I was rudely informed at the pampa tx subway that they do not honor your coupons in that store... I am baffled as to why when they alwauys did in the past ... these coupons have YOUR name on them just like the store front and came in our local mail... this constitutes fraud and false advertising and is dishonest the the core is this what "Subway" stands for? This is a small town and we will do everything we can to drive this business out of our community.

On 6/30/2023 Host code ID# 252SQ75JKSNLHK42 I have been trying to send a copy of my replacement duplicate receipt to you. But all I am getting is a auto email. I have sent several emails and still only auto email. I went to subway Van Buren 2925 Alma Hwy and purchase a BMT 12" I eat it at the restraint and the white bread was very hard knowing that it was thay was going to make another one but had no white bread done yet. I live out of town and so thay wrote on my receipt REPLACE 12" BMT DO NOT CHARGE ROBERT. I was happy customer for that. I was in Van Buren 7/11/2023 and tried to get my BMT the manager was very rude and hateful. She had to call someone and then told me that thay could not replace it because it was over 3 day's. I explained thay I live out of town and she would not listen to anything I had to say. I am very unhappy and will not to go there again but will go to another subway. I was even going to purchase some cookies but u instead just left. I would still like my BMT sub replaced.

Employee " I was going to call but was BUSY" store was empty of custormers All items for "hot" subs missing from line. since bacon & steak were 3 of my 4 subs i canceled order. paid online earlier employee " i do not no how to cancel and credit order" employee thinks they did it correctly CAN you please confirm above order was credit/void? Bait and switch advertising tactics
Every few months We receive Subway coupons in the direct marketing packet.
Friends, Neighbors and work associates confirm the same.
There is NOT ONE Subway Restaurant in the Buffalo, NY Market area that excepts these coupons. When you get there they either have a sign at the order counter or some will tell you, "That due to high costs of goods, we do not except national coupons at this location". Then they proceed to steer you to the old menu items. Thus, "THE BAIT & SWITCH" ? After driving different days to different locations with multiple orders from family and/or Friends, We are forced to either change our plans and get food from some place else, or deal with the fact that we were conned into the lie in your advertising. ( we opt to get our food from other restaurants. This has also stopped many of us from going to your restaurants without coupons, due to the fact you now have a reputation of having deceptive advertising. You have forced us to go to the competitors. Where we are respected. Numerous others have said they have sent this same complaint on line with no response. So my assumption is you are aware of this and don't care or this confirms your marketing plan of deception is working.
Desired outcome: Stop advertising what you don't offer and Stop the Bait & Switch tactics

I ordered from the subway that’s located in the Walmart located off of Highway 1187 in Burleson Texas. I ordered it on the SUBWAY® website and DoorDash delivered it. When the driver handed it to me I noticed it was very late. We both inspected it and I took photos. All the veggies I requested but no cheese and no meat. $22 for a plain veggie sandwich. Either the person making the sandwich was trying to make a joke or they don’t seem to know what they’re doing. Tried calling no answer on the phone.

I'm still waiting for my refund of $21.16 for my order B751FBBD-ED that was unfulfilled on May 6, 2023. I was really disappointed when I found out that the Tyrone store ((zip ***) had no tuna, no provolone, no tomato, and no onion. I was really looking forward to my sandwich, but unfortunately, it wasn't possible. I received a call from the store, but they didn't leave a voice message or a returnable phone number. I tried to reach out to the store, but I was unable to get through to them.
It's now June 9, and I still haven't heard anything from Subway to resolve this issue. I'm really frustrated with the lack of communication and the delay in getting my refund. I'm disabled, and I'm unable to go to the store in person to resolve this issue. It's really inconvenient for me, and I'm really disappointed with the service I received.
I would appreciate it if Subway could refund my money as soon as possible. A paper check or a gift card would be nice, or at least a call or an email that I can reply to a real person would be nice. I don't blame the store employees for this issue; it's corporate's fault. There's no communication available to an actual thinking person, and it's really frustrating.
