USAA review: Auto rental charges

Was involved in accident on 10-22-23. Not my fault other driver at fault insured by Usaa police called at fault driver summoned to court .called Usaa reported accident.was giving Adj phone no. Ext.called said would call me back in 1 business day...7 days later no call back.got copy of police report and damage est.had my ins.broker who sent it to Usaa..11-19-23 Adj.calls says the body shop I took my 2022 jeep gladiator Rubicon for damage est.charges to much money and I could be out of pocket charges and tha Usaa requires a damage est.at Calibor collision shop which he made me appointment the following week then was told to bring it in on 12-19-23. Almost 2 mo.s after accident...was told at shop.Enterprise would pick me up to get rental..there was 1 Kia two wheel drive. I'm 6ft1in and could not fit my head in car they had a all wheel Nisson upgrade for $6 more aday..here's my problem I'm stuck in another town that I don't live in the Kia not going to.work they don't have any other cars there except the upgrade Nisson.its Dec.snow season in Idaho. I took my new 4 wheel drive truck to their shop to save them $$ and get offered a Kia.. I Am a disabled veteran myself and just on the phone w Usaa Rep.and was told those extra charges are on me..I was raised if you don't have any good things to say to someone.dont say anything...Robert Holley [protected]@yahoo.com.
