Tim Hortons - Store cleanliness was awful

I recently visit Pleasant view Tim Hortons (111st 51ave). While there I noticed none of the tables were wiped down after patrons finished. floor looks like it hasn't been swept in days by the dust and food particles, as well as no garbages to be found. Washrooms were atrocious and lacked obvious cleaning. In covid times this is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I really hope this is rectified, cause I doubt I will go back knowing if this is the sitting area and washrooms I can only assume behind the counter is the same

Tim Hortons - Lunch combo

Purchased a 8.49 grilled cheese soup and sandwich combo, that cost me over 12.00 Totally disgusted and after going through 3 people to complain got fed up.

No accountability and a whole lot of bait and switch [censored].Combo contains sandwich, drink and soup,
yet I was charged 8.49 for the sandwich, 1.76 for my coffee and 1.70 adder for the soup.

The math does not add up, no matter how you spin it.
Supervisor and Manager where both condescending and useless at trying to rectify this issue and I will NEVER set foot in this restaurant again.Instead of addressing this issue with a small discount, a 5.00 gift card or a small box of TImbits, to appease a disgruntled customer, they choose to ignore my legitimate queries, and ignore my input.'

DISGUSTED.This is total crap and I was treated like I didn't matter .I spent 40 plus years, in a customer service industry, and this was beyond any treatment I have ever encountered.

Over a couple of bucks (charged over 12.00 for a posted 8.49 combo) has cost this location a valued customer, who has supported this location
since it's opening.I will never see foot in there again.

Beyond disgusted, incredibly angry and disappointed.

Tim Hortons - service

When Designating driving for Reliable Rides one of the employees made a joke and this happened in winter 2017. He was cleaning up and made a joke that caught me off guard because I didn't know him at all. He said, "Have no fear Janine is hear!" and went on with his duties.

I believe that there has been some internal gossiping and the experience didn't make me feel welcome or safe within the business. I didn't know this man.

Maybe the franchise owner shouldn't let the employees hire only family, friends or persons who don't have citizenship yet so that they can save money. I have noticed that a lot of the employees talk amongst themselves and my safety has been comprimised and my life threatened by carelessness in the kitchen.

Mulitple times when going through the drive thru I have been abused by the staff. Called : [censored], and have said the following, " Shut the [censored] up you [censored]" or when they think they can get away with it, "itch". The "itch" comment was done yesterday on the 4th of Jan, 2020. This has been going on for months.
They are making off hand comments and also putting cigarette butts in my coffee.

There can be no other resolution that I can see other than a signed letter from the staff for their behaviour apologising for it.

I could ask for more considering this isn't the first location where I have experienced harrassment at the hands of the employees of this franchise.
