I had 6 hail claims in April of this year, as of now late September I have had 1 paid and settled. They have assigned 4 different Advocacy people to solve the cases, but after 1 or 2 calls (none from the last one) NOTHING gets done. The initial adjuster just keeps telling me that no further changes will be made to the values, even though I have pointed out the mistakes in the evaluations. They have the evaluations screwed up, even containing untrue statements in them, but they have refused to correct them. They keep trying to force me to deal with a 3rd party (Nexterra) to settle the claims, or I'm told to use the appraisal clause. Recently i sent a letter to Juan CEO to try and get this resolved. What I got was ANOTHER advocacy person assigned to my claims, but no response from them. I have a body shop involved with 1 claim, and they refuse to pay the full estimate for a proper repair, even though they did on the one that got settled. They are close to the same makes and models, with very similar damages, similar estimates, they paid one in full, and took a bunch of labor off the second repair. I asked for a full explanation in writing, but was COMPLETELY snubbed on getting it. What does it take to get them to PROPERLY settle these other 5 claims ?
Claimed loss: 5 unsettled automobile hail damage claims. NO help or urgency by them to settle them.
Desired outcome: Pay my claims in full, and stop trying to take illegal deductions from my settlement amounts based on untrue claims. Also pay for the damage done to one of my vehicles by Nexterra, who put scratches on it looking for dents.
