I went to the sonic drive through in Grants pass oregon last night for dinner. I ordered 3 foot longs and cheese bites. We pay and get to the window to get are food. The lady at the window was extremely rude and pushy to get us out of line. We left and then realized they forgot are cheesy bites. We went back in the line and were told we had to pay again. We clearly had the reciept and just went through the line. We showed them we have not touched the food yet. We were still told to to pay. Why should we pay for an item we did not receive that we paid for? I'm livid and want reimburse. The lady refused and told us to leave. I am so dissapinted sonic would hire such incompetent ### that steal customers money.
carhop mistakes pathetic.
I went to the sonic of Valley here in Las Cruces, NM yesterday [protected]. I ordered 6 mozerella sticks and a soda. Now, I get sonic every other day, I either get a soda, for me, a tea or one for each of the people in my car. I also buy wings once a week or so. I am a loyal customer. What I am complaining about today is too different things that are kinda common sense and I have already talked to managers about one of them and it is still happening. So, I bring this to you yet again. The first one is change. When you give a car-hop money you expect you change, why do they feel the need to keep it? (This one I have talked to a few managers and even car hops about) but they tend to see the need to just keep it. I understand they may be underpaid but for one they picked the job, and two it's not right to "steal" From customers. The sad part is sometimes it's only a few cents. That's not the problem the problem is the idea behind it. A few cents later on could lead to more.
The next issue is small but concerning. The lady dropped the straw on the ground (Where there has been cars, and who knows what else maybe dog poop? She had the nerve to ask if we wanted that one or to get another one? Why would someone in their right mind want to use that straw?
Some of these car-hops really concern me and the mangers that are not watching them.
Please from a loyal customer get this addressed. I will still go there this will not stop me from getting my tea's because it's something I really enjoy but I am having to go higher to corporate because these people here do not seem to care and maybe nobody else has the time or patience to talk about it but I do. I've worked in fast food and I understand how important little stuff is and being a team leader myself I would have written her up over the straw, and the change issue they would have been fired.

One three separate occasions we were shorted in change and received inferior product. The same employee each and every time, all after 8pm. Shakes were not made to order, this last time making both of us ill. This employee short changed us the first time by three dollars on a twenty. It was not caught until we got home, so we took no action. The second time the employee was confronted after leaving the vehicle, and we called him back. The money was returned. The third time he was asked to wait before leaving so we could count the change. Again 2 dollars short, only one was returned and as he struggled to count out change, we told him to forget it. We also told him our Shakes were made incorrectly. He acted as though we were speaking a foreign language and walked off, never to return. We drank the Shakes which were not even well mixed, and 30 mins later felt nauseated, and had diarrhea. This employee wore no identification. Very tall, blond male working after 8pm. After complaining to several friends about our experience..we live in a resort for retirees...we found several people who had very similar experiences with this same employee and one other. Their complaints have been ignored. We have decided to stop allowing this abuse of senior customers by going public. Let this be your notice, there has been a boycott called for, and a group who are going to start keeping the details of each bad transaction, and filing BBB complaints as well as posting on consumer complaint forums until this situation receives the attention it deserves.

My daughter and I ordered a master blast and a Coke Zero 15 MINUTES AGO. There are only 3 other customers at this location it seems absurd to wait this long and pay $6.97 for two drinks. This is not a rush at this location. We are at stall number two currently waiting. Ridiculous. We would probably choose another option for a treat for our family. Disappointed, wish this was the same sonic service that it used to be. Got our drinks at 7:09 placed order at 6:48 wow!

Absolutely obnoxious employee at drive thru window. Ordered item from menu. Employee tried to overcharge me. She argued with me about the price when it was clearly posted on the menu. She really doesn't seem to be able to control her temper/ bad attitude. A supervisor told her that I was correct and she fixed it. This employee will run costumers off by treating this with such contempt.

Ordered a kids cb with ketchup only. I always check it bc most of the time its not right. It wasnt so i let her know. She said she would be right back with a fresh one. I waited 25 mins and called in to see why it wasnt ready. They apologized and said it would be 2 mins. The car hop said she had it by herself. Looks like they need more people. They place was covered up and her trying to take care of everyone sounds like is why it got missed. By time I got the cb all our food was cold. But I didn't complain I just left with the cold food😶

I just left our Sonic in Gunter, TX, without buying anything due to the rude behavior of the staff! I asked if they still had the custard concretes (because the menus are gone from some of the menu boxes, and the credit card readers are never, ever working). The teenager answered "No, so do you want to order anything or not? I'm busy!" So I left. Several of the menus / kiosks are covered in bird fecal matter, and the staff is really rude. Too bad, because the Sonic in the next town over is GREAT! Guess I'll just go there from now on.

Ordered 2 supersonic cheeseburgers with 2 large onion rings and 2 strawberry limeade we only live 12 blocks away once home unwrapped a old and cold regular cheeseburgers. OK we will take 2 large drinks Oh sorry were out of large lids so we gave you dome lids I hope that's ok like we had a choice we already paid . It's very hard to travel and take a drink out of a dome lid that pops off and makes a mess everywhere. Won't be going back to this sonic when other options in the area. Went to sonic on Atlanta hwy flowery branch ga March 24 2017 parked in stall placed order 3 drinks and 2 bags of ice was support to be buy 1 get 1 free . Sit there for a hour and 5 min when employee came out and said did you order the ice said yes and what's taking so long she said she just got there. She went back in sit there another 16 min when she brought it out she was apologizing and then she said she had been there all day And they were short of help. And on top of that my receipt showed they only knocked off 1 dollar on the ice. This is not the first bad experience with this sonic but it will be my last.
My husband & I just waited 30 minutes at Milton Florida Sonic for 2 milkshakes and never did receive them. I am very upset. I know it was busy, but for them to not even let us know on the speaker was very rude. There was a white van in there that seemed to get preferential treatment, as the red head car hop was at their van at least 4 times in the 30 minutes we waited.

