Taco Bell review: Nacho cheese

I came thru the drive thru in Watervliet yesterday evening and ordered food for my mother, my son and myself. I myself had a burrito w nacho cheese and my mom had the gordita box and there were black peices of something in our nacho cheese that ruined our food. I am glad my four ye old son could eat his food but would like compensation for the rest and maybe find out why any emploee would put that on an order and consider it acceptable.
