To Whom It May Concern:
This is now the 2nd time I've had an issue with Subway, Store #10432-0. Today, July 17 at 5:43 p.m. I was refused the $2.00 rewards which does not expire until September. This is now the 2nd time this has happened. I was told by the manager: "No rewards. Zero rewards." In addition to this, the manager and employees do not have a very good command of the English language. I had to repeat each item in my order several times. Plus I was charged for a wrong sandwich. I ordered a footlong blt and when I returned home I discovered I was charged for the wrong sub, a footlong veggie delite along with an additional charge for bacon. And much to my dismay, there was a black hair in the wrapper of my sandwich. Also, I purchased 3 footlong subs and there was hardly any cold cuts and vegetables on any of the subs and only one of the subs was cut in half. I am very unhappy with everything that took place today.
Desired outcome: i would appreciate a full refund of my entire order which came to the amount ol $32.29.
