Channel 68 SPA on my 2 cars has disappeared. All of a sudden it went gray on our screens. This is pretty much the only channel we listen to and will cancel if it doesn't come back soon.
Customer service could not give me any convincing information as to why this happened. When something like this is done with no notice, you could at least inform you customer service department about it, and what is being done about it.

Desired outcome: WHEN WILL IT BE BACK ON?? PLEASE REPLY!
