I ordered via subway app sometime between 5:15 and 5:40. I was late to pick up my order( I had been in the past,and never had any problems before), It was on July29,2023;which is a Saturday; so, they close at 8:00 p.m. I got there at 15 till 8 only to find the doors locked knocked on door was told by employee the were closed and so, I asked about my order and she said they threw it in the trash! They never even bothered to text,email,nor call me to let me know they were throwing my order in the trash,but they kept my $29.98 and refused to give me a refund. I want my refund,because I am not paying subway for throwing my order in the trash. I have since contacted my debit card holders and started a dispute,and The B.B.B. My next option is a lawyer.
Desired outcome: Refund my $29.88 or go to court

I did an online order today. I got there about 10-15 min early. There was a young girl waiting on another female in a bathing suit who she claimed was a manager. Because my food ready time was 6:00 the young girl refused to let the guy working make my food and instead he was to get everybody who came in after me. When a couple that arrived after me refused to give their order until mine was made (I explained to them why they were to go ahead because they won’t make my food) the girl working started screaming at both of us. I told her I’ll call someone about this. She told me I can call up there and speak to her manager. So I said oh the girl in the bathing suit you didn’t charge for her food? She said she was a manager so she didn’t have to pay. I understand my food not being ready but I don’t understand why I’m standing there and she’s making everybody who walked in after me food. Screaming at customers is definitely uncalled for! The couple she screamed at said they won’t be back. Plus there were blankets and pillows on the tables like someone had been sleeping there. This is a major health code violation. I probably she contact the Health Department about who to report that to.
Desired outcome: The girl needs a major reprimanding. I think the manager needs retraining too. Do you really want your managers in swim suits at work getting free food? Definitely get rid of the pillows and blankets.
100% of Subway restaurants are independently owned so the manager is the owner. When you own your own business you set your own hours, you wear what you want, make your own rules, and you obviously don't pay for your own food because you already own it.

If you were willing to eat a subway sandwich made 2 hours ago you got bigger problems. I imagine health codes would require they throw it away if not picked up within 2 hours. That meatball sub would already be forming botulism and your cold cut would be worse.
