I'm just stopping in because this is my second complaint about the Marysville Michigan Tim Hortons. Although I have only gone to Tim Hortons three times since my last complaint, each time I did not receive my 4 x 4 coffee made properly. And each time I've had to return the coffee through the lobby rather than the drive-through. Something has changed in the store for the worst. I used to visit the store no less than twice a day for the last nine years. I would receive a 4 x 4 coffee that tasted the same every time, this is no longer the case sometimes I receive my coffee with almost no sugar in it. Being that I am a working man I do not have time to keep returning a coffee it took me 28 minutes to receive one cup of coffee with two returns. Our office now goes to Dunkin donut due to these issues for breakfast and lunch. I just wanted to let you know thank you so much. I hope you have a great day.
Tim Hortons - bad coffee
I've been going to the Marysville Michigan Tim Hortons for nine years now. I use the drive thru once-twice a day. I always order a medium 4x4 coffee. Yesterday I had done my normal order, I was given a hot cocoa, thinking it was a medium 4 x 4 and not steaming hot. I took a drink and burned my mouth. I turned around to go back through the drive-through to get my coffee, this time through I received a medium double double. So yet again after leaving the drive-through pulling out on the main road I had to turn around and this time I entered the building to get my 4 x 4. As I was leaving the building I tasted it, it was not at all right almost no sugar. I just gave up. I went back through this morning, And once again I received a cup of coffee that barely had any sugar in it. So again I had to drive back around and go through the drive-through again. Yesterday it took me 35 minutes to get a cup of coffee that was sub par. I don't know what is happening with Tim Hortons in Marysville. The people are always very nice, But the coffee isn't being served right. Please contact me back if you have any questions . Like I said I go out of my way to go to the Marysville Tim Hortons daily . I do have other competitive coffee establishments close by . But I am loyal to your company and chose to contact you before abandoning your establishment . Thank you I hope you have a great day . :)
