I purchased a pair of jeans at the location 69326 highway 21, covington, la [protected], yhe employee failed to remove the pin from the anti device from the jeans pocket. I went to place my hand in the pocket, I was cut by the device on my hand, which led to bleeding.

Claimed loss: $3,000.00

Desired outcome: $3,000.00 Full and final settlement offer, or will proceed with a negligence Lawsuit.
