We agreed to an upgrade with UVC ( April 2026 ), with the promise to buy our Bluegreen timeshare membership with future membership payments paid by UVC. The vacation center that is handling the transfer is delaying the transfer process. With these delays they are requiring us to pay for next years Bluegreen membership fees. This seems like a case of misrepresenting the agreement between us and the UVC salespeople.

Desired outcome: A resolve of our requirement to pay for a membership we can't use.
