I am starting Mounjaro injection and want to consult with the Pharmacist. She was an older maybe Indian descent I could not see her name and I do not see her name on any of the prescriptions ... I was at the 3601 Rogers Road, Wake Forest, NC office at 6:15 pm on Wednesday Sept 2m 2026. She rudely asked, "DO YOU WANT TO SPEAK TO ME ABOUT SOMETHING?" I asked were there instructions on where to inject and if it may not interact with other meds or diet. She said inject in a muscle and "WHOEVER GAVE IT TO YOU NEED TO TELL YOU THESE THINGS." Then turned her head and started talking to another employee as though I had been dismissed from her sight. Other customers seemed appalled by her actions and I felt completed humiliated, talked down to and disrespected. Isn't the pharmacist ther to answer questions when you need to consult with them about meds especially if it is a new medication, an INJECTION at that and is there any policy for customer service interactions. I have patronized with Walgreens since the day the doors opened to that location and I have NEVER been so disrespected when asking questions about a service or a medication. This lady needs to be FIRED or strongly repremanded for her mistreatment of a loyal and faithful customer who brings thousands of dollars to your establishment each year.
Desired outcome: I would like this Pharmacist to be FIRED but at the least she should be given a written warning, be required to take customer service training, ethnic bias training and I would like to have an apology from HER personally or in writing.
