I purchased one pinto & cheese, 1 taco, and 1 package of cinnamon twists.

When I received my order, there were napkins, a spoon, nor my cinnamon twists were in the bag. Also, when I began eating my pintos and cheese, the beans were gritty and half done.

I tried calling the store, but no one answered the phone. This was a bad experience, and I wanted someone to know the type of service your employees are giving.

Desired outcome: I would like the meal I ordered, along with napkins and my entire meal.
