About a month ago, I started receiving emails from Walgreens again. Same issue, I haven’t subscribed to them, so I’m unable to unsubscribe. I’ve tried several times during this past month to try to get them to respond, but my messages have gone unanswered.
I decided to call them today to try and find assistance, but the hold time is 16 minutes, and they never came to the line, and no option for having them contact me.
All I want is for them to stop emails from Walgreens to my email address.
