Taco Bell review: I just drove through the Taco Bell on Big Bend Blvd. St.Louis, Mo 63143....

I asked the person in the drive through for a #5 with no sour cream, I received a broken, soggy taco with about 1/4 of sour cream ALL over it like a toddler had made the taco, the Nachos also had sour cream in the middle also, a 1/4 cup and more to the right side that had clearly been scooped away, but left a layer of sour cream on most of the chips, it had about 2 tablespoons of beef off to the side and the rest had refried beans that were crusty throughout. This is the second time this has happened at this location (which is about 6 miles from my house), I did not go back to complain as I'm home for the night and it's freezing cold outside, so I'm not going to bundle up to go complain. Instead I will talk to them tomorrow, but if they don't refund my purchase I'll never go back. The one closer to my house is much better service, and putting the order together with fresh beans. I worked for Taco Bell in high school and never would have sent anything out to a customer like this.
