State Farm Agent Dave Wrona repeatedly deflected responsibility and misrepresented our interactions. When I reported damage from an unsafe tow arranged through State Farm’s partner Agero, Dave told me it was “not his problem” and pushed me to file a claim with Agero — despite knowing the process. They later accused me of refusing to cooperate, when in fact I asked for help multiple times and was denied each time. They claimed I demanded Agero pay for an inspection, but I never did — I asked for help. Dave Wrona also insisted I was unprofessional, while raising his own voice during calls and refusing to provide a written account. When I offered him a chance to clarify his side, he refused, saying “I have nothing to explain nor defend.” This is the kind of agent support I received while trying to resolve a potentially illegal tow and mechanical damage. Months later, no inspection was ever done, no liability was determined, and State Farm continues to misrepresent the facts.