Overall, I'm really disappointed with my experience at Subway, and I don't think I'll be coming back anytime soon. The lack of communication and the delay in getting my refund is ridiculous, and I hope that Subway can resolve this issue soon.
Unprofessional and Rude Staff at Canning Vale Subway - A Disappointing Experience
I recently visited the Subway located in Canning Vale, right next to the Livingston shopping center, with my family and children. We were all excited to grab some delicious sandwiches and enjoy a nice meal together. However, our experience turned out to be quite unpleasant.
As we were waiting in line to be served, one of the staff members started to prepare my sandwich. However, halfway through, she suddenly decided to leave my sandwich and serve the person behind me instead. I patiently waited for my turn, hoping that she would come back to finish my order. But after a while, I decided to ask the girl who was serving me if she was going to continue with my sandwich. That's when things took a turn for the worse.
The other staff member who had left my sandwich earlier suddenly went off at me, telling me to be patient. I tried to explain that I had already been waiting for a while, but she didn't seem to care. She even told me to leave and used some inappropriate language that I won't repeat here. I was shocked and embarrassed, especially since I had my young kids with me who were very disturbed by what had happened.
Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the service at this Subway location. The staff members were rude and unprofessional, and their behavior was completely unacceptable. I will never go back to this place again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else either. If you're looking for a good sandwich, I suggest you try another Subway location or a different restaurant altogether.
Disappointing Experience at Subway in Forest City, NC: Lack of Meat and Rude Owner
Went to Subway in Forest City, NC and ordered a 12" Roast Beef with bacon. The person who made my sandwich only put 3 thin slices of meat on it. I was not happy with how little meat was on my sandwich, so I complained to the owner. The owner was very rude and said that if I wanted more meat, I would have to pay an extra $4.00. He then put one more thin slice of meat on my sandwich. It was very disappointing because I remember when Subway used to make sandwiches that looked as good as the ones in the TV ads. I have had similar experiences at Subway in NJ. Now, I just make my own sandwiches at home because it's cheaper and I can put as much meat on it as I want. If anyone from Subway is reading this, please wake up and have a conversation with the owners who use the Subway name before it's too late.
Terrible Menulog Delivery Experience at Subway North Geelong - Smelly Bag and Extra Charges!
I recently ordered some food from Subway on Melbourne Rd North Geelong on 8/11/2021. The food was alright, nothing too special. However, I did add a note for the Menulog delivery driver to ring the door bell when they arrived so I knew my food had arrived and for them to lock the front gate behind them.
When the driver arrived, I opened the door to pick up my food off the ground. I thanked the driver and they asked me for more money for ringing the door bell and reclosing the gate! I couldn't believe it. They wanted $3 extra for ringing the door bell three times and $2 extra for closing the gate behind them! I was shocked and felt like I was being taken advantage of.
To make matters worse, the bag my sandwich was in smelled like filthy body odour! It was disgusting and made me lose my appetite. I couldn't believe that Menulog delivery drivers could be so careless and unprofessional. It was clear that Subway didn't care about the delivery process and the quality of their food.
This wasn't the first time I had issues with this Subway location. The last time I ordered from them, my sandwich took two hours to get to me! It was the worst Subway experience I've ever had in Geelong. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.
Terrible Customer Service at Subway in Anderson, S.C. - A Shocking Experience
I recently visited the Subway location in Anderson, S.C. off of 28 by pass and I have to say, the customer service was absolutely terrible. As someone who works in the restaurant industry myself, I was shocked by the behavior of the so-called manager.
I had placed an order at the drive-thru and was asked to wait a moment, which was no problem. However, as I waited for over 7 minutes, I could hear the DT cashier helping one customer after another. So, I decided to walk inside with my daughter still waiting in the car.
As I entered the store, I noticed two employees just standing around and asked who the manager was. One of the girls quickly snapped at me, saying that she was the manager. I explained the situation and asked if she could help the DT cashier, as we had been waiting for quite some time and I had watched four other people come inside after I was asked to wait.
