Tim Hortons review: breakfast sandwich (sausage)

I am a manager at the wendys across the street (lyndsey) and had 30 min before my shift. So I ordered a sausage and egg breakfast sandwhich (double toasted) a hashbrown and a chocolate chill. Take it across to work. Notice that it is black. Never received something so discusting before. I am insulted and suprised you served this. So I go back. Walk right up to the counter and the lady (who was extremely nice btw.. Short girl.. Glasses black sweater) helped me. And even had to rush the sandwhich makers because no joke I waited for 6 orders before I got my remake. I had to now run back to work, so that I am not late. And no joke... My sandwhich looked like someone put it through the bagel slicer. Like. How the hell did they serve this. No time to come back. And need to rush home to my son afterwards.
How did this happen twice to the same customer? Who is letting these sandwhiches pass through the line. Not impressed.
