I interviewed for a baker position at store 2498.
I completed training videos and showed up for orientation.
I was provided a schedule with 1 days notice and politely asked if I could move the hours for a particular shift.
While waiting for orientation to start, the manager came and discussed it in front of everyone and we agreed that a few shifts super early per week would be good with some regular starts.
I messaged him to say I'm ok with that and I was only asking for one day due to a migraine prevention appointment.
He calls me into the office and says that because of the new information regarding the migraines, they we're going to continue.
Migraine could be seen as a disability bit even still, this is obvious discrimination on human rights codes grounds. Only let go after learning that?
I wasn't asking for permanent accommodation. I assured him I can do this job or any job but his reasons were clearly because of the condition which I did not need accommodation for.
Desired outcome: Continue with employment regardless of disability
