Tim Hortons review: breakfast sandwich

Today I bought four bacon and egg English muffins and when I returned home I discovered that all the sandwiches had mould on them. Here comes the best part. I returned them and the employees tried to tell me that they were supposed to look like that. After that they took the insides of the rotten sandwiches out and proceeded to make breakfast burritos with the food that I had returned for another customer. The other customer noticed this and was very upset as they should have been. This was probably the most DISGUSTING thing I've ever seen in any food establishment. I'm assuming that none of these employees had any form of food safety training. Maybe some proper training should be put into place to
avoid a situation like this in the future.
