This is one of those places that you just hate to share with others because the deals are so incredibly great! However, because they offer such an enormous range of products in so many categories, they deserve to be acknowledged. Not only for their selection, but for their customer service which is consumer oriented. Returns are seamless and hassle free. As far as their prices on brand NEW items, it just doesn't get any better. They truly are the REAL DEAL!

Nice product. What I wanted. The only disappointment for me was it says it ships USPS which I use a lot and priority only takes about 2 -3 days these took a long time. I wanted to wear them for a xmas party and they didn't get here until the 29th! I ordered a different pair off poshmark and they were here in 2 days USPS along with 3 other pair of pants. So when they say they ship USPS it ships UPS and then switches to USPS so it comes at a snails pace! Bummer.

Hoping clothing is as stated, first time shopping with you. Clothing was as stated. Sizes accurate, colors as provided. I'm shocked frankly at how good prices were, delivery of product was normal. And product was as one would expect from any retail establishment. Sweater was a little wrinkled but put in dryer with damp towel for a few inches and came out perfect. its a great fit and color. i first ordered it in a size Large on Amazon in Champagne but it didnt do anything for me. I came to the bhfo web site and was thrilled when i found it in the perfect blue and a size medium. Its very warm and cozy and the length was perfect for the last few chilly days of winter. On a not so great note. The high collar is a bit awkward but warm and actually the hood falls short of covering my head...and Oh! i love hoods. But its not bhfo's fault...its s Steve Madden short fall. overall i love the coat and will make it work. it came quickly and the bhfo team was very attentive to my needs and concerns. I've ordered twice now from this site, in March 2023. No issues with processing my first return. Searching for a special dress. This second time I scored with one of my picks, and returning the other dress that was fine but just not as nice the other. I know I am paying for shipping both ways, but I am ok with it. I am extremely pleased with getting my designer dress at 54% off. The only problem that I had with my first order,is that I ordered it in pine and it arrived in forest, and that wasn't the shade that I wanted (the designer actually had two subtly different shades of dark green, the pine had more blue in it.) It would have been a bigger deal if I had wanted to keep the other dress with that particular order, but both needed to go back. I was nervous as a first-timer, but very thrilled with getting such a great dress.

I got my shoes from BHFO and they look pretty good. But when I wore them outside, I noticed that one shoe had a different finish than the other. I didn't see it before, but it was pretty obvious when I was walking around. So I called up Customer Service and talked to Brittany. She was nice and all, but I had to send some pictures and explain what was going on. Then Vanessa got back to me pretty quick and said they would give me a refund. That was cool, but I couldn't return them since I already wore them.

Anyway, I really like Dansko shoes and these fit me perfectly. They're camo style, so I guess the difference in finish isn't that big of a deal. I mean, it's still kind of annoying, but whatever. Shopping at BHFO is always a breeze. The prices are just right for the merchandise I purchase. However, I do have a bit of a bone to pick with their shipping. The items I receive are often creased and not packaged in an interior bag that is specifically meant for the item I purchased. Instead, they are usually just thrown into a dry cleaning plastic bag which doesn't do much to keep the merchandise in place. As a result, the items often slide around and come out looking like a rag. If BHFO wants customers to purchase more expensive items, they should really consider packaging them accordingly. Otherwise, it's probably best to shop at a higher-end store.

The shoes were described on the site as "New in Box" except that when I received them many of the crystals were missing and were not in the box rolling around which means the shoes were put in the box and sent to the customer in that condition. I informed the company as soon as I received them and saw all of the stones missing, I sent several pictures and a couple weeks later still no resolution. The only attempt the company has made to resolve this was to offer me only half my money back for the cost of the shoes. The shoes can't be worn with all the stones missing, what's the point in paying money for sparkly shoes with so much of the sparkle missing. It makes them look cheap and awful so I can't wear them, they're useless. Had the company accurately described the item on their site and showed/described that stones were missing, I would have passed and not purchased them. But because of the company's dishonesty, I had no idea and now all they are willing to offer is half the price of the shoes back. I'm out the cost of the shoes that are useless now, shipping, and duties. I would lose more money to send the shoes back and with the company not willing to do anything else to resolve this I will never be a customer here again and would warn others off. I'm considering sending a complaint to the Better Business Bureau because there are laws to protect customers. Companies cannot falsely advertise items, take the customers money and then just leave it like that.

I am writing to express my frustration regarding the boots I purchased from your company. Unfortunately, the boots did not fit me properly, and I am disappointed to learn that I have to bear the cost of returning them. The return shipping fee is actually twice the price of the boots, which is quite unreasonable.

Moreover, when I went to collect the BFHO 0792 boots from my local post office, they demanded an additional $22 CAD for shipping fees. This came as a surprise to me because I had already paid for shipping when I placed the order. It is unacceptable to be charged twice for shipping.

This whole experience has left me dissatisfied, as I initially expected to save money by purchasing these boots. However, due to the extra charges for shipping and the cost of returning the boots, I will end up spending more money. In fact, the return cost alone is four times the value of the boots, approximately $85 CAD. I strongly disagree with this and request a fair resolution to this matter. Additionally, I kindly ask for a refund of the extra $22 CAD that was charged for shipping.

Other companies usually provide a free return label, and I believe your company should do the same. This has been the worst shopping experience I have ever had, and I sincerely hope that you can assist me in resolving this issue.

So, I bought this coat from BHFO and the first one they sent me had some messed up fur. Like, it was all wonky and looked like it had been through some stuff. Not cool. But, I ordered a new one and the next day they sent me an email offering 15% off the same coat. I was like, sweet, I'll take that discount. But then when I talked to customer service, they said they couldn't give me the discount unless I sent the messed up coat back and ordered a new one. Like, come on, can't you just give me the discount? It's not like I'm trying to scam you or anything. BHFO needs to get their act together and make things easier for their customers. So, I went ahead and bought a bunch of stuff from BHFO, but unfortunately, most of it didn't fit me right. I was hoping to return some of the items, but it turns out that since they were on final sale, I couldn't do that. I wish I had known that before I made my purchase. The package was delivered to the wrong address which was Newark, it was indicated to UPS website and I also raised a claim to UPS, BHFO insists the package was delivered to the provided shipping address and ignores my complaints.

This company sold me a dress with a hole in it, and is refusing to let me return it. I purchased the dress on eBay. It was listed as new. When I received it, I found a hole the size of a dime in the seam of the thigh. When I sent a message to exchange it, they sent me a message stating that some of their items may not list certain defects, such as holes, pulls, or loose threads. But this company can list something as new and unworn. It's false advertisement and they know it! Unbelieveable. Now I want to return it and never deal with this company again. And I will post this everywhere I can to warn others not to deal with BHFO either.

This company sells clothing online (website BHFO.com and ebay) with the description the clothes are new. On receipt many consumers (see ebay reviews nd BBB reviews) found the garments dirty, stained, ripped, etc. They will accept returns (only after filling out RMA form) but will not refund shipping costs (which are high) or refund shipping.
