Unlimited Vacation Club review: Longtime platinum member and no response ( 1 comment)

My family and I went on a short vacation to the breathless Riviera Cancun resort a few weeks ago. We were asked to update our information on our contract and did not want to spend half of a day inside someone’s office when we were only there for three days. However, we ended up spending several hours with Arturo Martinez who guaranteed - he would be our single point of contact for every reservation that we needed to make going forward. However, it’s only been a few weeks, and already ghosted. I have been asking for two things: recommendation on a resort to visit for one of my VIP weeks in February in Jamaica, and more importantly, we have been told about these large homes that we can rent at our level of membership. Arturo told us about a home with 20 rooms that he was able to book, so I’ve asked him where are these homes because I cannot find them on the The Registry Collection. I called The Registry Collection and they said the only homes available to us at the homes that are listed and the biggest home has four bedrooms. It’s one thing to try to sell people on an idea, but to blatantly lie about what’s available at our level of membership is a crime.
