Closed pick up window despite saying it was till 10pm
Drive through didn't have any meat and offered steak. No other options. This was after placing my order 10 minutes earlier. App said food was ready and it wasn't
The staff needs to be either fired or handled.
Waste of my time and I want my money and gift cards for the incredible incompetent staff and horrible attitude and service and was not helpful or apologetic

People who want others fired are disgusting. There is no way that you are entitled to gift cards and money. You had no issues eating the food. This means that you should have no issues paying for the food. If they get fired they would be jobless like you where they would have to beg for free meals. Just because you can't afford to eat out and are too ashamed to get assistance or too lazy to cook for yourself does not mean they should refund your money and give you a gift card. Why not get a job so that you can afford to pay for the meal . If you get a job like them you will hopefully get customers like yourself and learn to teach others with respect. If you do have a job. I hope that someone complains about you and demands that you get fired . Since you are basically begging for a free meal and gift card I doubt that you have a job. If you fluid you wouldn't have to beg for free good
