Sam's Club Being injured in sams club store

On october 26, 2023 a woman on a motorized cart ran me over. A report was filed, claim #[protected]. Case manager would not return any emails or phone messages. His supervisor was not helpful at all. The store manager was not helpful either. I have been with sams club a long time and thought I would be treated bettter than this! Please contact me at [protected]. Member #[protected].

Sam's Club Unauthorized debit card charges

On Sunday November 5th someone stole my information and purchased $725.90 worth of merchandise at Samsclub.com in Sunrise Florida for curbside pickup. I live in Wisconsin, wouldn't you think that was a little suspicious. I called right away after I noticed the money was missing. The order said it was pending so they had time to deny this person (German Gonzalas) the pickup. When I contacted customer service, they sent me an e-mail saying they weren't responsible.

My husband and I have been members of Sam' since 1992, is this how you treat your dedicated customers?

I donate plasma at Biolife, this was the money that was stolen. It took my months of donations to raise that money, which I use for my Christmas shopping.

Please help me.

Desired outcome: I wish to receive my money back ($725.90) and that Samsclub.com be more diligent in protecting their customers.

Sam's Club Business account

I just returned from "trying" to shop at your Park Blvd store, which I have done since 2005! I was denied by your store employee and a Manager who she called over. I was told I "only have a business account and that I cannot shop during... whait for it..."business hours"I have to"upgrade"for $59.32!

Please contact [protected]@[protected]. At this point I am canceling my"business"account and denning the $50.00 charge that was"automatically" charged without my permission.

Sam's Club Roncadin Pizza

We purchased a box of Roncadin pizza (3 per box) - SKU [protected]. Two of the pizza's were OK but the third one, which we tried to use yesterday, had a burn spot completely through the crust and looked so unappetizing that we discarded it.

Sam's Club Employee treatment

EMPLOYEES IN THE GREAT FALLS MONTANA STORE ARE TREATED POORLY. There is a lead who tells staff they are not allowed to take there lunch and tell they finish their zone. or when a staff member is supposed to get trained she tells them they can stay late and do their training and then take a long lunch the next day so that they don't have OT. This leads name is Jass. In fact nothing like starting your shift and being told that if we are not done with our area by the time we leave then we have not done enough in 8 hours SO MOTIVATING.nOT TO MENTION THIS LEAD AND SOME OF THE STAFF ALSO SMOKE WEED AT WORK AND BEFORE WORK

Sam's Club Refund for in-store return not recieved

I purchased 3 rugs when I moved into my new home. I returned 1 rug on 8/19/2023. As of today, I have not received my refund. I have gone into the store over 4 times and no one can help me. I went to my bank they said nothing has been received. The last time I went I was given a phone number to call they assured me they can help and they could not help. The mgr at the store said oh they can help just give them your receipt number. Now I'm reaching out to you for a resolution. I want my refund. I have included a copy of my return receipt

This return began on 5/9/2023 - todate i have not received credit:

- numerous telephone call(s) and email(s) sent to mark c - resolution specialist ii - he's never available to take my call or have common courtesy to respond to email

- i'm extremely upset with how this is being handled - extremely unprofessional for sam's (i'm a long term customer and never had issue with return)

- need response by friday oct 13, 2023

if i do not hear back by phone or email i will be taking legal action to get refund.

Sam's Club Gas lines

The Roanoke, VA Sam's Club has a gas station with an equal amount of left and right pump lines. In the past and until recently, if your preferred tank side line was backed up, you could and were directed to the other side pump line by an attendant to keep the lines moving regardless of the do not enter sign. Within the past couple of weeks, the attendants have become bold and hostile to anyone who enters the line in what they consider the wrong direction. I was personally told by one young attendant to "shut up and move your car" which was shocking to me and other customers who heard this outburst. With quick research, a study that was conducted in 2020 revealed that 78% of vehicles have gas tank fillers on the left (driver side) of vehicles. My suggestion is that Sam's Club modifiy their lines from 50/50 to 75/25. A few sign changes and maybe some arrow painting would be a minimal expense. This will allow faster fill ups and less station congestion.

Sam's Club Not receiving a verification code via text to get into my account to place an order.

I have not been able to get a verification code to log into my account. My account number is [protected], a plus account. I have spoken to a Justin and a Rosie, who are IT managers. The office is not in America. The ones that answer the phone will no longer transfer me to a manager. I was told that they would keep me in the loopp. I am a disabled shut-in and I depend on Sam's Club for their delivery service. Their is something wrong with the server, the coding? I get other messages from Sam's Club via text. It is taking too long. It has been going on for almost 3 weeks. Either set up a new account, solve the problem or refund my plus membership fee. Why can't I get in touch with anyone? Why are they ignoring me.

Desired outcome: I want someone to call me and tell me that the problem will be solved, so I can use my account.
