Never had a problem with USAA in the past 30 yrs. Simple auto claim turned into unnecessary delay after delay in trying to get Chandra and Loquetia to return calls/texts/emails. So unprofessional to get no response or slow response or kicked to some other rep and NOTHING gets resolved. ZERO SENSE of urgency or common courtesy. Return calls, speak clearly, stop mumbling. Customers should NOT have to pull pull pull info outta you guys.
