I bought a coffee on the drivethrough tims on mcphillips and notredame winnipeg manitoba. Aprox 7:30 am oct 16 2019. I go in for the last gulp of my coffee and i get this hard thing in my mouth. I spit it out and lo and behold this nail looking thing comes out. I am utterly disgusted. What if that had blood and the person has stds. I want you guys to odit this branch and fire this disgusting person...

Tim Hortons coffee food

Hi so as of lately I've been getting my orders messed up on a regular basis, I went and purchased a grilled cheese melt the other day and well I got it left and when I opened the sandwich it wasnt even grilled ? What gives secondly I order the same coffee everytime I'm in there I ask for a extra large regular today I seem to be having an extra large hazelnut coffee instead the other day I had a triple triple or something of that sort instead of a regular! On top of that unfortunately I'm forced to go to this specific location and the service there is absolutely terrible for one they have got to be the slowest Tim hortons I've ever had to to endure in my lifetime and the employees are miserable I've wasted countless dollars lately getting all the wrong order

Only person in drive thru drive to pick up window then have employee waving arms to stop. Wtf. Also shoving food and drinks at you while you try to put bank card back in wallet. Then telling you to move along. All so they can keep 5 star rating. With no care about customer at all. Never go back to this location again Been going on for several months Terrible service at this location

Outside and inside this is one of the worst locations in your extensive holdings. The parking area is pock marked all over. It is just waiting for someone to step in a hole and take a bad fall. The inside is has always looked as though it needs a good sanitizing cleaning. Behind the counter is almost always dirty looking. Outside signs are missing, handicap parking spot not well marked, etc. etc.

i ordered a blt sandwich for my lunch today (October 15, 2019) and when i got home and picked off the tomatoes there was 4 tiny pieces of bacon on the sandwich. This is the worst blt i have ever had as it is mostly bun and lettuce. This is far from the 1st time that tim hortons has messed up my lunch order as they have forgotten to put bacon on my turkey...

Tim Hortons employees

I had a lady argue with me that a medium coffee cost $2.
Yesterday it cost me $1.80 and this morning they charged someone $1.85 two hours before they tried to charge me $2

I get that sometimes prices are increased but NEVER that much and NEVER without notice.

I think the girl was charging me for a large and just didn't want to admit her mistake or else she was straight up trying to steal from me and I do t care if it's .5 cents or $5 that's BS

Tim Hortons coffee and fruit oatmeal

They gave me the wrong coffee which I'm taking back to them after work. The second is a bit more serious, the oatmeal I ordered ‘‘was made right but the seeds (hopefully they weren't seeds) from the fruit chipped my molar tooth. I have to make a dr appointment and take time off work to deal with my chipped tooth. Very disappointed with the Tim Hortons today.

Tim Hortons accuracy of food/coffee order and correct change not being given

I'm tired of receiving something I didn't order. Do you train your employees? I shouldn't have to sit in a drive thru line and search through my bag to make sure I get what I pay for. And also, this is the second time in one week I was shortchanged. I've complained a few times in the past but all I get is your generic "thank you for contacting us" reply. This is a joke. I can understand a mistake once in a while but when there are errors several times in a week for one person, I'm wondering how many other people are getting scammed.
You will be losing a lot of customers but I'm sure you don't really care as long as the other millions of people still come there, get the wrong order and lose money. Train your staff and tell them to stop stealing money from customers.
When I order a coffee with milk and sweetener I should NOT get a tea or a black coffee. When I order a cinnamon roll I should NOT get an apple fritter. When I order a bagel with cheddar, the cheddar SHOULD be in the bagel. When I order bacon and egg on a bagel, I SHOULD get bacon and not sausage. And when I get change back, I SHOULD get the correct amount.

Tim Hortons breakfast

Hello I have bought maple French toaste bagels from Tim hortons a few times and they must be keeping them with the everything bagels because every time I get one its covered in spices from the everything bagel and completly ruins it for me. I've mentioned it before to them. I just think sweet bagels should be kept seperate from savory ones with tons of strong spices.

Tim Hortons the wait/ the burnt food/ now tayters

It's impossible to get into the brooklin Tim's and when I get there it takes 15 to place an order then all the food is burnt and it's so bad every time I go through the drive thru it takes fifteen minutes to make a stupid grilled cheese and the workers are not friendly at all, they shove the food in you face and they make you feel like you are the last Priority to them because they are to busy socializing with each other I am never coming back it was disgusting

The store management is not scheduling enough people to serve costumers. There are only 3 people scheduled at 4 pm to 6 pm. This store is busy because its in a busy intersection. 2 people are in line and orders a single coffee but we serve them after 10 mins because we cant leave drive thru and sandwhich boards. its very annoying when your loyal costumer...

Tim Hortons employee

There is a employee name Shane that works at the Tim Horton's on east Main Street he cusses and throws things at other employees and the managers just stand there and laugh what a sad environment to work at something needs to be done about it when I said something someone that works there said nothing is going to get done the general manager Joey is scared of Shane so they let him do whatever he wants

I went threw the drive thru on Oct 4, 2019. Had all intentions of using a Tim Horton's gift card. The employee swiped my gift card and the card is not working, so I gave him my debit card. I called to check my balance on the card and the remaining balance was the amount that was deducted from the purchase. So basically my gift card transaction went threw and my debit card transaction also went threw. So I was double charged!!!

Went through the drive-thru this morning To get a coffee and a wrap. Got home and opened my coffee... It was filled only about 3/4 of the way! This is a treat for us as we try to save money and not waste it on a daily coffee. Just ticked me off! But surely they got the wrap correct... Nope!!! Missing the sausage! Great job tim's!!! I'm done... Robins it is from now on!

Tim Hortons farmers wrap

I received a farmers wrap with sausage from the Tim Hortons in the Port Hope ONRoute, it was very badly burned, to the point that it was black, and it was ripped in the middle of the wrap. This was after a very long wait, with multiple others waiting as well. I am very unimpressed with this service, but could not return because I was already on the highway.

Very unprofessional, gave me my change back wadded up in ball, not friendly, attitude when I gave her a coupon. Didn't give a straw for my iced coffee and didn't give me the cup of ice I asked for and the bottom of my iced coffee is full of coffee grounds!!! I tried to call after several rings no one answered. I definitely will not be returning to that location!!!
