Tim Hortons food/hygiene

This weekend on Sunday the 11 of August I went through the drive asked for a bagel plein goût with butter herbe and garlic cream cheese and bacon and this is what I got!
And last either Wednesday or Thursday the 7th or the 8th of August the supervisor of all things was wearing bracelets and rings and earrings and fake nails with diamond on them!

Tim Hortons lids

The new hard plastic lids do not stay on the cups. I have had three instances not where they pop off. On in particular where coffee spilt on the inside of my car. Also the lid flap won't fold in like the old ones so the coffee splashes back up into your face. They also seem to use more plastic than the old ones. I just don't understand the switch.
Coffee is still great though.

Customer service with this Tims hortons is the worst in the province. Wait times for a simple cup of coffee take up to 20 minutes. Staff do not say your welcome and seem to be very rude to take orders. Any food order is either wrong or they don't have it. Once at the order box you are told to wait a moment while there is a line up of about 15 cars and there is no one in front of you. It needs to be fixed.

Tim Hortons all

2 people taking orders, one making food and one making drinks. Food came out within one minute of ordering. There was nine people waiting for there drinks. Both the person in front of me and myself ate our breakfast sandwiches before getting our coffees about ten minutes later. The two people taking orders just stood there taking more orders as the line waiting for drinks kept getting longer and longer. Seriously? I know you don't really give a rats [censored] because it's the airport and people are just going to have to wait. Third time for me so it's not a one off.

Tim Hortons service, cleanliness, staff

Unsure if town was Grimsby but was #39 as used my debit card Saturday...was in afternoon maybe 3ish staff totally unfriendly, place was a mess no clean tables inside went out on patio again tables needed to ve wiped down garbage removed instead of left on tables...
Bathrooms were unacceptable if health dept was called the place would have been closed for cleaning up...
We did not enjoy our good, drinks or donuts it was terrible ...something needs to be done with the staff...she was rude when he didn't use his reward card first before paying very unacceptable to an o, Der man terrible service...
We should have left everything and walked out and somehow b compensatec.., ..
The place is a mess bathrooms dirty toliet paper all over the gloom and staff talking amongst themselves rather than cleaning tables inside and out and b friendly for God sakes...

Tim Hortons beyond breakfast sandwich

Hi there,
I ordered a breakfast sandwich with the beyond sausage. I have had many times before. I ate it and it wasn't the sausage but a beyond burger patty. Was pretty gross as not what I ordered. I have ordered it a bunch before so I am for certain that that wasn't the sausage. I would have gone back but was on lunch from work so unable.

Tim Hortons reselling beverages that other people had

I was at your brant street and upper middle road location in Burlington. I was in the drive thru and the woman in front of me got my steep tea instead of her coffee. Instead of going around she came to the window where I was waiting for my tea and returned the tea and asked for her coffee. Your staff gave her the coffee and proceeded to give her the coffee and then handed me the open tea that the woman had and possibly took a sip of. That is unsanitary and goes against food handling and distribution laws and I am mortified that your staff thought that was ok. I asked for another but I did not feel confident that they actually made a new one and didn't just replace the lid. I threw it out. I hope this is taken seriously and you train your staff better.

Tim Hortons service cleanliness

I live right above Tim's and a daily customer for convience. I have been a loyal customer for ten years. Recently my work has taken me to several provinces across Canada. I have been in large cities and small towns. I have found most Tim's across Canada take pride and ownership. But the one I frequent is dirty and can of gross. The same garbage on the floor from previous day. The tables not wiped and the same coffee cup on the floor. There often too many staff behind the counter during non peak time. Im not complaining about your products but more about the cleanliness. If I walk five mins south its a totally different... clean environment.

Tim Hortons packs of timbits

My husband and I go on a lot of road trips so Tim bits and coffee are a must. We always order the pack of 50 Timbits but it seems that almost every location stops at 30 or so timbits - never has it been 50 - always about 10-20 short. Is this just the way it works? I hate to have to ask them to put in more timbits but we paid for 50 so we expect 50. It's very disappointing as a box of 50 timbits is about $10.00 and we're receiving the lesser quantity.

It is never a specific location - it is almost every single one.

Tim Hortons staff/drive thru

Today, Aug 10, 2019, at 5:12am I went thru drive thru at the Tim Hortons on Caradoc Street South to get a coffee. There was a car in front of me and it took a long time for them to place an order (which turn out to be 5-6 coffees and a box of donuts). When they pulled to the window I drove into the speaker pad only to here the drive thru attendant say in an extremely anoid voice - Oh My God! The I was told to wait. Wait? One customer waiting and I realized they were taking, filling, delivering one order at a time. When I finally get to order my coffee I was asked sarcastically If That Was All"! When I got to the window I ask the girl if my coming to drive thru was a problem for her. I was met with a bag of excuses.
I DO NOT APPRECIATE BEING DISRESPECT in this fashion.
I PLAN TO TELL EVERYONE
I WILL NEVER NEVER GO TO A TIM HORTONS AGAIN. YOUR CUSTOMER APPRCIATION IS EXTREMELY LACKING

I stopped buying and other friends too because the laziness of the employees specially at night shift and not serving fresh coffee ..
