I come to this Tim Hortons at least 3 times a week and 90% of the time my order is wrong or not done well. The wait is so long youd think they are actually taking theyre time to get your order right and its still wrong at the end of it. Iced coffee is always warm, the cheese in the grilled cheese is not cooked, ask for no tomatoes because of my allergies and everysingle time i have to bring it in for a new one. This is very tiring as i am a regular customer and spend so much money here.

probably immigrants is what the problem is. Immigrants can't do much right anyway.
When you bring 3rd world people, you bring with them their 3rd world behavioural norms.
many immigrants cant' even speak English let alone read English.
How would you expect immigrants to even be able to understand that some food needs to be warm?

Your problem was probably with immigrants to begin with.
