Playtika Completely rigged, flush central

I've been playing Poker Heat for six years. I managed to build my chip stack to $2 billion mostly from winning millions of free chips over the past month. I have lodt 1 billion playing ring of honor. Three cards the same suit call constantly on the flop. This never happens in real poker maybe one time out of 25 or 30 hands. Poker Heat has the site rig so you constantly get beat by bad beat so you lose your chips I want you to buy chips and that's what the site is all about. Nothing like real poker. Don't buy chips from these people.

Recommendation: Don't buy chips, ever.

Playtika Change game after purchase

After purchasing on Slotomania I was offered slottobucks which could be used to buy coins and gems. I discovered that gems were far more valuable than coins and starting using slotobicks to buy gems. Gems can further your progress more quickly than coins. Shortly after purchasing and receiving slotobucks, I went to purchase gems with slotobucks boy to realize that that option was no longer available. I notified Slotomania of the issue and they said they were working on it. They lied because they realized that they made a mistake and were tryin* to correct it. Bs game when the make changes like this and then lie about it.

Recommendation: Don’t buy

Playtika Blocked from Ceasars Slots since AM of 6-18-25

I have been a loyal customer of Ceasars slots for years and yesterday and today I have been blocked for no reason (that I have received). I have a balance exceeding 1,6 or 7Million coins. If you are going to cancel my account, I expect a refund (debit to my credit card account ending on 3399.
I, however prefer that you reinstate my account and compensate me accordingly for your mistreatment of my account going on 2 days.

Since June 18, 2025 I have been denied access to play at Ceasars Games.com I have over a 1,6 million in coins and if you are to block me for no reason at all, then you should reimburse my credit card. I would prefer that this blocking is corrected. But NO ONE seems to care, respond and/or act on my current situation and request,

Playtika Stolen credits

Over the last two weeks I have purchased 7,000 credits. I have been sitting and waiting for 22 in fire trunk. And over a week never seen it until yesterday. I was doing great getting bingos at least one every game until it showed up and then didn’t get even 5 daubs on that game. Not even just that the game has been kicking us out, lagging really bad, and freezing during games causing people to loose out on credits and then having to go another week before seeing the ungiftable they need to finish.. I am so tired of complaining to the worthless customer service and being credited a lousy 200 credits. The only time the game allows you to get ahead even just a little bit is if you down over $100 on their packages which are not fair. It should never cost that much for 6500 credits. That’s insane. And then customer service sends you some random message saying this is by chance which is a blatant lie. They use algorithms to pre determine your winnings. So they choose to let you win or not. Which is crap. No one should ever have to go days, weeks, or months waiting on one sticker to win a game that you don’t even win real money on. You have a better chance with slot machines than you do bingo blitz. Or go spend your money to play real bingo. thus game is not even American owned. It was bought by a Chinese consortium. This game needs to be investigated for fair game play as well as the price of the cards to what you win back in return if you down bingo. It’s completely insane to purchase cards for 150
To win 38 credits back. At least make the win what the cards are being purchased for. So I am asking for the reimbursement of the $99 I spent or the 7,000 credits I purchased and then got stolen by unfair game play.

Playtika Bet changed in error.

time: between 5:00 and 5:15 EST, playing a game King of the North, free from House of Fun, bet was approx $6,600,000, I had several free games to load, laid my phone aside to finish loading the free games, it had already loaded about $400,000,000.000, and had several more games to play. When I picked it up about 5 mins later, the bet had been changed to $4,800,000.000, my balance is now $18,593,011.921. I was dining out at a local restaurant, I don't know if they had a problem with their internet and it changed my bet amount. Can you track my account and see what happened?

Playtika Withdrawal transaction not processed

I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding a suspicious and seemingly fraudulent transaction process I encountered while attempting to withdraw PHP 5,000 from my account. Here is a detailed account of the events:

Initial Deposit Requirement:
To proceed with the withdrawal of PHP 5,000, I was instructed to deposit a certain amount. I complied, assuming it was part of the withdrawal process.

Withdrawal Fee Payment:
I was then informed that a 3% withdrawal fee was required. I paid PHP 500 as instructed.

