I canceled my membership several years ago because I did not care for your services and pricing. I paid it off and told them to cancel my membership which they agreed to. I started getting fees and now you send me fees and late fees. You say if I want to cancel I have to pay my fees and late fees. I already canceled. I placed a complaint to the BBB about you. I want my fees and late fees removed since I am not a member. I have never ever used you for a vacation. Cancel my fees.

Claimed loss: $575.23

Desired outcome: Remove my fees and late fees. I am not a member because I canceled you.
