Taco Bell review: Undercooked food

This is the second time I've received food like this at the exact same location. This is not cooked food. How does this pass as acceptable to give to customers? The cheese is raw right down to the center, mildly warmed. My chicken club chalupa was also missing bacon which is why I paid the extra money in the first place. The crew here is just plain lazy. I've worked in food service myself and this is sub par customer service at best. I will strongly consider going to another chain instead as this is the closest location to myself. Absolutely terrible that I paid for this.
