Taco Bell review: Service, food & drink, drive thru wait time.

Visited the Middletown, Delaware Taco Bell [drive thru only open]. Time of arrival: 2:15pm. Time we were finally able to leave the drive thru: 2:53pm. Yes, a 48 minute wait. Unacceptable. Drive thru attendant explained they had only 2 people working. Manager not on premises.

NO ICE AVAILABLE FOR DRINKS. Ordered 2 chicken quesades. One had no sauce, only cheese & chicken. Other one had large wedge section of sandwich without anything inside. Wanted a chicken quesarito, they didn't have any.

Tried to obtain contact info on Taco Bell website. Page said it's under repair, no contact info available.

Also on their website, I tried to find the contact info on the Middletown, Delaware location. The Taco Bell website said there was no Middletown, Delaware location. It also said there were NO Delaware locations as well!

Tried the website again later that night, it was even worse, saying they have too many people accessing the site, and I should try later!

Gee, is there any reasons left, to suggest I should visit a Taco Bell again?
