Lack of sanatory facilities on board WestJet aircraft. On the 737-800 the front washroom is now for those who sit in the front 3 rows. (12 people) the back of the plane has two for the remaining 162 passengers. Sitting in row 5 the service cart plus huge demand from those in the rear rows makes it a lengthy or impossible task to access rear toilets and keep your human dignity. ***. They reiterated that the front 12 are special and privileged . The rest of us are cattle and can just crap our pants.

Waited a week after my vaca to calm down before posting this. Do not book with WestJet vacations! They messed us up at every stage of our vacation. 1. I paid extra for a direct flight to Cancun from Winnipeg. They cancelled the direct flight with no compensation, they assumed I'm stupid and didn't check the fact that transfer flights were $100 cheaper per person. Fine, they still got us there going through Toronto. 2. When we arrived at the hotel, after 12 hours of travelling that would have been 7 if they didn't cancel out first flight, the hotel didn't have our booking. Luckily the hotel was prepared and quickly called to correct West Jets mistake. However left us in the lobby waiting with an infant for45 minutes. 3. When leaving our flight was delayed 2 hours, no big deal safety concerns happen. ***. So we were just supposed to wait at the airport, in a foreign city with a 1 year old infant. Luckily the actual driver had a heart and drove us around for a bit to help kill that time. 4. When I contacted customer service to ask if they could help change the time of transfer or call our hotel to let them know their delay would cause us to be late (as I didn't have cell service internationally) . They couldn't even do that. Andrea was cold and unhelpful, and when I told her I just wanted to leave feedback she disconnected on me. Giving me a phone number to leave feedback, after I told her I didn't have cell access. What's the point in having a customer service if they don't help you in anyway? Overall just terrible experience booking with them, they change things from what you booked whenever they want, but help you in no way with those changes. The individual staff of WestJet airlines were great at least