3/24/17 sonic drive in of eldorado ks store #1987 i ordered a number 10 add cheese and large size what i got was a number 10 med size and no cheese the bun was hard and the chicken was rubber like it had been kept in drawer all morning this is not the quality of food i would serve to a rat when i called the store no one answered i have not been to a sonic in 10 years and dont ever plan on visiting one again so you can keep your refund i just will be telling everyone i know on social media and in person the sonic in eldorado ks is a crappy place to eat

I entered the Sonic on Walnut st at 3:00pm. I asked the lady slushes and drinks are 1/2 off correct she says yes. So I ordered the ice cream slush. I was told they are not half price even though they are a slush. I don't understand. Either the slushes are or are not half price. The sign said 1/2 price slushes between 2-4. If you want to eliminate a specific slush your advertising should state as such. But it doesn't so I believe you should honor the cream slush along with all others since it is not excluded. I spoke with the manager Todd he was very professional however I did not get the result I wanted which was half price on my drinks but he did at least hear me out.
shake vs. malt
Having ordered a malt at my local Sonic, I was surprised to find I had been delivered a shake.
I contacted the manager while still at the store and asked for the staff to make me a malt.
I always ask for "no Whip" on my malts and ask for the one cherry which is usually included with a malt.
When my malt arrived, I tasted it and it was not as good as the one's I usually get there but was a malt.
I then asked the manager to give me the charge ticket for the order. He had charged me for the malt! There was also a charge for "CANDY" he would not explain and a charge for 3 cherries when I had asked for just the one.
When I showed him what the ticket said and asked about the charges he just turned his back and walked away...wouldn't eve address my concerns.
I am so disappointed! OUr local Sonic was the only place in town to get a malt.

On 3-8-17, i went to sonic on 1484 n hampton, desoto tx 75115.
The cashier that took my order name is whitney, the rudest person ever. I placed my order threw drive threw, got to the window where she took my money, then came back to tell me happy hour was over. Then i gave her the only thing i had which was a $100 bill.
She started yelling that this store do not take no $100 bills, i told her she is not telling the truth because my company come to this location everyday. So she kept arguing with me. Not knowing if i was a secrect shopper or not. Then she refuse to give me my order and slam the window shut telling me bye. I waited right there until another person with some sense come, the manager by the name of monica was very nice she apologize for this and told me the cashier is new. I told her she should not allow someone like this to even run off any customers, then i spoke with the district mgr which he says thats not acceptable. That wasnt good enough for me. I went to Sonic to Get my Family Dinner because I received a raise. I pulled up and parked my truck to order. I pushed the button 4 times and no one took my order. I was allowed me to sit at the drive in Speaker for 20 minutes without out acknowledging me. When I went to the Drive up window the person would not take my order and had a attitude. On Monday February 27, 2017 I went to the sonic restaurant in Algonquin, I'll when I arrived the car hop came to my vehicle took my order I was at station #8 I ordered a #2 no mayonnaise or ketchup fresh hot fries and a cherry lime aid. When my order arrived I received a small box of fries that appeared to be several hours old and cold I asked the female car hop to please give me some fresh hot fries she took the old fries an proceeded to the restaurant a young male returned several minutes later with a small box of fries however it was like I ordered salt. The fries which I still have were so salty I got sick first bite.
believe this is a direct result of my asking for fresh hop fries which I asked for when I paced my order the boy had a smirk and a sense of arrogance when he gave me the box of salt with a few fries. I have had some problems with both sonic stores in my area but this is getting to be totally unacceptable and yes I understand these are young people my food is very important to me I do not want any unsanitary or malicious tampering with my food I am keeping the salty fries for you should you want them back. I received no receipt I paid $8.50 in cash for my order.

I visited the sonic drive in here In thomasville nc. Store number unknown. GM name is Paul Walls. I had ordered cheese tots for my daughter she loves them. She is 4 and it is hard to find things she likes. Well unlike every other time we were there they used shredded cheese instead of sliced and she tried them and wouldn't eat them. Then I ordered Mott sticks which we love with your ranch packet, well when we dipped the Mott sticks in ranch the ranch was spoiled tasted awful. Not to mention she charged me for ranch at the window I had asked for 2 packets with my 6 piece and she said it would be a quarter. I said OK run my card for the original amount and I will give you the quarter. Well she gave me my card and card receipt which was different then amount I was told. I gave her the quarter. When she finally gave me my uneditable food I had to ask for my receipt which h she was rude to give me and low and behold I had been charged for the ranch on there as well. I have been going to this sonic for awhile as I live 3 minutes from here, but after my last two experiences I will not be returning here. Last time I had bought $30.00 worth of food for my family of 4 after a long day of work, to wait 30 something minutes to get it and still have to go home and cook dinner, I was very mad. The food was cold and tasted old. Cheese tots had very little speck of cheese, burgers were cold...just the worst experience ever. But thinking they were having a bad night decided to try one more time to be let down again. They need to fix there food quality and friendliness at night.

Yes, i am very unhappy with Sonic. Farmington AR. My hubby and i stopped in there sat. at 1 p.m and ordered a number 2 double cheese burger meal and then one extra burger double and we got the meal but the extra burger was a single. we didn't check our food till we got down the road about 10 miles and we wasn't about to turn around...
