I want to share my experience with Rooms to Go Doral. Last month I went to this store to buy a new mattress. The saleswoman was friendly and helped me choose. Like a good saleswoman, she offered me some sheets that, although expensive, I thought would solve the problem of not waking up without sheets in the morning since they had an elastic band to fit the mattress. The sheets arrived via UPS a week later. When I tried them on my bed, the texture of the fabric made you feel like you were slipping. I removed them immediately, and that's when my nightmare began when I tried to return them. I first called customer service, which was no help at all. I tried to contact the saleswoman without success, and finally I asked to speak to the manager de la tienda. The manager, who refused to give me his full name, supposedly goes by Alex. This happened after several attempts and calls to the saleswoman, Mairene. Finally, when I managed to speak with the manager, he told me that the policy didn't allow him to accept the returned sheets or even give me a credit. I paid a lot for these sheets that I won't be able to use, and I don't recommend anyone buy this product.
For the amount of money I spent, the quality and service were unacceptable. I won't be purchasing from them again.
As consumers, we deserve better.
