Tim Hortons review: employees

I'm a student that is regular customer from the school near by. I almost come everyday during lunch (11:30-12:30) to this very location for the past 3 years. It's very unfortunate that the majority of the workers are Sri Lankan and speak Tamil. I understand everything they say, and it began with just unnecessary comments about other customers. However now I'm furious hearing about my responsibilities and disciplinary ways in conversations between the employees through Tim's while serving me, not knowing I'm very well aware of what is being said. This has occurred on many occasions especially when my boyfriend is alongside me. I highly urge to take some kind of action because this is unacceptable work ethics and personally brings me down about the things that are said about me. Another complaint I have is that the service is really slow. Many of the students come during lunch, therefore it's extremely packed during that time. The workers love to invite non students up to the counters and take their orders regardless of how long the others wait. As for the food and drinks are rushed, given to us not mixed, overfilled or messy. Many students wish to complain, however the complaint box has been taken down.
