This location doesn't have enough staff and the manager or tim Horton's hasn't done anything about it.. it should not take 20 mins to order something every time I come here. Please look at the cameras or go to the store location to see for yourself. Its everyday, morning, afternoon. It annoying when you work in the mall have to go through this on a daily basis. I asked the manager and she said that tim Horton's cut employees.
