Sam's Club

On October 22 I had a delivery go to my elderly mother who lives in a senior citizen building. She is nearing 80 and very arthritic. I ordered 3 items (drinks, paper towels and 1 snack) and made specific instructions to have the order left at her apartment door. Also, I always tip well and nothing less than 15% ever. I asked them to call to be let into the building and to knock loud on the door when delivering. None of that happened. They left the items outside of the building to the entrance of the door... not even in the foyer or inside. The apartment building is in a poor area and crime and theft is rampant. They never called and was not running late as the email to me stated it was dropped off 15 minutes before the time frame. I'm just ticked that a driver who received a decent tip would do this especially to a senior citizen. Will never use them again as this is the 2nd time they have neglected reading the instructions. I'll be moving to Costco or BJs with the hope of better service.