To my surprise, the manager responded with a rude and disrespectful tone, saying that I hadn't been waiting and that she couldn't help. She then told me to have a good day and walked away. I was shocked and appalled by her behavior.
As a result of this experience, I will never go back to that Subway location and I would not recommend it to anyone I know. It's a shame that such poor customer service can ruin an entire experience.
Rude Subway Staff at Grove Park Lakeland, FL Store - Review
I recently placed an online order at the Grove Park Lakeland, FL Subway store. The website said that my order would be ready for pick up at 1:55, so I thought I had some time to run an errand before heading over to the store. I usually end up waiting for my food anyway, so I didn't think it would be a big deal. However, I ended up arriving at the store at 3:00, which was later than I had planned.
When my 12-year-old went inside to pick up the food, the woman at the counter spoke to him in a very rude tone. She said, "You're 2 hours late. Don't come back in here complaining that your food is cold." Then, another woman in the back of the store shouted loudly, "WHY YOU LATE?!"
First of all, we were not two hours late. Three of the subs we ordered were BMTs, which are supposed to be cold. The fourth sub was a meatball sub, which I always have to heat up in the microwave at home anyway, even though I live less than a mile from this Subway. Secondly, I don't know how that woman speaks to her own children, but she had no right to speak to mine in that manner. If she had a problem with our order being late, she should have addressed it with me, not my child. As for the other woman who shouted at us, it was none of her business why we were late.
Despite the poor customer service we received, the food itself was fine. However, the 60 seconds of interaction we had with the staff left a bad taste in our mouths. It's a shame that such a small interaction can ruin an otherwise decent experience.
Disappointing Experience at Subway: Rude Employees and Coupon Issues
I went to Subway on July 30th, which is located across from Walmart on Carlisle NE. I was so excited to try their new menu and decided to use the app to order with a coupon "buy 2 get 1 free". However, when I arrived to pick up my order, I was disappointed to find out that only 2 subs were in my order. I asked the employee about the coupon that was sent via the app, but they told me that the coupon was not applied and there was nothing they could do about it. The employee, Jeremiah, was very aggressive and rude. He repeatedly stated that they were not going to do anything to rectify the situation. I asked them to call the manager, whose name is "Queen". Jeremiah said, "I can't wait until "Queen is going to OWN you". He was laughing and acting like a bully.
After speaking to the manager, she said there was nothing they could do. I asked for another sandwich, a refund, or something, but I only got rude push back. I even contacted Subway with my complaints, but nothing was done. I didn't take the two sandwiches that were prepared because that was not my order.
I would not recommend going to this Subway or using their app unless you want to be ripped off, abused, and mistreated. The employees are very rude and unprofessional. It was a terrible experience, and I will not be going back.
Disappointing Experience at Subway: Unprofessional Staff and Dirty Restaurant in Roanoke, VA
I recently visited Subway on their website (subway.com) and I must say, I was quite disappointed with my experience. The sandwich I ordered, the Manijor, was not very good at all. I even witnessed the employee making careless mistakes while preparing my sandwich. The restaurant itself was also quite dirty and unkempt.
To make matters worse, the employee who served me had a three-year-old child with her and is apparently married to a convicted child molester. She didn't seem to care about what he did to a five-year-old child and was only concerned about getting money for gas for her truck. She also fired random people without any valid reason and complained about her staff members, such as Jenny and her brother Robert. She even talked badly about her kids' father's wife, who works with her and is high-risk pregnant.
Furthermore, she bad-mouthed her boss, Charlotte, to me, a complete stranger. As a manager, it is not professional to talk about your problems and staff to customers. Her behavior was very immature and unprofessional. Her job is to make subs, not complain about her life and staff to customers.
I would rather take my chances going to another franchise of restaurants than to go somewhere that was so unprofessional. I will never understand why people do things like this at their job. This employee deserves to be fired, and Subway needs a whole new staff before I even think about coming back. I wouldn't recommend this Subway location at Ridgeway on Electric Road in Roanoke, VA, close to Lewis Gale Hospital, to any of my friends or colleagues. It was the worst experience ever.
