Walgreens review: Pharmacy service

I would like to voice a complaint regarding a rude pharmacy staff located at 2970 Shasho Place, in Waldorf, MD 20603 Store # 9632. The incident occurred today @ approx.. 5:00 pm. I called to inquire about a prescription in which was submitted on 10/22/25.
My physician ordered a gel medication. I did not know the name of the medication or the cost. I was informed that my insurance would not pay because it was an over-the-counter medication. I asked if she could provide the name and cost, and she informed me that someone from the store dept could do that, she stopped speaking and switched the call over, in which disconnected. I called the pharmacy several times but continued to be disconnected.
I finally contacted the store manager who assisted me. I was able to speak with the pharmacist, who provided the information I needed to purchase the medication. Please send that young lady to training to work on her customer skills when dealing with the public. I do not want to see her lose her job, but she definitely needs to improve her skills when working with customers. More training would probably help.
