Dates times and amt of double charged
Oct 8th @ 838am and again Oct 8th @ 838am
Oct 4th @ 11am again Oct 4th @11am
Oct 2nd @ 1038am again Oct 2nd @ 1028am
Sept 29th @ 1054am again Sept 29th @1054am
Sept 27th @ 1048am again Sept 27th @ 1048am
Now on their website they have a list of issues to click on and one is DOUBLE CHARGED.. so is this an ongoing issue? Like I said I’ve had absolutely no help from anyone? This is the absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I’m hoping you can help me please. I’ve spend so much money there yet I get no help and no help at all from Mastercard. I do have screenshots of all these transactions. I hope to gawd I don’t have more!

I made an error, on the screenshots I sent it shows two transactions on the same day same time, however the one amount is what I pay, the second amt shows how many points I get for that amount, so only one transaction and one charge :( my apologies for any inconvenience and I really appreciate your help! You’ve been awesome ❤️
