So im in the scratch trying my luck.. i only needed 1 more boost to pass the round 4 and get 2 supreme chests plus ingredients.. when i got it the bar filled but stuck there and never gave anything.. im left with no credits and believe me out of those chests and missing ingredients i was about to get around 3k coins..its really so unfair so i aint spending any kore money or even playing this app again

8-4-2019 @ 3:15 (mtn time) I was playing in Barcelona for item #5 When my pc froze up. I spent 360 credits and was barely into this game. Can you please refund me 360 credits? it said "Google not responding" . I think I was in room # 25158 (just so you know, I had a different situation already this week.) thank you

9/19/19-9/20/19: I am unable to load Bingo Blitz on both my iPad and computer. They ask me to connect to Facebook (which it’s never been disconnected from). When I do, it tells me the “link” is broken. I can’t submit a ticket because it tells you that you have to submit it within the game...which I can’t connect to! I’ve send messages to a dozen friends around the US and they aren’t having any trouble. ALSO, on my computer the game app has disappeared from my Facebook apps!
I’ve tried: clearing my cache and cookies. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Trying to get in via the BB game page. This is ludicrous. Over the past 11 years I’ve spent an embarrassing amount of money on this game (like, REALLY embarrassing). Now I can’t play, can’t continue my progress in the tournament, nothing. Please help! I have nowhere else to turn.

Need help restoring my Bingo Blitz account. I have tried downloading the game again and signed playtika login it brought a new account but still my 50 tokens and 5600 in coins but everything else is gone.
