I was just finished the second last vault and was on the last one and I had the key to open it and I never got my clan points like the dice cards coins an other stuff . I'm pissed I never got anything playing all week trying to get it done and puff I get nothing.i only need a few cards to finish my albums and I was suppose to get a 4 star ace card and a 5 star card could have been the cards I need to get coins and album done . I finished level 13 on the Jackpot Bonus and didn't receive my $101, 000, 000, 000 coins. I don't understand what's going on with all the games lately. I have not received coins playing other games; however, this is a large amount. I continued playing the Progressives to finish level 13 and and get the coins. Unlucky 13. There's been scores of problems with the games lately. Wasn't like this 6 months ago. Very discouraging!
jackpot level up reward
Hello 5 days ago I leveled up on the jackpot reward stage from 24 to 25. I won a chance to spin the jackpot wheel but a box appeared saying your spin will be saved it is under maintenance. When I logged back there was no spin and I leveled up without being rewarded. This reward is over 5 trillion in coins. I submitted my complaint with support. They confirmed I did not receive my reward and would escalate to the tech team. 4 days later and I am still waiting. I contact them everyday and everyday they say it will not be long and we have placed you on a high priority because I am VIP. What a load of rubbish. I have no issues with them investigating but seriously I do not understand why they are withholding what you offer as a reward. The integrity of this game is a joke. My account manager of course is travelling in Canada, obviously due to our spend. This is a disgusting way to treat your customers. Not good enough. Please fix this.
I leveled up from 24 to 25 on the jackpot bonus and it is now day 6 and no reward has been paid. I have contacted support and my AM every days and still no one can tell me why this has not paid awarded. This game lacks so much integrity, it is a joke. I am told it is under investigation with high priority. What a joke and disgrace. Fix this problem please.

Collected one of my daily bonuses' this am which included the lotto. Received my bonus and as usual the screen reverts to the sloto card bonus including the Ace, I then play the Ace, take the spin and receive an added bonus of a few to several million credits. This am after receiving my loto bonus the screen immediately reverted to a new game and left no way to return for my Ace bonus, I closed out and came back to the screen but no dice. My complaint is that I missed out on an Ace bonus which could have been several million Or just a few, no way to know but I know I was passed over for the Ace bonus. I have tried to contact jellybutton via the board king website and via the app. Which seams to not work.
I was at first place 15 minutes and 5 minutes before game was due to end when I tried to connect to the game after 18.00 hrs after finishing, the internet would not connect to the game although my desktop had no problems at the time.
I have had no notification of whether I lost or won, yet orhers I play with and their associates had notication by 18.05 hours that day.
I have spent a lot of money playing this game and would be disappointed to delete it feeling the game is unfair and rigged to let you loose after paying for coins.

This caesar's slots app keeps stopping when I try to load . App also keeps stopping randomly when am in the middle of playing and often when I have just achieved free or bonus games. I cleared cache and cleared cookies as you suggested but I still keep getting the same message and cannot play or the app stops working mid play. I have paid good money for coins to play. Since 9/8/19, I have been unable to log on Slotomania. I pull up the sign in page, insert my email address and password, and then hit enter. My email address and password disappears and my sign in page remains. Entering my user ID and password does not allow me to access the Slotomania website. I have recently reported this incident in the past and the site was fixed. However, the same situation has started again.

My slotoclan got the key, and I didnt receive my chest of prizes. This is the 2nd time its happened. I noticed that I'm not the only one that has had this issue. On the facebook group, multiple people have said the same thing. I've also had issues collecting the coins from the facebook group as well. I do enjoy playing this game. Yesterday I was playing the quest and I had it on automatic spins for $3000000 a spin. When I went back to the phone it has switch to the highest amount and used most all of my coins. I've Paid Playtika over $1, 500.00 in the years I've been playing their online games.
Recently they have Not paid out the coins, rewards and free spins I've won (Over 800 Million coins) ...and just the other day, 2 prime suitcases, 38 million coins, 26 free spins at Fifty Thousand coins per spin. They did eventually send me 26 spins worth only five thousand per spin and told me that was fair!
Again, I have paid them over $1, 500 in real money...MY money.
I just wanted the fake coins and prizes (rewards)that I actually won.

On Tuesday, the game showed that if you set up Messenger with Lucy, somehow Turbo would given. I clicked on the ‘Tell Me How' link and it took me to Messenger. I did a couple of days on the trivia quiz, daily quiz, etc but haven't gotten Turbo. Plus you can't send a message asking about it. When I went to the FB page and clicked on ‘Send message' it just takes me to the Lucy one that you can't send a message on.

I play slotomania. daily dash has 3 requirements . second one you need to find three items in private eye. total bet can not be less one hundred million. I blew 9 billion coins didn't get one item towards the 6 you need in private eye. That's ridiculous. . You can check with my Clan. I am not the only one who is fed up with Slotomania.. For the past 5 days(today included) Miami has frozen or booted me out mid round! I have lost 4 shadow cards, all my treasure chests, credits, etc etc...I have contacted support (8 times now) and nothing! The one response I did get they sent me 6 credits to replace what I lost! 6 credits, playing on 4 cards! With getting multiple bingo's through the last 5 days and not getting the pay outs, shadow cards, treasure chests, power ups, coins, experience points, ingredients..etc...
I sent support tickets multiple times, and this is the response I get

If it was just me having these issues I can see them possibly not believing, HOWEVER if any of the people runny Bingo Blitz took the time to read what the people play the game are saying they would realize that the majority of players are having the EXACT SAME ISSUES! Not to mention they keep sending out the same response to everyone! I have been trying and trying to get contact information for someone to file a complaint against the individuals who are sending these emails to everyone. Fix the game or refund people what they're losing! It doesn't cost Bingo Blitz a damned thing to replace what players are losing! However calling players liars is going to wind up causing a lot of people to stop playing.

The wheel of stars does not work for me. I've collect stars from all the different seasons bur it will not allow me to spin to have a chance of winning free coins. I've been down to almost no coins and I've refused to spend big dollars on a game I love, but than I break the piggy. I would spend more for the game but I refuse to not get my monie worth . I find the game sometime does not function as it suppose to do. Wheel of stars is the feature causing me and one of my clan the same thing. Can't somebody help us. Wwe can't be the only two.
