of Baltimore, LLC for your help. I would recommend them to anyone who needs water damage restoration. They were professional and efficient. The price was reasonable and they were able to work with my insurance company. I was impressed with their communication throughout the process. They kept me informed every step of the way. Overall, I had a great experience with AWD and would use them again if needed.

Every worker I met was super nice and knew what they were doing. They called me when they were coming, came when they said they would, and got to work right away. They even asked if it was okay to use a certain cleaner because they cared about my pets. Before they left, they made sure to check if it was okay to leave the gate open. I'm really happy with their work!

I had a water leak in Feb 2021 and the plumber told me to call American Water Damage of Baltimore. I used my insurance to pay for the repairs in my kitchen, basement bathroom, and part of the basement. The project manager said they don't clean up construction sites, but my insurance bill had a charge for it. There's dust everywhere because they didn't wrap the part of the basement they were working in. They got paid $292.59 from the insurance and now they won't respond to my calls about closing the wall on the opposite side of the basement.

This company came out to fix water damage in December and it was a big job. They had to gut my master bathroom and it took a long time to get started on the reconstruction. Finally, in March they started working on it, but it's still not done. They've had to redo their work three times with two different teams. Even the work they did in my living room to fix the ceiling was bad. You can see where they patched it up. They put in broken tiles, used black silicone where it shouldn't be, and the grout is dirty. The niche they made isn't level and it's leaning. They even cut my shower frame too short and tried to glue it back together. After all this, I asked for a refund so I could hire a better company. But they said no and offered to give me a discount or send the same crew back for a fourth time. Neither option is fair and I feel like they're taking advantage of me.

AWD's dehumidifier was leakin' liquid and caused more water damage to my floors. They didn't take out all the damaged stuff from my crib like they said they would. On Jan 10, 2020, AWD came to my place to clean up water damage from a busted pipe in my basement. Two AWD dudes put a bunch of machines and cleanup gear in my basement. One of them said they'd come back the next day to check on the gear and take out all the messed up stuff. But nobody from AWD came back the next day to check on the gear. And they didn't take out all the messed up stuff like they said they would. On Jan 12, 2020, AWD dude Brandon came to my crib to finally check on the gear. But we saw that one of the machines was leakin'. Brandon said it was a dehumidifier. Even though he knew it was leakin', he moved it around my crib and messed up my floors and stuff. I texted Tina from AWD on Jan 13th, 2020, but she didn't hit me back for more than a week. I had to clean up the mess myself 'cause I couldn't wait for AWD to do it. After a bunch of phone calls and emails, AWD finally hit me up on February 7th. My insurance company said AWD charged too much. Me and my hubby found a leak in our house on August 4th and we called home serve. They sent American Water Damage to fix it. I talked to Traci N and she told me they would do a clean pack out and cleanup. She said they would try to clean our damaged furniture and take pics of it if they couldn't. But later I found out that our clothes and electronics would be given to another company called First Team. They did a good job but some of our electronics were missing when they came back. We found out that AWD had kept them in their storage facility. First Team asked if they could pick them up from there but AWD said no. They had messed up our house and didn't do a good job. They didn't even give us all the damage pics so we can't get reimbursed from insurance. I asked Marty for the pics but he never gave them to me. I have proof.
