Taco Bell review: Customer service

I pulled up to the drive through and there are (8) cars in front of me and no one at the window so I wait for over 20 mins, people were pulling out of line and driving off! But I waited when I got to the speaker to order I asked for One chicken Chalupa supreme, and order of nachos which she replied chips and dip and I said no nacho’s chips with cheese on them. She said a platter and when I asked what that was she told me to pull up never did she ask me to check my screen

And she did not want to help me, I never eat at Taco Bell, this order was for my grandkids. So I

Not Familiar with the menu and she told me just drive up so when I get to the window I asked did she get the platter no chips and dip! And she said didn’t you read your screen? Which I didn’t I was so confused so as she was scolding me that I did not look at the screen for the 4th time I told her to just to add the platter and she said your order is already didn’t you listen to me and can’t you hear me why don’t you understand, so I asked can’t you just add a platter I would also pay for the chips and dip and she once again she said no your order is ready And I should have read my screen! She made me so angry I ask are you going to do it or not and she refused to serve me and I lost it I had now been Waiting for over 30 mins I did call her a [censored]ing [censored] after she threw my card back at me and told me to leave I should have not reacted the way I did, which was wrong!

If this is the kind of people you have working with a bad attitude especially here at Christmas when everyone is stressed, you need to rethink her employment

I have five grandchildren we go through fast food at least six times a week and I never had anybody treat me with such disrespect and scolding me as this girl did!

I asked her name and she said get out of here

I will never go to this Taco Bell at 47th and South Peoria, Tulsa, OK again!

I told her I was going to report her and she laughed at me and said go ahead nothing will happen