Playtika Slotomania

Game has stolen coins from my balance for a total of 38 sextillion coins and will not replace or respond. I have print screens to show how they have cheated me in the last 5 days. I have contacted support agents 4 times a day between 12/22/2024-12/26/2024. This incident occurred on 12/22/2024 and it happened twice the second time was because they said it would be fixed. The only thing they have fixed is they keep raising prices on everyone for coin and gem purchases. The other members are complaining because coins & gem are being removed from their accounts without ever playing any of the slots on the day they have removed them. No one is getting their coins or gems back and no one is getting this issue resolved. There are numerous complaints on sloto supergroup on facebook and I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau trying to get what's owed to me returned.

Have tried to find a way to complain, but no answer back. Was a level 219 but no back to ameteurs. Amasing that that could happen. I have spendt a lot of money on this, so please Don't you do that. You are losning your chips and almost forced to buy more for a very high price compared to WSOP.

Playtika Multiple unrecognized charges with absolutely no acknowledgement of my complaints. It could be defined as robbery

I don't know where to start, I've been dealing with this for awhile. 9 charges, 2 google play gift cards that do not work. Over $600 that google has stole from my family and it's plain robbery. I have all receipts, cards, emails, screenshots. I'm filing a law suit and police report on Google. Nothing is being done to rectify the situation. I'm also filing with the BBB, and federal trade commission office of public trading. You will be hering from my lawyer. Just out of principal it's despicable.

To whom it concerns, I hope you csn offer some assistance i've been complaining about this game to innplay for probably a year asking for the game to be blocked or at least payments to be blocked, i've had no help at all, I see you actually own the game, the purchases on the game our getting out of hand, due to my disabilities people dove have access to. First of all, I hope you're doing well after your hospital stay. I can see how frustrating this situation must be for you, especially given your circumstances. It's really something, isn't it? People should be treated with the utmost care, especially when they're dealing with health challenges.

Now, regarding this game and the transactions, here's what you need to do. You need to make it clear to Playtika that this is unacceptable. Contact their support directly, make your case, and emphasize your situation. Be firm. You have to let them know that this isn't just about a game – it's about protecting your finances and your peace of mind.

And when it comes to those unauthorized transactions, insist on getting a refund. They need to understand that you're not asking for a favor; you're demanding what is rightfully yours. It's about standing up for yourself and making sure they know you mean business.

Hang in there and keep pushing until you get the resolution you deserve. You're strong, and you deserve to be heard and respected.

Playtika Losing my points

I have been playing Slotomania for several years. I worked my way up to 172.5+ trillion points. Several hours after playing today, I went on line again to play and there was something different about what it looked like and when it displayed my points, I was now down to 1 million points ( I had not played to have lost points ). It was as if I was a new player, starting with 1 million points. I have no idea what happened. I have also spent money to accumulate some of these points, therefore I want my points back! Are you able to figure out what happened?

Playtika Gop3 facebook community

Good Day,

Though this email may seem trivial - even petty - to some recipients, it is certainly not trivial or petty to those of us caught in the middle of events taking place on the Governor of Poker 3 Community Facebook Page. (1) Governor of Poker 3 - Community | Facebook It is also my hope that this email does not fall on deaf ears and is forwarded to the correct person(s) who can address my concerns, as well as the many who are being punished for voicing our concerns.

On February 27th, Marten GOP made a group announcement that Brito JBrito was appointed as the very first Governor of Poker 3 Community Moderator volunteer. I do not know who made this decision, but it has been a nightmare since her appointment. Brito has many of the major group contributors blocked - including me - out of nothing short of jealousy. Knowing we cannot see her posts, she will make random posts degrading those of us she has blocked. An example is below

The above is just one of many, that have been shared with me. Brito is a known illegal chip buyer and suspected chip seller. Though we have never been able to prove that she does indeed sell them. Since her appointment as volunteer moderator, there have been numerous posts allowed to go through to the group from individuals selling chips, whilst those of us who are contributing pertinent information regarding GOP3 have our posts deleted or removed. She has suspended several individuals for no viable reason. She has placed warnings on our profiles, reported us to Facebook - so many childish, unprofessional, biased and bigoted actions on both hers and GOP Marten's behalf.

