Asked for $10 gift card, employee stated she doesn't know how to do it. Asked if someone else could help and she got a girl to show her how to sell a gift card. I was given a "happy birthday" gift card with no sleeve envelope. I explained it wasn't someone's birthday and your employee Julianna F. and she said she didn't know how to exchange it. So I had to drive 15 minutes out of my way to Taco Bell in Amityville where they spoke English and sold me the correct gift card with a sleeve envelope. Now I'm stuck with a birthday gift card I didn't want or need due to your workers incompetence and laziness.

Desired outcome: refund me $10 for time wasted driving 30 minutes round trip to Amityville, and for giving me the wrong gift card with no sleeve.
