Tim Hortons review: Fly in my iced coffee

On July 1st, 2021 my dad purchased an iced coffee for me from 770 Don Mills Rd, Toronto location Tim Hortons. I drank some of my iced coffee and thankfully I peeked through the flap on the lid and noticed that there was a fly floating in my iced coffee. What is even more unfortunate is the fact that this is my second time finding a fly in my drink.

I am very upset and this compelled me to write this complaint. I really don't think I can order drinks from Tim Hortons anymore, which sucks because I grew up drinking Tims.