I've taken the time recently to review Playtika's Infraction Terms. Playtika - Infraction Terms Brito has violated the following: Behavior/Language; Harassment; Annoying; Racism/Hate Mongering; Trading; Ad Promoting; Promotion of Scam Activities. Below you will find examples of her violations:

Having shared all of this... and there are many, many more if requested... it is my hope that Playtika steps up and regains control of what once was an informative and resourceful group, allowing those of us who captain teams the ability to share with our Teams (when a moderator/admin has you blocked you cannot view/see important information). As representatives of Playtika, your current moderators and/or administrators are not the true reflections of Playtika's standards. I highly, highly recommend they - especially Brito be removed and replaced or be given strict guidelines that must be adhered to. Having a Playtika employee join in the moderation of the group would be ideal. I would also recommend placing an unbiased group member as a moderator, such as Frank Lubuda or Cheyenne Blue.

Playtika Billing

2 days ago, I attempted to purchase chips in the WSOP app. I received an error message saying that the purchased failed, but if I was charged for it, I should contact customer support. I attempted another purchase, which was successful.

The following day, I received 2 emails from Apple. These were receipts for TWO purchases. I immediately sent the issue to support. They replied asking for proof of the 2 purchases, after which I sent them copies of both receipts from Apple. The next reply said that they could find no record of the purchases and that my request for a refund was denied. Oh, and of course both have shown up in my online credit card account. There’s no doubt that I’ll be charged for something I did not receive, even though it was clearly the failure of their (in one or more areas) that has caused the issue.

This, in my opinion, is just blatant dishonesty on Playtika’s part. They asked for and received proof of the purchases and are simply ignoring the evidence. So pitiful that a company of this size needs to stoop to ripping off its customers.

Playtika Purchase of WSOP season pass

I was contemplating purchasing a WSOP season pass. Before I decided to purchase I firstly contacted WSOP/ Playtika support( WSC 500 603 75) to clarify issues concerning 10% followers bonus as i was close to ending the season and collect 66billion chips with the added 10% followers I needed.

In supports reply I was given misleading information which I accepted as true.

As a result I purchased the season pass. Received o% followers.

Querying this I received a reply " We understand that it can be confusing and we are here to clarify how it works " with a detailed explanation/ breakdown of how the 10% followers is calculated and that I basically don't qualify.

This should have been relayed to me in the first reply, otherwise I would not have made the purchase had I known this was the case otherwise. To put it bluntly I was misled with the initial response for a paltry $4.99 ).

Very disappointed playtika does business like this in good faith.

I had over 8 million coins when I logged out. The next time I logged in they were all gone except for 1 million coins. The little bit of money I have was bought for those coins. That's not right. Yes I am pissed. I would appreciate my coins back. Thank you. I spend at least 16 dollars a month. Does not seem much to you but I am on Social security and this is the only enjoyment I have.

Playtika Changed my game to a very old account

I was playing on my account trying to finish my cards and my rooms. I spent alot of money on them. I clicked on this pop up that said I would get an extra bonus. It took me to a different account that had nothing on it. I have begged them to help. The cards are over in 5 days. I am very mad. I have more.

Claimed loss: Over 150.00

Desired outcome: Money back or problem fixed with the rest of my cards I cannot earn.

Playtika Poker Heat

This game is a total scam. I have never had a more unpleasant experience playing a game. Throughout the last 2 months I have played every day trying to gain more chips. Throughout this time I have constantly lost to UN heard of hands. Ex. I have AA’s and on the river someone will get 3 of a kind. I have an ace high flush and someone will get a full house. I will have a full house and someone will get 4 of a kind. I have lost so much money that I just have to tell you how rigged and infuriating your game is. These events are not random. They happen whenever I’m a head. Today I lost 570 million in 2 hours. This has to stop. This is not a fair game. It is rigged for me to lose so I have to buy chips. Horrible horrible game!

Desired outcome: I would be satisfied with getting my chips back.

Playtika Recovering my slotomania game

Jan.6/ 2024 I contacted Slotomania Support ,Madison Moore stating when I click on Slotomania games a popup says 'my account is disabled'. My FB account was reinstated and verified with my passport on Jan. 10 2024.Today on Jan.25 2024 Slotomania representative Madison Moore advised me to get a new Slotomania account linked to my new FB account. I deleted my Sloto account then downloaded it again along with a new password. Clicking on Slotomania in FB only gives me the same popup ,my 'Sloto mania account is disabled' that I complained about a month ago.
